My daughter had warranty repairs done on a radiator replacement on an X3 and I dealt with Henry. He is very professional and got the job done quickly, even dealing with our difficult warranty company. I definitely recommend using their shop for repairs. Fair prices and great repair work and also excellent communication. He always called to give me an update. It s hard to find great service these days. Job well done! Thank you!

Henry is awesome. We have been servicing our Audis here since a couple of years and always happy. The service is exceptional. Very transparent and there is no pressure. And things are being explained about what s urgent and what s not. Always happy to come here. I trust them

I have been with Jack since 2002 (22yrs) with two different Mercedes.Jack has always been upfront and fair with the work performed and amazing at analyzing, on a dime, what the problem is.Henry has been awesome at diagnosing my newest Mercedes and has coordinated with dealer on necessary recalls that I had not been advised of by Mercedes Benz. Andrew is great at repairs as well, and will explain suggested repairs needed.I totally trust my cars with Jack's as a whole and highly recommend their services.

Jack, Andrew and Henry have been helping me with my BMW for several years now. Not only do they take as much time as necessary to ensure I understand what the issue is, but they tell me what is going to need servicing in the future so I know what the next service will be, how much it will cost and how long they will need to keep my car. This has been invaluable because I have a heads to ensure I'm prepared for the bill and can plan for the expense. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Jacks German Auto is the only place I trust to work on my e36 m3 s and my e39 m5. These guys are the most knowledgeable, because they are enthusiasts themselves. They give the best advice and they have the best prices around! They get work done as soon as possible while doing a thorough job. You won t have to wait weeks like you would at a dealership, and you won t have to worry about your car while it s in their hands. Highly recommend Jack, Henry and Andrew for all your German auto needs!

I spoke with Jack and Henry and they both treated me (a new customer with basic maintenance) with the highest quality service and professional manner. They gave me detailed answers to all my questions. Diagnosed several of my concerns with a faulty washer blade motor, brake pad intervals, and just random Audi questions. They're super flexible and will work with whatever situation you give them. If I wasn't leaving the state I would absolutely go to them with any auto issues/questions.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This week has been awful for me, but my experience with Jack's German Auto Service made it better. My VW Beetle was towed here after braking down on the freeway and I was worried it would be expensive, but Jack's German Auto Service made my day when they fixed my car's throttle cable, car alarm, and emergency brake within half an hour without charging me! I can't thank them enough! They also had fancy coffee and candy bars in the lobby. I absolutely recommend their services!

Henry was so thorough and helpful during our consultation of my 13 VW Passat for the OBDII HO2S error. There was no pressure to do service with the shop, however I went with getting service done here because I trusted their advice. Prices were given upfront and very fair. Highly recommend.

I brought my son's Mini cooper in for some major work and I'm so glad we chose Jack's German Auto Service. He explained to me what the car needed and was upfront about the cost. Overall great quality service! We will definitely come back!

Knowledgeable staff, excellent work, reasonable prices, finest tradition in the industry.Henry fixed a coolant leak on my car in just one day and inspected other parts for free even though they didn't charge me any diagnosis fee. He suggested a new air filter and didn't charge any extra labor for that.

I had such a great experience from the first time I called Jack's to speak about my Audi issue. Jack and his mechanics are beyond experienced. They're master mechanics. My car is purring like a kitten now . Jack, thank you so very much for fixing my car!

Henry fixed my husband's car (a check engine light issue) fast and much cheaper than the dealer who qouted a very high price, and the dealer recommended stuff we didn't actually need. Jack's fixed the car same day, wish we would have found this shop sooner.

Ok they're not your fancy Porsche dealer...but honesty and integrity is something that Jack's German Auto has. I take my Cayenne to them for all my services that I cannot do myself. I highly recommend Jack and his qualified staff.

Always a choice what shop to take your car in. Having a couple of German cars, even one that s becoming a classic, that choice matters. Straight answers, honest repairs, quality parts. Wealth of knowledge inside those shop walls, old school and new. Lets be honest, no one likes a big bill, but we all love when the car runs well, and no one got a run around to get it there. Choose wisely, my friends, choose wisely :)

Best service I've gotten from any shop, went above and beyond my expectations and made sure my car was in impeccable shape even when they didn't have the parts in the shop went to another shop for free to grab spare parts for my car, it's nice to feel like they are actually trying to help you understand what they are doing to fix the car rather than keep you in the dark then hit you with the bill of things you didn't really need , the quality of the work was second to none . I highly recommend this shop . I won't go anywhere else unless completely necessary.

Im sure that Jack has done great work in the past and i like Jack himself as he was trying his best to pick up the pieces that his tech left behind. I went in with a check engine light on and they quoted me $400 for an EGR replacement. I took it home and "replaced" the EGR myself. Upon inspection of the EGR i found that the vacuum lines were all cracked and falling apart. So i took it back to him and pointed this out and asked him to replace them. He did. Low and behold my fault code was gone and it only cost me $100 for a couple pieces of vacuum line. He charged me $100 to "diagnose" the code. He called a bunch of times after that and was trying to ask if everything was good but i didnt feel it necessary to keep communication up with this garage that had tried to pull one over on me without even checking the lines. Im sure Jack is a stand up Tech and knows his stuff but I wouldnt trust the younger tech that he has working for him.

Both times I've been here Jack and Henry don't sell BS, they have great prices on their services. They go above and beyond to help out customers with any car issues. Safe to say these guys have my business for life.

Have known about them for almost 20 years now and had my car transported almost 100 miles ignoring other shops much closer.; needed my IMS and other critical repairs done on my Porsche 996 because I realize their dedication and knowledge to doing the absolute best work.

Jack is a breath of fresh air when it comes to keeping Penelope in good running condition. Not everyone knows how to properly care for a '71 Super Beetle, however, Jack's German does an excellent job.
