My Experience with Tire Choice Auto Service Center was beyond excellent and excepted our expectations. Vincent has first of all very great customer service.He not only dealt with my warranty company but also found the true problem with the AC in our SUV. He also found our breaks were bad when a few weeks before we had first taken it to Pepboys in fontana on valley. And they said are breaks were in perfect condition. Well they weren t.I truly recommend Tire Choice and ask for Vincent. It s nice to see that there are still great honest people with great customer service out there.

Hit a pot hole, so bad it blew out the right front and created a bulge in right rear with a gash. Ordered new tires from a Amazon, delivered here for installation. As hard as we hit that pot hole, I half expected something to be broke or best case an alignment needed. Talked to Lester ahead of time letting him know what happened and to let me know about alignment.About 90min later, talked to Lester and new tires were mounted, alignment checked and everything looked good, no alignment needed. He could have totally told me an alignment was necessary knowing I half expected it anyway, but he didn't.Highly recommend and wish I had known about them sooner.

Two stars is a fair rating for my experience here. I called to check for the price of a oil change pricing over the phone and when I arrived I was surprised they said that they can t honor the price we agreed to for a b.s reason they raised the price when I arrived, and just had to agree because I was just there. And it was my only day off. Their warehous didn t have the proper oil filter so that delayed the process even more until they figured it out not sure if they figured it out correctly. After I left their garage I noticed they didn t top off my car fluid which they said it was a routine and blamed it on their mechanic. The second star is for professionally apologizing over the phone when I told them the car fluid is not topped off. Only thing impressive about this spot is they apologize professionally. I don t recommend this mechanic shop. When you walk in make sure you walk in with the mentality that you could be scammed here.Food spot across was pretty good

Worst customer service ever. He was very rude to my father and me he gave us attitude the whole time and he was very hesitant on helping and only when are bill came up to 1,100 dollars was he willing to be helpful and complaint. Wish there was a way to give negative stars. 0/10 would never recommend anyone to come here

Very nice team and they worked quickly as well. They took me in 15 minutes before they closed. Manager made me feel very welcome and gave me honest suggestions as to what my car will need in the future. Will be going back soon!

Never get any parts replaced here they will take your engine apart and will lose parts and take months to give you your car back. just imagine they take 5 hours to change tires

Love this place! They are extremely efficient and let me tell you the manager is awesome!! He s very straightforward and genuinely cares and wants to help you out unlike other auto shops. 10/10 definitely recommend

This is the first tire shop I have been to where the place is so clean. Also want to thank Juan for the help filling my tire.I was having a rough day with my four kids screaming in the back seat and my tire being low I m just so thank full there is still good people in this world.

This is my second time here. I bought 4 new tires for my Toyota Corolla and got a great deal and everyone was really friendly. I ended up getting a nail in one of them a couple months later and they fixed it free and we're quick about it. John is always professional and friendly and the next thing I need fixed is the car is overheating when I use the air conditioner and have 4 lights on in the dash. Hope to get that fixed soon, just have to try to get some money set aside for it. But thank you all for helping me

This tire shop has outstanding service! Joey, the manager, is very personable and greets you with a smile and a "can do" attitude! Everything is really clean with pristine restrooms too, which is very much appreciated. I also really like that there is no loonnngg wait for service - just call for an appointment and they will take care of you. I was in an out in less than an hour for the installation of 2 new tires!! They are competitive and will work with you. I'm pleased to find out that they also do Free tire repair! This place is a Gem!!

Worse service ever. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. We brought my car for new tires and left it since 7:30am. The man stated it would be ready by 12:30pm. I called after 12:30pm to check the status and the man stated the truck with the shipment arrived late but they would have my car ready in an hour. We stop by an hour after and the person there stated they received the wrong shipment. We advised the person you should have told me this way I could have taken my car some where else. The stupid person had the nerve to say if you don't like it take your car. What awful costumer service this person has if he does not like his job don't work there. Very terrible service. We will never go there again. I will ensure the rest of my friends that I referred right an review.

