Just another Volvo dealership nothing special other than it was all brand new facility. The drivers area had nice couches and chairs a free laundry room and nice clean free shower stalls. Staff was decent for the most part they just took forever I don t know what was up but they said their computers were down and put them back 1 to 2 days but I was down for 6 days with my truck in shop for a couple bad parts in the exhaust system stopping the parked regen process. Idk I d go here again I guess.

Spoke with Anthony on the phone first he let me know they had the part I needed and the cost. Let me know the hours service so I would know how much time I had to pick up the part. Upon getting on site and picking up the part I was even serviced by him he let know the different parts that where available and did it all with a smile. Great service thank you

Went there on 1/03/24 to reprogram ecu and acm to vin. Daniel Estrada on bay 5 do a quick check that need to replacing new ecu and acm. He solved any kind of problem if you have a questions need to know or wonder what need to do, he willing to help. The customer service great.

THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM!!! We dropped off our truck for repairs and one moth later when the driver comes to pick up the truck we are realizing that they damaged the front bumper, broke the side panel, broke the foglight AND they are not taking any responsibility for it by saying we are not responsible for whatever happens to your truck , (per Jason and his manager) in other words they can take your truck to a road test, do whatever they want with it and even damage your truck and not be responsible for it??? This is ridiculous, the highest level of a scam that can happen at a repair shop. Yet you claim that you take pride serving your customers, that you guarantee high-quality standards, that you deliver the service we deserve and repair our trucks in professional and timely manner?! WERE IS IT??? You destroyed our truck, you are causing us a few thousand dollars of repair and a down time to fix it yet you are denying your accountability by saying we are not responsible for whatever happens to your truck ?! I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO GET MY VOICE HEARD BY OTHER CUSTOMERS AND THE CORPORATE UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED!!!

I m here doing pm servicecall service advisor Juan Baruch ask him what time my truck finish he say 9 am I come 1030 he say not finish yet we still working on it service done after Lunch break around 0130 I back 2 pm he say almost done I stay Waiting on lunch room tell 6 pm I come to front desk to check my advisor take off the Technicians left with drops my truck oil with out finish the service. If I have less than one star I give to this location

We had our truck there for repair for over a week, after the truck was fixed it broke down on the road again with the parts that they put in. That break down costed us a lot of money and time. The management trying to avoid all communication and does not respond. Just a horrible service all around. Every time my trucks go in for repairs, it takes a week minimum to do anything. No matter what you ask them, they just don t care about the customer and your time. It s been a over a month I have been trying to reach management and corporate, but no luck, no direct contacts could be found, they just make it hard for you to complain.They do need new management or more professional mechanics to do the work faster and more effective so no one brakes down after they install new parts

Very hard to get ahold of someone on the phone. Seems like their mechanics are NOT technically trained as their recording says as your on hold for ever and ever and ever. My truck has been there for 4 maybe even 5 times now for an air conditioning problem. It really shouldn't be that hard to fix, especially after replacing the major parts in an air conditioning unit. How does this place stay in business?

The charger hose popped so loud I though my steer tire blew up. They charge a premium and they can't even install 2 hose clamps properly.

Took one of my trucks for low speed pressure, we were billed $18k, paid. Few hundred miles later, same issue, brought the truck back, we were advised to pay $2.5k to fix the issue. I tried to explain that if the second diagnosis is right, that makes the first one wrong and the $18k paid a waste. Tried to contact a Jason, he never responded. He appears to be the person in charge. After few days, they ve decided to fx the problem at no charge. Few miles later, the problem still not fixed. Brought the truck again to them, after few days, they sent an email asking us to approve repairs for $3.5K. All parts and labor in the last estimate, word for word, were covered in the first $18K bill.Emailed Mr Boss Jason few times, zero response.In addition to this charade of blindly over charging and misdiagnosis, the weeks the truck spent sitting at TEC Equipment.Wondering if top managers ever think about litigation and class actions.

Poor customer service . something as simple as serive light needed update took over 3 days and unable to fix and said they were too busy. I do not recommend this place for any truck owner or truck company. Best Regards CELIK INC.

They were very friendly and respectful and listen to all I had to say, I'm very pleased so far, I'm sure this team of Mechanics will get my truck fixed and done on a reasonable time so we can get back in business. Update on repairs to my truck two days in shop and my truck is back in business with a reasonable repair bill, thank you TEC Equipment for been efficient, I do recommend these people to everyone.

