I would have to give the Auto Shop a 1 out of 5 rating. We were visiting Ft. Bragg for a wedding when I completely lost the brakes on my truck. With a 10 hour drive ahead of me, and no brakes, the owner would not even look at the truck or offer advice. Not a positive reflection on this nice town. I recommend Gordon's Auto.

Rylan was great! Personable, professional, helpful and even had a fantastic suggestion as to where to grab some food in town.He was able to assist immediately(was NOT a big thing), but normally they have a lot of business.

With a friend in Fort Bragg two hours from her home, her truck really leaking fluid. Just before our trip two mechanics near her had told her there was "no problem". We stopped in The Shop on Thursday afternoon and talked to Rylan. He told us he was booked the rest of the day to stop in the next morning. We were there early, and it took him no time to find the problem. He seemed honest and very fairly priced. Can't thank him enough for taking care of the problem as we have a long ride home.

This is the most HONEST, reliable, dependable, accommodating, friendly, helpful automotive business I have dealt with EVER, and I have been around awhile in a lot of different areas.I could not be more grateful.Rylan is the best and the other guy... can never remember his name, he is so quiet... what a great mechanic. After getting fleeced by an unnamed shop, a friend and colleague recommended The Shop, of course I went in slightly apprehensive.These gentlemen know their stuff, what's more they didn't break the bank.It seems hard to find honest mechanics, but trust me, these guys are legit.

Best couple of guys you will ever meet .. honest and run there business with integrity. It is always great to catch with them when I see them . As a outside repit is a breathe of fresh air to have great and fun conversations with them. Thanks Rylan and Jesse..

This place was recommended by a friend and we agree that it's a great place to take your vehicles. Our bill ended up being $100 less than the quote which was a wonderful surprise.
