A great place to take care of the small maintenance jobs. If doing larger work talk to them about renting space.Wish they had a paint booth living here in the rock chip desert it would be a good investment for the installation.Staff are certified technicians and can help you identify problems or help you conduct services and just to have a good conversation.Will return frequently here for all my maintenance needs.

Maybe consider allowing people to pay in more than just cash especially if your hourly fee is $8. Also consider prorating so people only pay for the time they're actually there. My husband only needed to use it for maybe 30 minutes for a fast oil change and only had a $5 bill. Refused to prorate the service or accept anything other than a cash.

I really recommend this to any one experience, beginner, or even if you just want to just learn to work on your car, the staff is great and they help with any questions. There experience and knowledgeable. 5 out of 5

Very clean facility and has everything you could need to work on your vehicle, plenty of tools to borrow and the staff is very helpful.

Went to do an oil change on my 2014 Honda Valkyrie. The staff was inquisitive. Completed the safety/orientation brief. Signed out tools; conducted oil change; and cleaned up.Point one: it was very convenient to have this resource. The base is very isolated and infrastructure is paramount.Point two: great personnel makes this stay bearable. This was the case here and at other MWR facilities.Point three: the autocraft has plenty of supplies for auto but not one moto jack.Overall, I got the job done. It would be safer if a proper stand or chock where availed for the motocyclist.

Great place to make your own vehicle repairs. You can sign out tools, special equipment, service your rotors and much more. Staff is knowledgeable and awesome!!

If you knew everything about fixing Auto's.....nobody could teach you anything new and you wouldn't listen anyways.Go buy the thousands of dollars on tools and sell Elon Musk that bulljive.This isn't the place for you.But since you know that you don't know everything(and may not have the thousands of dollars to spend on buying tools to fix your vehicle; while needing helpful advice on Fort Irwin) then this is the place. Vaughn and crew has you covered. They saved me over $1000 dollars!

Not sure what the negative posts are talking about.Great place to work on your car. Basic car knowledge helps. The workers are always helping me out and have gave me some very helpful pointers. I recommend this place to all my soldiers.

Just left there. Tall skinny guy, and short older fellow who worked there had the worst attitude. Very disrespectful. Avoid at all cost this center. The down right worst autocraft center. Worst them Schofield Barracks in lack of equipment. But at least Hawaii Techs were cool.

Awesome for working on your own vehicles, makes changing tires or oil very easy. Staff is very helpful as well.

Awesome Customer service, Charged by the minute and not by the hour, willing employees, cleaner and more organized, new machines like the tire Balancer and Roadforcing machine, Break Lathe machine, Tire demounting and mounting machine, easy oil change, fluid Exchange machines......I mean, quite a variety.

Owner is horrible. The only reason this place gets customers is because its the only one within 45 min of base...they dont want your business at all. Hard to get them to do anything other than change your oil.

Very disrespectful, often on phone while customers are waiting to get a tool wasting the customers time and money. Many of their tools are broken lost or do not work correctly. Strongly advise you to take your car somewhere else. This place isn't worth your time. Also document every tool in the box if you sign a whole box out. They'll try to make you pay for a tool that was already missing in the first place
