Not sure how the rest of you feel, but I'm never very excited to take my car anywhere to be fixed. I was having many issues with my front end and chose Lotten because of a friend's advice. I met Mike who understood what I wanted, saw my trepidation, and immediately made me feel at ease. After diagnosing the issue he gave me options and approximate costs. I chose one and when I came in to pick it up, the actual price was significantly less than the estimate. I highly recommend these guys!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went in for a alignment and they said I need to replace $900 worth of parts entire front end was just redone with brand new parts tried to scam me.

We had just begun a road trip when our car started making scary noises. None of the shops were open over the weekend, and on Monday morning the shops that were open were busy for 2-3 weeks. They wouldn't even take a look at our car. Mike was so nice and accommodating. We drove the car around the block so he could hear the noise, and he lifted the car and tried to diagnose the best he could. The noise sounded like CV Axle, but after checking the car twice he informed me it was transmission issues. This sounded nuts because our car barely has 20K miles on it. He recommended that I get the car towed to the Subaru dealership an hour away in Ukiah. I followed his advice and it did turn out to be transmission!!! Mike was so kind and honest he wouldn't even charge me for looking at my car. We are super grateful to Mike and his shop, and definitely recommend checking out Lotten Brakes and Wheel.

I am quite impressed by the integrity of the folks at Lotton. They recently installed new suspension on my 2003 Toyota Avalon. I received a call from them informing me that my car wouldn't be ready until the next morning due to the parts company sending the wrong part. The next day, when I picked up my car, I learned that they had taken $200 off the bill. The parts supplier had discounted the part as a form of apology for the mistake. Lotton passed the savings along to me. They could have kept the difference and I wouldn't have known. These guys are great. I commend their business model.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I am new to the area and was told from a family member to have an alignment on my truck done at Lotten Brake and Wheel. I had an alignment completed on my truck and can say Lotten is trustworthy and reliable. Comparable prices to Ukiah auto shops. I would recommend them to a family member and a friend.

We were on vacation and we picked up a nail in our tire. This was on a Saturday when everyone was closed. They were there working on customers vehicles to get caught up. I asked the mechanic for other locations that might be able to help me. He mentioned a few places then said just pull up to the door and I'll plug it for you.Thank you for the help.
