If this is the Racecrafters from Canoga Park owned by Lyn, I can as an ex employee and member of the Super Bike race team, You will get incredible service and prices. If not from the OG Racecrafters then I have no idea and can't vouch for them.Scott RevellEx-assistant store manager and the top end guy on the race team

Lady I spoke with on phone was very plesent to deal with was on top of retirnire my money for retirned product. Terrible service through eBay did not send listed items the return was horrible took a long time to get money returned. Tried to say that it was in an original package from dynatek when it was stuffed in a box with no packing and all of there advertisement sheets. That is not a brand new item as stated that would be considered open box.

Worked with Lyn here on pre-ordering a Puig hugger for a GS. She was extremely fast responding to questions over a weekend nonetheless, and got back before any of the other Puig dealers. Good people to work with.

Orderd a cable that said in stock on may 3rd. Called on the 19th. Was told it would be in soon to them. Now showing June 28th delivery. They are selling parts they say are in stock but dont have and cant get in a normal time frame. Dont belive it if it says in stock.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A SHORAI LITHIUM BATTERY THAT WAS JUST PUT IN FOR THE 1ST TIME. IT DIDN'T CRANK OVER, COULD NOT CHARGE, MANUAL SAYS IT HAS A BAD CELL. SENT EMAILS & TEXTS TO RACECRAFTERS,WITH NO RESPONSE. NOW I GOT TO EAT $300.00. BAD BUSINESS.

I called. They had the exact tire I wanted in stock (IRC M5B 130/80/18) and they had it waiting for me at the counter when I arrived.
