Joel that helped me with my estimate was phenomenal. The kid knows what he s doing knows what he s talking about and very welcoming. Very knowledgeable very well spoken. It s very hard to find these days. I ve been a couple other body shops with not a quarter of the customer service at this gentleman showed, I wish there was more people out there like Joel not to mention his hair was awesome too highly recommended five stars in my book

Insurance company sent me there to fix my rear bumper that got damaged. The people there are very friendly and helpfull and took care of everything.Got my car back a week later, looking as new.

My car was hit, causing thousands in body damage. Service King did an amazing job repairing my Mini Cooper. It took about a week, they had to order a few parts, but they sent frequent updates along the way. The woman at the front desk, can't remember her name, was a pleasure to work with. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job all around, even polished the whole car...so shiny! Thank you Service King. I hope I never have to come back, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an excellent overall experience. The team was communicative, kind, and helpful and my repairs were completed well before the expected date! My car was returned in excellent condition; not only were the repairs completed, but the team washed my car thoroughly so it looked like new. They also worked directly with my insurance so when I picked up my car, I just paid my deductible and went on my way. I knew what to expect throughout the entire process and would recommend to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

I've had to have body work done on my car twice and both time I have left more than satisfied with Service King's work. Front desk service is excellent. I received enough updates that I continued knowing my car was in good hands. Finished body and paint work kept my car looking good. My car was even vacuumed when I picked it up. I've been to Service King 3 times for auto body work. I have never been disappointed. My last repair was so good it even drove better. My alignment was off on the back end and Service King did a great job.Oh, and they give you daily updates via text which I really appreciated.

This bodyshop was a nightmare to deal with the manager Jose Torres is dishonest and unfriendly. We had an 8 am appointment and the employees were hanging around in the parking lot for 15 minutes and didn't open until 8:15. It took over 3 weeks to put a new rearbumper and tailights. When we went to pick up the car they put Used tailights with a white paint mark and dead bugs in them. Check engine light came on again the day after. Jose said to take it back to Toyota Dealer and it was covered then stuck us with an $200 fee.

Took my 2021 Honda Accord to get fixed and Elizabeth and Jose were Amazing! From the start of our visit to they day car was picked up; Service King kept us up to date on repairs. Car was ready 6 days prior to promised date and time. Very pleased with this Business. I highly recommend getting your car repaired by Service King Collision.

After my Mustang was essentially t-boned, I had it towed to Service King in Fountain Valley for repair. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. Looks as good as new and they finished a week ahead of the initial estimate. Customer service was excellent. Liz kept me informed and updated me from start to finish. From the first phone call to schedule the repairs to the day I picked up my vehicle, Service King was professional at every step. They had implemented COVID-19 safety procedures and had someone assist me at my car instead of inside the building. Excellent communication through out the repair process and it was done quickly.EDIT: Even though I ve taken their survey and left this review, Service King continues to send me texts requesting I complete them which I find extremely annoying. It s been years since I had my car repaired here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of many companies to repair my car. Easily made an appointment. When I arrived, I wasn seen right away even without anyone else ahead of me. Once my vehicle being repaired, communication between repair department and customer, could be better. There were days I didn't get updates. Staff was otherwise professional and friendly.

I took my car to Service King through,. my insurance provider, after my soft top convertible was broken into. My car was less than 3 weeks old at that time, and we took it in early May of 2017. It is now September of 2018 and I still haven't received everything promised and the car was never fully repaired.To begin with, they took longer than expected because they outsourced part of the repair. Then when they returned the car, they gave me back the vehicle with an empty gas tank and a dirty interior. I guess that was the least of my problems, but the car was brand new and it was disappointing they ran the motor on an empty gas tank. Only to realize this was the beginning of my repair problems. The rooftop handles were stripped of their grip and fell off on my head when I was driving. They never bothered to replace the part they broke and tried to just force it back into place. None of the bolts were tightened on the new top and it would make a lot of rattling noises while driving, plus the top never fully closed. I took it back in and they promised to fix the problem, while giving me a gas gift card for driving my new car back and forth between the Fountain Valley office and Huntington Beach.It took months of back and forth and I kept noticing sloppy lazy work. They broke one of the cup holders, and broke one of the mirrors while repairing the original work of JUST A RIPPED convertible top. They caused more damage than they actually repaired. I took my new vehicle there and it came back with more miles than I got to drive it at that point. Plus the service contact left while my car was being worked on and nobody was able to respond to my concerns since. I am so saddened we went with them and recommend to avoid at all cost! Also, might I add, it was still $1,000 of out of pocket charges outside of what my insurance already paid for. The work was sloppy, bad service, terrible customer service, and incredibly pricey.

Absolutely fantastic work on damaged car, very fair prices and super friendly staff. Thier quote out of 3 was a few hundred less! Work was completed before the due date! My car looks perfect!

Service King is right. Had smashed the sideview mirror of my 2016 Mazda 3 and spoke to Juan Pablo Ruiz (goes only by Pablo), who was awesome. Advised that I could get the parts a bit cheaper by going directly to Mazda, which I did. A competitor, where I had also gotten an estimate, did not give me that advice. While the competitor was a tad bit cheaper on the labor itself, Pablo not only matched the price but lowered it another 25% or so from there. The job was done extremely quickly - despite walking in without an appointment - and came out great. Highly recommend.

Make sure they use original factory parts (new or used). If you have a older car, they will use whatever parts they can find. My original Chrysler 2008 headlight still looks clear and perfect. The other that they replaced with an aftermarket, is foggy. Car never stays in the garage. Went back to get an estimate to replace, over $400. Would have paid more to get an original Chrysler part. If you want pictures, will post.

They at Service King told me if they towed my car to their shop at had it was a must for them to fix my car because they were going to tow it. That was the first unprofessional way to do work. So they towed my car and then they said tgwy couldn't fix it because it had a prior accident before this happened which my Mercedes bumper pulled off on a parking stopper. So I asked to get two separate estimates and they said tbey couldn't which to me that's very unprofessional because they are getting paid regardless. And the weird thing before all this is that there was no front bumper accident before this. Very unprofessional and have no clue of what they are talking about.

Visited this place only once in 2015 to get a quote. Have never had an opportunity to actually work with them.It was pretty easy to get a quote. They quoted for free. Their quoted price for the repair was on the higher side though, so did not pursue with them. Have removed one star only for higher pricing.

Their paint department is garbage. The idea that if a car's paint is red so I just spray red in one part without taking into concern sun light fading the original red is idiocy and the answer they give to you when the part they painted is darker is ludicrous. That is just one issue I had here.