My car had a strange noise coming from the passenger side. The technician found the problem and was able to fix it. The car also needed front brakes and now the car runs smoothly. I must say they never disappoint. I have been a loyal customer since 2010 and every time I come they can help me. Jovan and the technicians did an excellent job. Thank you for always providing excellent personalized service. I ll be back

Great experience highly recommend the mechanic Justin my car was making some rattling noise from the rear came by he fixed it right up went to three shops before this one and all of them said the same thing that it was fine. Until I came up to this shop and Justin found the issue within minutes. Fixed it up and I was back on the road the very same night I heard a little noise again from the rear the next day I came back and they already had a booth waited for me I called in advance he took a look again and fixed it the issue I highly recommend this shop! Great customer service and great people thank you Justin!

Very Slow Service, only time they get you in right away is when you spend over $1000. They offer free services especially when you buy tires from them but when you need it, there are never any availabilities and they try to charge you for everything. I spent over $1600 with them and would NEVER do that again.

Went here for the first time today-needed a realignment. Right when I entered, Justin was great. Also, was the only guy running the show. I never got a realignment before, and Justin explained the entire process to me. Stated it s their expertise. He not only welcomes you at the door, but he also does the labor. I knew my car was taken care of, and that it was trustworthy work. That s hard to come by nowadays. Give this guy a raise he can do it all! I definitely will be returning for future realignments; especially with their guaranteed warranties. Thank you for taking passion in your work.

Great Service! Every time I go to this shop they always give great customer service. I have 4 cars that get serviced here and replaced with brand new tires. Jovan was the representative that helped us choose the correct tires for all our vehicles. He was nice and gave great customer service. I will continue to come back for all my car needs. Very happy with this tire company. Great prices with great quality. Customer service is great too. I appreciate that they honor the tire warranty without asking a million questions to find a reason why it's not covered. I definitel recommend this company.

Called in today to ask for an oil change and I told them the make and model of the car and type of oil I wanted and they were first being hesitant on giving me an estimate price I had to be more firm and was then given an estimate I was told they had it in stock and was told I could be seen today and to bring it in.i go in later and my time was wasted and was told it was out of Stock i was recommended this place and disappointed.I was told because the manager had to be there to be able to get the oil I needed I wish I was informed before so I wouldn t have wasted my time.

So far so good. This was my first time using Tire Choice Auto Service after buying out Certified tires. Great service & wonderful guys. I' very very happy so far. Open 7 days a week is a huge plus for me and they are extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, and so far seem extremely trustworthy and honest. The only thing I didn't like is that I bought a 3 yr wheel alignment with Certified tires before they sold the business to Tire Choice but Tire Choice only will honor thru the end of Dec. this year. I was disappointed but also upset that Certified Tires was selling a 3 yr product to customers when the owner knew he was planning on retiring.I may report Certified Tires to someone for doing that. I also didn't like that Tire Choice does not have my vehicle history and Certified Tires is gone now. I would not have thought it would be like that.

Amazing customer service, really professional, and kind. The guys work fast and very efficient. Extremely good work ethic! If you are in need of a car repair and you are a female or simply aren't car savvy you need to come here. You won't get scammed or over priced. And you will leave knowing what was done on your car and why. Side note they have a loby and free wifi in case you stay during repairs.

Great service , great quality of everything. John always helps me with exactly with what I need Iv never waited longer than 45-1 hour , most times I walk in and I m helped immediately if not , John schedules me an appointment. Great service all around .

John the Store manager was very polite and helpful. He seemed stressed over his employees not showing up for work/ and not having enough staff. None the less he put on his gloves and rotated my tires and put them up to proper pressure !!

Went there on a Monday. The place was completely closed despite the hours of their business sign displaying "open Mondays" and at the time I was there. I conceded probably an emergency arose. Hope all is ok, I'll try again.

Came here for one stud replacement.. ended up having to change 3 out of 5 and finished quickly. Matthew and Rodney gave me the whole description on what needed to be done and made it happen ! I Really appreciate the last minute work they did before they closed . Most definitely will be coming back !

took a rim to have the tire replaced since I had a blow out. The gentleman said he didn't have time but I could leave the rim and he would call me when it was ready. 24 hrs later no phone call. I showed up rim still not ready, he said he could put tire on the rim but didn't have time to mount on the car unless I wanted to wait 30-40min. 30 min. later I asked for my warranty information and I will be taking my business elsewhere.. 0 stars

Run down shop went and wanted an oil change,it was after opening hours. No one was in the shop . That figures that why they have zero customers compared to Valvoline oil change. No values .
