Great service! I've been a customer of Jimmy's since 2018, and he has always treated me like family. He's a great mechanic, honest and reliable. He's straight up and fair in pricing. Highly recommend the Auto Shop.

Jimmy has been taking care of my car for 5 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. He is honest, does quality work and reasonably priced. He makes everyone feel like family. Thank you Jimmy for all the little extra things you do to keep my car running so well as well as my daughters car. Your the best of the best.

I like to do most of the simple maintenance tasks on my vehicles personally, but for the complicated stuff, I take my rigs here. Mike has been in business as long as I've been alive, and is one of those rare businesspeople that doesn't over-promise and/or under-deliver. He won't schedule you unless he knows they can get the work done promptly, explains the issues and your options in plain English, and almost always charges you exactly what the estimate was. I've even had friends from out-of-town take their vehicles to him when they were visiting me, and they all rave about how quick and reasonable the service is.

This place was great! I just stopped in to get an oil change, and the guys were kind and professional. As an out-of-state young female, I totally expect auto shops to be uncomfortable but the Auto Shop surprised me. Will definitely head there if I my car need attention around Ft. Bragg!

I have to give this shop a 0 out of 5. Visiting Ft. Bragg for a wedding, I completely lost my brakes with a 10 hour drive ahead of me. I was really in a bind and the owner wouldn't even look at my truck or offer advice. Definitely not a positive recommendation for a visitor to this nice town. Go to Gordon's Auto.

I called and they said bring it in. The AC on my car was fixed on the same day. Great prompt service and very experienced mechanics. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them from now on.

Great experience. They charge a fair rate and estimate very close to final bill. Nice people and very helpful. I am going back when I need more work.