Almost not a bad place! But I waited 5 days because of an electrical problem and also to replace the batteries.The manager of the service department is a very good person and of course Mr. David.

This company has an internal communication issue. The right hand doesn t know what the left hand is doing. Every single process takes days toComplete. A straight forward repair issue turned into a month long difficulty. It has taken more than one week just for a road test to confirm the issue had been fixed. I do not recommend this placeUnless you want to be overcharged and underserved.

I witness a terrible incident while I was there few weeks ago. There was a gentle man trying to return an item and a grotesque female started to accuse the gentleman of trying to steal the items that he was trying to return. I couldn't believe what my eyes were witnessing. The whole thing ended with the female calling the cops and but the worst part that female took the item from the gentleman. They literally stole from a customer and dare to call the cops. I was very hesitant to buy parts from this location since in the past they always some how get my orders wrong. After this incident I'm definitely never coming back. Beware of this location.

I have Volvo760 2023 I get oil change from them and after few days I am in Boise Idaho I saw there is leaking in oil pan. I bring my truck back to tec equipment Fontana. I drop there on Wednesday 02/15/2023 and I went back to pick up my truck on Tuesday 02/21/2023 I get the key and go to the parking and saw my truck and still the oil is leaking from oil pan and they said truck is ready to go after 6 days they not fixed it and now they say leave the truck we will see it again. Technician don t care what the driver gone face the problem on the road .Case id:-16716703Repair order number:-5043066CS

Anytime we come in or call about parts they are quick, efficient and provide fast service!Thank you Rahul for always being so helpful and answering all of our questions!Don't waste your time with other parts companies that never answer the phone or don't help you when you need parts. TEC is the way to go!

Am local trucking company owner since like 6 years ago i move to this place are to doing my business. Parts is good nice clean store. But for services department is nightmare trust me my friend.i bring my truck on 12/04 and for repair due to low power and some issue with regen services department was failed to send me the updates for days till I call them ask when should I pick up my truck. And they told me I need to put deposit before they can start. This is after a whole week. They don t call. Not sending correct email to me. Even I reply them on email to process the repair. So I waste 1st week time there for nothing. Then I drive there to pay the whole bill ask them to do the repair asap. And during the time. No updates no calls. Nothing. Wait for another 3 days I called and guy name david told me they still wait me to pay the deposit. I told him I pay the whole amount already at last time I visit the shop with him. And they are not even start the repair for over 12 days. Then I have to wait. I ask to speak with manager and refuse for busy reason. That s fine. I ll wait then. Couple days later ask for states on the phone. I don t know how the big company has so less people on it. Got wait like 10-15 mins every time. So they told me when merchants put the cover back it got broken. I will need to pay for it. I just want my truck back fast so fine. And wait. No parts. Okey. I was check couple time in next 1-2 days and finally lady told me they will get the parts next Monday or Tuesday as least so i wait. They at the day I called again and other one answer the phone told me they don t have parts. No eta nothing. I decided to buy on my own and bring it to them. Because I can t wait anymore. Bring the part over wait for another week to get the truck out. Take over 5 weeks for repair. It is okey I know Covid cause thing slow. But attitude and customer services is very important too. I hope owner will really think over about it.

The place is nice very friendly got my truck in right away it needed a new clutch they told me they test drove it when I went to pick it up the clutch brake had not been adjusted could not get the tractor in gear so had to leave it another 24 hours for them to put it back in line to get the job finished correctly so I don't even know if they really test drove it I've got about 10,000 mi on the new clutch seems to be working fine

It s very worst place every please trucker No one come this dealer I have to drop off one week ago for just engine cheak . No one responded one week there staf also very rude nasty .and they change battery after sending bill.please guys don t come this place mechanic just doing timepass.if you have small issue go another dealer this place was worst service very very bad service Every day desided they give me time but nothing do work 1 weeks finish anytime they told me every time morning 9 am and 3 pm desided every day tomorrow morning tomorrow cal thyme another day tomorrow now tomorrow all ready 6 day finish tomorrow tomorrow please guys don t forget they re is very bad place don t go please

Stay away!! They will take your truck apart for 5 days for just a simple estimate and will not put it back together. Something that takes 1-2 hrs of labor time. Terrible customer service, there go to excuse to everyone you talk to it s out of my control.
