Excellent service. Replaced DEF heater and controls under ford customer satisfaction program. Technicians worked hard to complete replacement so that I could get back home for Valentine s Day dinner.

Worse service department ever. Brought one of our trucks in for repair. The repair was only to get the speedometer working again. We drove the truck in after two weeks of hearing nothing but a bunch of excuses about waiting on a a cable that needed to be replaced then they received it but it was the incorrect one they finally said the correct cable came in. After that they said we needed to replace starter so we also did that. After this was finished they notified me that truck would not start. We brought a running truck in there not it won t run? Said they couldn t put another tech on it for another week. Charged us 3,300 dollars to get our truck out we sent a tow truck and hauled to another repair shop. Come to find out they never replaced any cable at all just cut it and spliced a new piece in starter was installed correctly at all. This place is a hack job and not honest at all

WARNING They called and said everything is covered under warranty but once everything was fixed and truck was ready to go they said its not covered under warranty and they did work on my truck without letting me know and now they are forcing me to pay for something I didn't approve... they steal diesel my from truck and some tools never ever go there... you are not in good hands..

WARNING If they say it's covered under warranty Never Ever trust them it's a scam... later on they will say only part of it is cover you have to pay other half. And they will make fake papers PLEASE TRUST ME GO SOMEONE ELS... and yes they do steal diesel

HONEST REVIEW.. WARNING They will steal your diesel... make you fake papers to scam money from you and will not do a proper work. And no matter how many calls you make they will never answer your call... Don't fall for their nice friendly sweet talk. They steal diesel, spell coffee on my truck, steal my tools in the truck and make a fake papers to take money from me...

NO STARS.... took a month to replace a carrier bearing. Very slow workers probably don't know what they are doing. Every day for 2 weeks said getting the part today and be ready tomorrow. DON'T GO THERE!!! very disappointed with this place

I have nothing but praise and respect for the service team at Transwest. They are my go-to for RV service. They always do a great job. My last service in November 2023 showed me how much they care about their customers and reputation. There was a small incident that resulted in a broken window on my RV entry door. Both Maria and Chris immediately took full responsibility for the mishap and assured me they will get it fixed correctly and quickly. Chris ordered a new window the same day and kept me updated on the shipping progress and when to expect the completed repair. The repair was completed the day after the part arrived. Everything was as-promised and I had my RV back in time for my planned trip. Maria and Chris are great to work with and always deliver as promised. I am a fan of Transwest and highly recommend their services.

I was called and told the problems with the functions on the steering wheel were fixed. Went to pick it up and I found parts on the floor under the steering wheel and none of the functions working. I got nothing but excuses. Left the coach and the next day got a call stating they found more causes for my steering wheel problems. They couldn t explain why a thorough systems check wasn t conducted before repairs started let alone how how they wrote on the work order, repairs completed.Never again with this service center.

Will call woman a bit to forward with her pleasantries. She ask me how I was, I said good , and she must not of heard me because she repeated herself very aggressively. I don t respond well to that sort of behavior, particularly in a customer client interaction. I m there to exchange money for parts, not to navigate her personality.

Took a water truck in for repair on the AC $9500 later it breaks in two weeks, brought it back in for the warranty work they lied about what the issue was and charged us $1500 for diagnosis on a light fixture nothing to do with the Faulty AC they supposedly fixed the first time. Stay away from this company especially Chris the manager and Jenifer the Assistant Manager. SCAM Artist.....

I recently had my F-350 there for a full service. I was very impressed with the service provided. My truck was pulled up when I got there. The manager Chris and team were very respectful. I will def be coming back for more annual services and issues here. Big thanks to Mr. Valintine for meeting my request to wash my truck upon arrival even though that service is not provided. thank you service department.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced by far in a really long time I get it I arrived 15 min before closing time but hey if you close at 3:30 why get upset or mad because a customer shows up to purchase/spend money on a product that generates income for the business you work for that at the end of the day it's going to generate an income for you.

Worst Experience. No Contact from Service manager. Damaged Vehicle. Scratched vehicle. Did not have knowledge of vehicle transmission leading to catastrophic clutch failure 20 miles after it left their facility.Update: Had to bring in our 2021 Discovery for warranty repairs. Totally different experience.Jeremy and crew took the coach right in and completed the items that day. 5 stars for this current service crew.

Great place to have service done on your RV. Only problem, service department doesn't answer their phones, get sent to voice mail. Then they seldom return your call. I strongly recommend them but need improvement on service.

Great experience, they were able to get me in same day which I didnt expect. They did s great job. Even stayed a little late to finish the job. I will definitely be using then for future work when I am in California.

At this moment, I can not say enough about them. They have had our Rig for 24 hours. Pretty much messed up our family reunion but have been incredible. Chris Pena, you are great. Hopefully, I can add to this complement tomorrow.

Service department told me repairs would be covered under warranty. Once the repairs were made the service department gave me an invoice. They said the repairs were not covered under warranty. I asked numerous times to get the ford rep involved, they continued to tell me there is nothing they can do. When I was driving home it broke down after they repaired it. Horrible repair facility, horrible staff. Worst place ever.

On 05-04-20 I dropped off my Winnebago due to a leak from the trans cooler and leaking hub seal. Jennifer Beyer was my service advisor. Jennifer was helpful and answered all of my questions. On 05-06-20 my coach was ready to hit the road. This is my second time having work done at this location. Both times were a pleasant experience. Facility is clean and the employees I came in contact with were professional.

The service department was knowledgeable and friendly. We took our fire truck there after a breakdown. It ended up needing extensive repairs to the motor / fuel system. Even with a full shop they were able to get us back on the road in 3 days. We left Fontana and drove the truck straight through to Redding without any issues. Big shout out to Jennifer at the service counter. She was very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks so much.

I'm trying to get a quote for a medium duty truck. Called several times, spoke to someone that was going to call me back. Never got a call, Called back 2 weeks later, can't get anyone in truck sales on the phone. Trying to buy an $80k truck shouldn't be a pain but it is. Wish I had names to cite but didn't write them down.

Friendly service advisors and well equipped...(Update) 12/8/2020 Had a issue with some previous service performed..And Chris the Service advisor took charge and resolved my issue in a friendly and expeditious manner..Hats off to Transwest service advisors as I have taken my vehicles to many shops in the surrounding area over the years and this was the best problem resolution response I have received thus far...Changing my review to a five star .... Great Job Chris...Thanks

Warning do not have your vehicle serviced at this location.To make a long story short a few weeks ago I had my vehicle in for service and they are liars, cheats and very dishonest.
