Great locally owned and run auto supply store. Staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. They usually have what I need. But if not, they can order it and have it within a couple days, or at least point me in the right direction.

I placed my order online for pick up and was called within minutes that my pick up was ready. Friendly staff all around with good senses of humor. They thanked me twice for patronizing their business - which was (honestly) very nice to hear. It was my pleasure and I'll do it again!

Just go to oreileys for half the price and correct service. Also oreileys has better hours... Napa gave me the wrong product, and it was cheaper at o reileys. By HALF. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But upon returning the incorrect product, the teller swore at me. Inexcusable. I was professional and decided this review was the best course of action. I hope to spare other people the same experience. Seriously. Shop at O'reileys. Thank you.

They are not affiliated with Napa corporate. That's their excuse for prices way higher than if you look at Napa online. Battery for corporate Napa was $150 this store $220.

This used to be my go-to parts store in Fort Bragg. I needed a radiator hose for my Jeep, and they gave me the wrong one. When I brought it back and told them it didn't fit my 4-cylinder they said, 'well then you must not have the four cylinder in your Jeep.' After a long pause, I calmly said that it was in the parking lot if he would like to see it for himself. I got a nasty look...and that's when I asked for my money back, walked out the door, and never came back. If you have to choose between the two crappy auto parts stores in this town, choose O'Reilly's.

Everyone at the store is great! They make sure I have everything I need to install the part. They have most everything I ever need in stock and if they don't they order it and they can generally get it the next day.

If you need a new battery go to NAPA. 18 month 100% replacement waranttee on batteries, replaced mine after 16 months after an electrical problem in my car killed it.

Motorcycle trouble, needed to borrow a tool to fix it. They loaned me the tool and gave me a cotter pin for free. These folks rock!
