This place is the worst in truck parts. The staff are unprofessional walking around jokingly cursing at each other in front of customer. They see a big line of customers waiting to be helped and they rather hide and joke around in the back. No customer service skills in this place. Who ever is in charge of this building needs to retrain or rehire new reliable hard working staff. There's no need to wait an hour for a customer to be helped Too many incompetent people in this place.

3 years ago, Service writer writes up the work and disappears. Had to call the next day to see if my truck was ready.5/27/22 called truck is ready. Get to my truck, the dash is lit up with alerts. See photos!

Staff conducts themselves in a professional manner, however the wait times for vehicle pickups is unacceptable as it takes in excess of 30 minutes waiting for an "escort" to pick up a vehicle and has yet to be improved.

I dropped my truck here and stayed at this shop for a week and after that they told me it is ready for pick-up. But when I checked they have done nothing but they did charge us in the amount of $829 just for turning of check-engine light. We checked our unit and rolled but as I've mentioned no repairs done on it. And we re-dropped our truck to the shop. Since then it is there. no staff has worked yet on this unit. It is the worst place to repair truck. DRIVERS PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IT IS NOT A BEST PLACE TO WORK ON YOUR TRUCKS.

This is the worst dealer at west coast! My truck was there for 10 days for simple battery change! Every day i was calling for an update and i been told a different story !!! they didn't honored the warranty on the truck witch is 2022! please make sure you don't end up at this plays ! NOT WORTED AT ALL!!!!!! EVRY ONE AT THIS DEALER HAS AN EXUSE FOR EVRY THING !!!Service: Battery

VVG parts department has made some remarkable improvements over the last couple of years. It used to be a frustrating experience trying to place an order or getting the information I needed.They seem to have stepped up their game by offering much better service and getting our parts in a timely manner.My only complaint is it would be nice to call the location that I prefer dealing with. As it is, any phone call is routed to whatever location is available to answer the phone. They will place the order through whatever location I choose. But sometimes its nice to deal with the same person from one location as they get to know my ordering habits.

This place is extremely disappointing. Our company will never use them again. Took a company truck in for servicing. We had to pay a deposit of 50%, when finished we gave them a company check for the balance but they did want the check as it was not "on their list of 10 banks". They said it would take 20-25 days to clear the bank, in the meantime our truck would sit in their lot. We had to make other arrangements, we have never had a vendor not take our check due to the bank it is drawn on. Ridiculous business mentality.

I'm pretty much a regular here. I've only dealt with the parts department though. Both depts are great with customer service especially the will call guys. ( Jose, Alex, Mauricio, & Carlos) They are always on it & very knowledgeable. On two occasions they had my parts ready by the time my number was called. (They are also comedians). Mostly there is always a wait time, but they're always packed. No complaints. I love going to Freightliner!

Hard to reach. Once you have the opportunity to talk, they ask for days to reply. I took my truck for a diagnose, couldn't get inside 4 hours.

Is half a star a rating,,.. the only thing good about this shop , looking at it from the street. Owner operator and small fleet owner beware. They will not fix what's broke , and you will discover a new issue or two after trusting Velocity with your truck.

Do not recommend! Lack of manners, rude discourteous behavior, long wait on the phone. Worst vendor we have for the company. And not Whittier either, as they are under same company. This was a terrible experience for our company.

Horrible customer service my truck broke down the transmission went out and my company I work for towed it here my company said to call them for updates because we are in a hotel and when I called to find out what's wrong with the truck a gentleman called me a liar on the phone saying they don't have our truck so I have ti keep calling my company ridiculous finally here getting the truck people really rude!

Deplorable customer serviceThey were quick to cash our comchecks, but our truck would not run. Was put together incorrectly. No managers. Were they hiding?

Try to avoid this warehouse. Very bad service they just postpone you everytime you call. They took a month to fix the transmission.
