They were quick and super nice! They finished in the time frame they mentioned from the evaluation.The work was done so well too! They were fixing my bumper and it came out amazing! Color was perfectly matched. They even detailed my interior which was an awesome bonus!!

Car came back looking great. The receptionist always had a smile on her face and was warm and welcoming. I was able to leave my rental with them when I picked up my car. I forgot to get my fast track and a couple other things from the car. George was able to help me even though they were already closed for the day. So grateful for all the staff

Excellent and friendly customer service from Mike and the staff. Always updated me with status of car while in the shop. Mike was able to secure original parts from Honda which I greatly appreciated since my car is very new. I highly recommend Body Lines.

It was alright the only problem is they said my car would be done the next and that was my only transportation. They had it for three days to fix both doors handles that didn't open the doors from the outside

My wife s car just got rear-ended AGAIN!I went to BODY LINES the last time for repairs. Mike handled & arranged the repairs. This shop was Very Much geared towards customer service. The whole process was pleasant, the repairs were Exceptional, they kept in touch throughout the process, the repair quality was first class. In short they way under promissed & greatly over delivered in every aspect.I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMEND Body Lines, Mike & their crew. I m using them on this job too!I just wish my insurance co. Decided to go with this place due to reviews. Went for the first time got my quote, and decided to go with them. I took my car and then got my car back. This place puts some squared perfumed scents in your vehicle which should be placed in FLOOR MATTS. Mine was placed on top of a storage compartment and when I removed the scented paper I noticed it got discolored. I brought it up to one of the staff who said they would take care of it and took it to the back to fix this error that occurred on their end. After a few minutes my car was brought back out and he said their chemical did not work and made it worse. Long story short, they said would order the part and than after multiple attempts to try to take my car in they never had time for me and would get bothered when I would call to try to get this part replaced by them who made this mistake. I spoke to the manger George who was very aggressive and told my husband over the phone that he could not wait to get rid of us. This was a mistake on their end that could have easily been solved. I will never go back to this place and will not recommend anyone. George, work on your customer service skills!

Had a great experience here!! The staff was friendly and courteous. I received a rental vehicle (on site at body shop) immediately after dropping off. I was also updated almost daily with a personal phone call by the staff on the status of my vehicle. The whole process was made very easy and efficient. I was back on the road within one week!! My car was returned looking better then ever and I would highly recommend this shop!!

I like how the team was able to prioritize work duties based on urgency. Many other places do not know how to acknowledge customers and take into consideration their time, but at Body Lines my time was valued and I felt appreciated as a customer. They took the time to talk to be about my vehicle and even went the extra step to revise any imperfections I found while picking it up. I appreciate how honest they where about everything that was done on my car and what was needed to properly complete my vehicle. That is why I give them a 5 star.
