I've been ordering products from JC Motors for years and have always had a pleasant experience. The company's showroom has a great selection whether you are looking for jackets, helmets, boots or accessories. And if they don't have what you are looking for their friendly staff, which is made up of motorcycle riders, is more than happy to order it for you or make suggestions. Over the years, I have only had to return a couple of items, but there was never a problem doing so. I've also ordered online and always received "top notch" customer service. On occasion, I've had to wait for a backordered item, but it was never their fault for it being out of stock. I have also purchased tires from JC Motors and was pleased with their prices.Last summer, JC Motors transported a bike that I purchased across country. All of the details were taken care of over the phone and my bike arrived safely and unharmed. I'm a frugal shopper but I won't sacrifice customer service. I highly recommend JC Motors and will continue to order products from them. If you have a problem they are there to help you solve it.

Edit: I received an email from an employee offering to refund my shipping costs for the trouble. I don't have anything negative to say other than this is how it should've been handled from the beginning, and I am grateful for the employee who handled this case after the fact. This speaks highly that the company does value it's customers. Thanks again!After receiving my jacket and realizing it was a tad too small I gave JCMotors a call to figure out what I could do for the exchange process and go one size up. I didn't think it would be a huge deal and had actually planned on paying for another one to ship out that day instead of waiting for the entire exchange to happen. I was told "bad news we don't have the jacket" referring to the one I had just bought but in a bigger size... Okay, no biggie. But the guy didn't tell me they could order one or anything like that, basically I'm just screwed. So I go ahead and ask what I need to do for the return then and am informed I'm gonna take the $35 hit on shipping the package back instead of being provided with a voucher for shipping. I didn't really agree with that but was told if I find another one they would pay for the shipping.. which you guys already do regardless if the order is over 50 bucks. I don't think it's really worth losing a customer over shipping but I'll be giving all of my future business elsewhere.

JC Motors continues to over-deliver! The most important thing I look for when dealing with a company is customer service. JC Motors has never disappointed! Love the easy to use website, excellent prices and fast shipping. Employees are VERY knowledgable! Clint, the owner, has always made sure I was happy and my expectations met. A company of integrity and honesty. Five star recommendation!

I've used JC Motors for parts on several occasions and have always been treated professionally and courteously. Their phone and online ordering couldn't be easier, I had to exchange a wrong size once and it was seamless. The one time I visited their retail location I was greated happily and helped constantly. Having dealt with many "dealer" part departments and the attitude you get behind their parts counters I couldn't be happier giving my current and future business to a retailer that gets who they work for, the customer.Couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

This company is awful. Just plain awful. I ordered a set of friction plates and clutch springs for my 1984 Honda Shadow, the website said they were exact fitment parts and I figured that there would be no hassle with the installation. When the package arrived I found that they had sent me the friction plates but instead of clutch springs they sent me a clutch removal tool for a Kawasaki motorcycle.I was mildly perturbed and it then took me several attempts to reach someone from their customer service department. When i finally reached someone they said they would work on fixing the order and would get back to me. Four more days went by and I didn't receive a phone call or email so I decided to call back to get an update.The customer service representative I spoke with had the springs shipped to me from a relatively local warehouse free of charge which was cool except that the springs I got were the wrong ones. When I put the clutch back together the lever was so taught I couldn't operate it. After putting the original springs and new friction plates in I went for a cruise and about half way through the clutch stopped engaging. Turns out the friction plates were wrong too and were thinner than they needed to be so they compressed and stopped functioning. I then paid a shop $200 to get a $35 set of friction plates to work as I was tired of working on the project in my driveway in November. This was a terrible experience and I will never do business with JC Motors ever again.

This review is long over due. Justin at JC motors has helped me out since the purchase of my bike 9 months ago. Service, prices, friendliness, and advice are always top notch. I always get the best recommendations and best prices. Thank you to Justin and JC motors for giving riders the deals!

I always look for companies with good return policies when I am ordering online. I have now returned 3 things to them with no problems. I have been happily ordering my parts from JC Motors for 7 years and don't even bother with superstore or zilla anymore.

I used Motorcycle Shippers to ship my bike from Newport Beach California to Atalanta Georgia,, they did an AWESOME job.. They kept me informed through put the entire process. It actually arrived quicker than i expected and Motorcycle Shippers was cheaper than the rest of the carriers i called for bids on shipping... If you plan on shipping, i'd HIGHLY recommend Motorcycle Shippers

I made an order online for a 1 piece suit. I misread the add and ordered a suit that was on closeout an thought it was a us size 50. Turned out it was a euro size 50. They didn't have anymore of the suit I ordered originally due to it being discontinued. Phil went above and beyond to fix my situation and even went on to show me some more that I was interested in that were the same price rang. EXCELLENT customer service.

I shipped my motorcycle through JC Motors about 6 months ago. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Since JC Motors doesn't have it's own trucks, they essentially act as a travel agent and contract you out to third party shipping companies. My bike arrived at my doorstep, as promised, with $12.6k in damages... Enough said... Do not recommend this company. Thanks JC Motors!

Love JC Motors! There is so much to choose from on their site and in their store. They had everything on hand I needed. I got my helmet, gloves and bike jacket there. The team and staff is great. Can't wait to go back!

JC Motors has always given me great service and good prices. My only frustration is their low price model means they don't always have what I need in stock, but they can get it in a few days. There's another very large motorcycle parts store near me but JC Motors is where I shop.

Phil, from JC Motors, has got to be one of the nicest guys I've ever met. Phil is very knowledgeable on dirt and street motorcycle accessories, he really knows his craft when it comes to what gear to have on when you're out there on your bike. Phil and JC Motors made the process of getting all my gear from one place extremely easy and affordable, so I could get back to riding. Thank you!

They told me last week they could ship my motorcycle cross Canada, gave me a price, and gave me instructions on how to prepare it. I confirmed with them that it was fine if the bike was 100 miles from Moncton, that it could be picked up.Moved across the country, called them back up, and now it's just totally impossible unless the bike is in Moncton. Their website still gives rates for how much extra it is to pick up a bike outside a main center, but they just say it's impossible at the moment. It's already sitting in a shop in Miramichi waiting to be picked up because of their initial acceptance.So I continue to bicycle an hour a day because of these guys while I wait for my real bike to arrive.

Not much selection in stock but will order anything for you and help make sure it's a good fit. I was with Steve for about an hour as he explained different shape helmets and what would fit best. Laid back and extremely helpful. Will Definitely return.

Wow, just wow. What a sucky company!!!!!!I purchased something online from them, received a receipt by email, only to later try to track my order and have them tell me my product is sold out! Why was I able to purchase it if it was sold out?! Why have I not been notified about this, so I could have purchased it at that time somewhere else?! Now it's too late and it is not available anywhere!I was offered 10% off my next order but I would never want to order from this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 Stars for Steven.... He helped me for my first visit...first helmet i bought from JC was because of Steven helped out with the right helmet, though it abit pricey.. but u got what u paid for..

Orderd 2 brake rotors ($380.0) and they only sent me one. They took care of it after calling them but this is just too much hastle for me to deal with again... Will not repeat
