I was sent to Crash Champion's from my insurance and it was the best experience ever. I had never needed a repair up until recently and if it s a first time for anyone getting a repair on your vehicle definitely recommend Michael from Crash Champion's. He made my process so easy and smooth. He kept me updated with everything in regards to my vehicle and made sure I got my vehicle on time. I am beyond grateful for the work this team provided.

Excellent repairs done, couldn t even tell My vehicle was in an accident in the first place.Excellent customer service was kept up-to-date 24/7 And got my vehicle three days before expected due date. Highly recommend going here for repairs. After receiving my vehicle back, car was so clean that you couldn t take pictures properly. I recently was sent to Crash Champions after a car accident I am extremely happy with the results of my vehicle. Michael from Crash Champions made my process fairly smooth, quick, and easy. He was very efficient in keeping me posted on the details on my car and did everything possible to have my car ready sooner I highly recommend this repair shop without a doubt the best !

In the few visits I had here (inspection/drop/pick up vehicle) the staff was kind and welcoming. Rigo was the one whom was in charge of my vehicle repairs, he provided great communication on explaining the whole process and keeping me updated as the vehicle was being repaired. As a customer, communication is key for me and I definitely got that. Thank you too the workers behind the scenes, as well. Keep it up. And lastly, the repairs and services exceeded professionalism, quality and timing. I also received the vehicle sooner than the estimated date.

Wow, I've never had to go through a car collision repair process before, and I truly was anxious about it, and the time frame, and worried to be taken advantage of.But OMG, Alex and the rest of the team, including the receptionist, were all so great at communication, keeping me updated, keeping me informed, and informing me of possible out of pocket fees not covered by insurance. They first told me 2 weeks until I receive my truck, and it ended up being a week sooner, I believe. The facility was way nicer than anticipated. They are definitely a busy facility, but keep the energy calm not chaotic.Just another big thank you for making my truck look even better than originally and for the amazing customer service, I will definitely be informing anyone who needs a repair for their car about you guys

Jos� took great care of me and my car. There was a small disagreement on what needed to be fixed, but he reassured me that if I was right and he was wrong he would take care of things himself at no cost. Great service and very respectful even when disagreeing, which is sometimes bound to happen in situations where one might be so protective of their car. The price ended up being lower than what was originally quoted because he realized they had originally quoted me for the wrong part. They gave me the right cost even though I had already approved a higher cost. I love the integrity. Honest people. I ll definitely come back here again if I need something fixed.

Crash Champions took great care of me and my vehicle after a crash. They have a relationship with Enterprise so they bring the car to you and allow you to drop it off there. Alex and the team kept me informed every step of the way, they did an exceptional job on the repairs, and even went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. I would highly recommend Crash Champions!

Nobody likes to have a need for collision repairs - at least I don't. Crash Champions is an approved vendor through USAA and I simply saw a 4.6 out of 5 rating and my decision was complete.Post-repair follow-up:Great experience from start to finish. I can be a meticulous SOB, and I can honestly tell you that they did a great job and everyone always wore a smile. I would recommend them to anyone.Respectfully,Adam

Garbage service. Took over 3 weeks from an initial estimate of 2 weeks due to incompetence and oversight on a paint job.Pretty sure if I had a rental car with them, they would've actually done something in a reasonable time frame.

The repair quality was outstanding,10/10 overall. Although there was an issue with the driver-side front bumper/fender, Alex and Sam promptly addressed and resolved the problem. Alex's friendliness and Sam's knowledge stood out, as they answered all queries and ensured a thorough follow-up during the entire repair. The atmosphere was friendly, and the initial inspection process was exceptionally smooth.

