I had a really bad experience! The owner and employees were mad when you tell them something that needs to be fixed. They demonstrated a bad attitude when they received feedback. Also, they asked for the money when they don t finish the job! Now, when they gave me my car back, they made my car worse and they gave me the worst service. In my opinion, it has been the WORS T body shop I have ever been!10 months later I will need to remove the fenders an d front bum per to find stability sensors damaged by the collision that they didn t fix ... after I went with other mechanics payed by my self. Oh wow! I remember frequently these guys! Believe me.The worse place I been for a car repair; Juan and one of his guys was pulling the hood trying to line up after they finished the job ( supposedly) and still more that a one inch apart the hood from bumper what a professional.The paint started to deteriorate with just a couple years.Services: Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Excellent experience. Estimate was fair, work was beautifully done. Everyone I encountered, from office staff to technicians, was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

This body shop is horrible. I took my car back in 2019 after it got keyed and they literally messed everything up. The driver side door wouldn t open. My sensors were all off. The paint didn t match. And all they said was we can t do anything about it . Horrible body shop. My speakers made weird noises after as well. 0/10 wouldn t recommend to anyone. I think this shop has two parts. I think there is a side that does hot rods and a side that does regular cars, this review is NOT about the hot rod shopI took my mustang here in 2014 to bodywork done to it.My experience with this shop was fairly unforgiving. Not only did the shop take almost 2 months to do the work that they originally told me would take 1 week, but they called me twice during that time to come pick the car up and told me it was done only to find out when I showed up that it wasn't, and got turned away after driving all the way to Watsonville.The worker actually caused damage to my car by sticking a razor blade into the new paint. He did this right infront of me, luckily I saw it because he tried to cover it up with the pony emblem when he put it back on, and i reported it . They also damaged the interior of my car by breaking the speakers. They damaged my new convertible roof by not reattaching it properly after finishing the body works and I actually had to take it to lotts to have it repaired.After I finally picked my car up I had to take it back several times for reasons including but not limited to, my window not being aligned properly and not sealing when going up, the hinges on the door were broken(new door) and the door did not close properly, my speaker as I mentioned above and my convertible top as mentioned above, these were all things i noticed at different times within a few weeks, and that is at least 4 times taken back after my initial pickup. This was after I paid....I would have actually walked away happy and washed my hands clean of the situation if I actually felt satisfied with the work that was done, but the paint job looks sloppy and unprofessional... parts of it immediately started to chip off... there are bubbles in some areas and it looks like when it was painted there were specs of dust that got painted over, it looks bumpy. I had a lot of work done to the car at this time and it was a pretty traumatic experience and I decided to not take it back to complain about the quality of the paint work done because I couldn't keep dealing with the stress.The owner explained to me how his painter had quit and he had a hard time finding a new one etc, and that is why everything happened. He actually was very nice to me and I had sympathy for his situation and I liked the guy, he is a nice guy, but this was an unacceptable experience that I am still living with every time I look at my car today.

The wonderful service provided here for you make any dents and scratches you may have had on your car go away, leaving your car looking like new! Juan and Len are wonderful proprietors and do a bang up job on your car whether a hot rod or standard commuter car.

I've talked a few times to the guys here and they are not the type that just throw a car together they definitely want to have quality come out of this shop

I just pick up my a10 year old BMW it now looks NEW almost as good as it came off the show room floor
