A JOKE ! This was complete waste of time. Got information via phone and email, made appointment to come out on day 1, was quoted 6 hours to fix a corner of the trailer box. 4 hours go by with no communication. Nothing was done because they never ordered the part. So rescheduled for another week. This time confirmed few times that coming from another area 40 miles away. Dropped off the truck, same deal. Coming back in 6 hours, truck was not even touched.IF YOU CAN'T DO IT - DON'T TAKE A JOB OR WASTE SOMEONE'S TIME, TWICE.

This company is a joke they "said" they fixed our trucks lift gate but they fixed the wrong truck it wasn't even ours and I asked them about it they said someone will be out today to fix it however I told them that this truck is being used and they need to call me so they don't waste a trip coming here if the truck is not here. I just got a call and they said they are at my shop and I explained to the technician that they were supposed to call me before hand to make sure the truck is back his reply was well you knew we were coming and I explained what I told the receptionist this morning he then replied ok well we are not coming back.... BUT I ALREADY PAID THEM ON FRIDAY so now I will be disputing the charges.

Called and asked for a part with the part number. Was cut off while giving the part number as they stated they had the part. 30 miles later they didn't have the part and blamed me for not giving them the part number.

Took my truck due to liftgate issues...handsdown the best repairshop in southern cali...will reffer to anyone...call for appointment and the will take care of you...they out did themselfs there great...all hardworking men...