This shop has been the best shop I've done business with. 1st of all the customer service was great, I had the pleasure of working with Rigo from the very beginning. When I 1st dropped off the car I was greeted by Rigo, he talked with me about the process and told me the car would be taken care of. From the beginning to the day my car was ready for pick up it took about 8 days, not that much damage to begin with but still for a shop of this size and for all of the cars I could see they had waiting to be worked on it was a quick turn around time. They day I picked up my car it was covered my the shade of the building, i walked around and the car looked great. Upon arriving home I did another walk around and I did notice my car have some scratches on both passenger doors. I was a little upset but none the less I emailed the shop to let them know what happened to my car. The following morning Rigo reached out around 8am, we spoke and he had me bring the car in the the afternoon. When I arrived he took a look at my car and without hesitation or without questioning me he happily took my car told me to hang tight and they would take care of the car. 1st of all not many businesses would take the blame for something like this. Usually they find an excuse or blame you for things like this. So for them to fix the car and make things right speaks very highly about them, to me they are a business that will go above and beyond for their customers in hopes of making them come back. Overall my car and the repairs they made you cant even tell my car was ever involved in an accident, very very good work and awesome customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Rigo did a great job with the repairs and I got my car back ahead of schedule. Super nice and explained everything that was done to complete the job. The girls at the front desk were amazing, great customer skills and very friendly. I really appreciated everyone's open communication. They did not over promise and kept expectations realistic.

I certainly want to compliment Crash Champions-Fountain Valley (Newhope Ave) for an experience on 7/6/23 that exceeded my expectations. Working with Alex and Adriana in the front office was a pleasure and the work done by the unseen craftsmen in the shop speaks for their seemingly magical skills. My Sienna van was t-boned badly which took out most of its right side including the wheels. After just under 2 weeks, Alex informed me that my van was ready for pickup and it looked just like new. When I reviewed the detailed ($7000) invoice, I couldn't believe all the work they did in just 2 weeks ... and it was perfect! There is definitely some magic going on in their shop. I will continue to keep Crash Champions-Fountain Valley Bodyworks as my "go to" body shop, which it has been for many years. In my opinion, their management, personnel, and craftsmanship are consistently the best!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The service and repairs to my car were excellent. It turned out better than I expected. The color match of the paint was perfect. Rigo regularly kept me up to date on the progress with texts and phone calls. Highly recommend

I really liked the customer service here. Carolyn was very kind and always communicating with me to update me about my car. I got my car back sooner than expected. I went in on a Friday to pick up my car and had to wait quite a bit to receive my car. I understand Fridays are busy days but did not enjoy waiting for my car. Also seemed like employees washing my car were rushed and when I got home I noticed towel marks from whatever cream, is used. Other than that my experience was very very good.

Amazing service and outstanding customer service. They made everything easy from beginning to end. They helped with my rental pickup and drop off. My car was done before the promised time and looked as great as when I bought it new. Thank you Sam and all your supporting staff for a great service.

They go above and beyond at Crash Champions! Excellent service from the customer service to the body repair. The wonderful ladies at the front desk and Rigo made the process simple and stress free. The car was ready sooner than expected, which was great! Rigo kept me informed the entire time, thank you. They even made checking-out and checking-in a rental car super easy. They also gave the car a carwash; the car looked brand new inside and out. I will definitely be recommending Rigo and Crash Champions to my friends and family. Thank you!

Met with the general manager who gave a very quick and prompt response and solution to my problem for body work. My hood was loose, he took the car to the back and had it back within a few minutes and didn't charge me anything whatsoever. Definitely the go to shop for body work!

Just had my vehicle repaired it at crash champions the ladies in the front were very kind and accommodating. Marco And the rest of the staff got my car finished before the time that they originally told me the repair was gonna take and the follow-up washing was also done quickly.

This place is amazing. They took care of me from the job and helped me whenever I had questions. Truly they went above and beyond for me and that truly made me feel appreciated. My car went in on July 28 got it back AUG 11 with no rain in 2022 and only some what in 2023 didn t relize that when they put that car back from painting it somehow the trunk gets wet now. now that s been raining so much my car gets submerged in water and I called them to see what they can. Do for me but so far just was told to bring it in my car has a battery in the trunk it s a sports car so I am still waiting on taking it since I don t have a way to jump it it s hard for me to take it! After work and I get off at 5. But surely the car didn t have water leakage after they fixed it then somewhere there is a opening that wasn t there prior to repair so I ll update after I take my car In

Crash Champions did a wonderful job fixing up my car and helping out with providing a ride to the car rental service as well. They kept me informed during the whole process and I could clearly see what was being order and worked on.
