This place is great. Brought in a broken side window with dented frame and it came back perfect. I didn't expect them to even vacuum the broken glass out of the car... and they cleaned the whole car inside and out! Great service, too. They worked with our insurance directly with no hassles.

In the summer of 2021, a deer ran out and was hit by my car. Thankfully I was okay with no injuries, but the car was nearly totaled and unusable (and it was a brand new car too, go figure). This place was the closest location available, so I had the car towed out to there (and for reference, I have comprehensive insurance coverage, so everything was covered). From then, I received regular timely updates about the progress, including photos, and communication was always very transparent. They were also very knowledgeable about insurance dealings. Due to the extent of the damage, the repairs took a long time, but the shop was consistently on schedule, with the exception of part delays from manufacturers which was not their fault.Once the repairs were complete, I came and picked up the car, and I could hardly tell it was ever in a wreck in the first place. So far it has been driving really well, and overall I am really thankful that I trusted my repairs to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Upsate*** I have since been back to Accu tech for work on both of my cars and they have done a fantastic job.If i could give zero stars I would... i brought my car into Accutech on 7/10 for an estimate. They are a shop that my insurance company works with so it would be easy to get the estimate approved. Here it is the 19th. My insurance company claims dept hasnt even received the estimate and the shop has not returned any of my calls or the calls from the claims dept.... my agent just emailed the shop and said that the woman who handles this has been out sick.... but NO ONE ever called me back... they told my agent that they are going to contact the vender to order the parts which is BS because the claims dept hasnt even received the estimate to approve the repairs... i explained to the shop that i dont have rental coverage and no other car so it is important to get it on the schedule asap... they are liars.... dont waste your time going to them!

Terrible customer service. My husband brought his car here for an estimate around June 25. Was given a repair date of July 16. They left him a voicemail a few days before July 16 stating the repair would need to be pushed back 7 - 10 business days. He went in on day 10 because the receptionist wasn t returning his calls. Was told then they weren t sure when it would repaired. Was briefly told on the phone today it would be after September when they could get him in. What a joke. Stay away! How do you go from an appointment on July 16 to we can t get you in until October.

Accu-Tech repainted my dad my damaged car and it looks like new. They handled the insurance claim and made the whole process quick and easy. Great job Accu-Tech!
