This 5 star review is not because it s a 5 star resort, but more because of the view of the river and the friendly staff. The RV park could use a little TLC, which they are currently working on, but the neighboring Noyo Harbor was awesome and you just can t beat the views of the harbor seals swimming/playing up and down the river.

Lovely park with amazing riverfront views of a variety of birds, as well as seals, and river otters. The staff was very friendly too. The spots are a little tight, so don't expect to be too spread out, however the views and closeness to town make-up for it. My only negative is that there was a lot of dog droppings.

Nice little spot to camp. Restrooms were clean and staff was helpful. I bring my tralier and back it up to the river. There is a small dock where you can park a boat. A few restaurants are nearby with very good fish and chips. If you have a boat, there's good fishing right outside the harbor.

Excellent breakfast. Melancholically peaceful with old trailers and abandoned boats. The Noyo river is just beautiful to me. Kayaking with Liquid Fusion is recommended to see the beauty of the river. Otters and sealions were spotted. The campground is old and a bit run-down, but more than acceptable.

All campgrounds full in this area an this one has plenty of space free but it's not allowed to park for a night, even without any service needed. Very unfriendly people around here in their trailer's.If the campground is closed so write it down on a sign on the #20.

We have been summering at Dolphin Isle for quite a few years now. This year Dolphin Isle has new management and they have been working nonstop to make this a safer and a more pleasant place to stay. They truly care about Dolphin Isle and its residents.Thank you Patty and Jerry for making our stay at Dolphin more enjoyable. We hope to see you both next year!

This is more of a mobile home (long stay) park than an RV park. If you have a dog, be careful since we came across many cigarettes butts on the ground. The hookups were awkward to access (and the electrical box was upside down). The people we met were nice, so don't take my negative comments in that context. I'm sure the long term residence like this park, but is not a quality RV park.

Update...they at least refunded a portion of our money back. Thank you for that....Sardines! Awful. Even guests can conduct business out of their trailers ... too much noise and traffic. When we got here, we were supposed to have a "dock" site, but they said no, your unit is too big...even though they were aware at the time we booked our reservation that we have a 27' trailer without tipouts. So, they stuck us in a sardine can...Note: If you cannot stay at a known good rv park, do NOT stay here as your 2nd choice. This rv park is more of a "hunting" camp and not for relaxation.Adjoining sites are so close their camp chairs almost touched our bedroom wall. Their roll down awning is a foot away from our window. This rv park is about the worst place we have stayed at. We will NEVER return to this place. The attached picture was taken from our kitchen window. I wanna go home! Awful.

We stayed during the summer and parked our trailer along the harbor. The sites are level, but the hookups for water, electric and cable TV are dangerous to access. The hookups are located on a steep slope and one falls move you'd be in the harbor. Very unsafe and I imagine they were intended for boaters originally. Our dog loved swimming in the harbor where the nearby boat launch is

It's a great place to stay and enjoy fort Bragg and all it's wonderful coastal experiences from your RV or boat.

Quaint little place on the river that has trailer hookups, and marina to dock your boat. Very friendly and good food, beer and wine. Enjoy your sandwich, hamburger or hot dog out on the deck while listening to local bands that play in the summer. Family friendly. Always alot of fun and enjoyable.

I like this place. It's super laid back, the locals that live here are really friendly and the owners are very nice. We stayed here last summer for a couple of weeks and had a lot of fun paddle boarding up the river towards the ocean. I have such a soft spot for those darling little harbor seals that swim around the harbor

The Deli and outside seating area are fabulous. My husband and I had lunch on their huge deck overlooking the harbor; it was quiet and beautiful out. The clean outdoor grill smelled delicious as our burger and grilled chicken sandwiches were made. Homemade macaroni salad was great and the quantity of food you get for the reasonable price is worth the little winding road you have to take. I would completely recommend this place for food and just to hang out and have a beer or wine. There's seating inside also. I am not a RV customer so I cannot comment on those facilities.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their little store didn't have much but had some useful stull. Park was peaceful, and clean. We saw seals, grey hearing and crab all from our spot facing the river.

Well, I haven t even gotten there yet, but it s top notch. I ll be sailing in from Bodega Bay (well, I ll actually motor in the mile from the ocean to the marina). The staff, Jack, have been great and very patient. It s an uphill sail and an ETA is next to impossible. And other in foreseen delays have arose. But can t wait to get there, and will, I just don t know exactly when. But, that s the fun part of a journey.

The entry road is twisty and should be approached with care for large rigs, especially when towing. This is great place to see river wildlife, along with sea life. We saw dear, cranes, hawks, fish, river otters, seal, more I can't remember. It was common to see people in kayaks or bigger row boats on the river. Staff is friendly and allow for package deliveries. AT&T service was good. All spots are 30 amps. This place is best if you're into fishing.

We love this place. The site we are on is located between a marina and the Noyo River. It allows for easy access for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and seals, sea lions and other wildlife. Last night a 6 point deer walked past our site. The rates are pretty reasonable and the people that run the campgrounds are great to work with. There is a kayak/sup rental as well next door. If you're lucky the maintenance guy will sing or whistle while doing his work, and makes for a good show! It does close down except for long-term use in the winter time (November-??) due to coastal seasonal flooding. Internet can be occasionally spotty but we use ATT and Verizon which work well. Cable is provided. Full hook ups. Due to Covid enquire about the bathroom situation when calling to book. Walking distance from the harbor and a quick bike ride to the bluffs overlooking the ocean.

Had loads of fun, but you need to make sure to bring plenty of quarters and they need to quit charging 1.00$ per 5 minutes for the shower especially when the hot water only lasts 10 minutes as long no body else is using the men's shower..Also book in advance as they stay pretty full and the spaces are tight.

I've been a customer there since 19 98 when I had my boat there they changed ownership and some things they've replaced but overall the owners are very hospitable courteous and kind

1st day here other than to visit for a coons age. Renting storage for my too much. Straight folks here, and i hope to keep amicable relations with my new, albeit temporary hosts.

I don't have an RV, but it was a great place to park and picnic and fish for a while. I totally picked the wrong bait, wrong tackle, and wrong time of year to catch anything, but who could care when there's so much to look at!

Friendly place right up against a small river/body of water. Only gave it 4 stars because i have 2 little ones & there was really no green grass or any Spot for them to play.

Clean and accommodating. Good place to stop for the night with your rv or trailer. Water pressure is a bit funky.
