If I could give no stars I would. Do not bring your car here. They ve had my car for over a week. I was promised my car being done in a couple of days. I called to talk to someone above the service person helping me, never got a call back. Some of the worst customer service I ve ever had. Extremely frustrating when you are now down a vehicle for more time than told and they show no care. They send you to voicemail or put you on hold for extremely long periods of time.

For something that's right there in the name, they have ZERO idea of what service actually means. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about the DisService Department. Every time I have been there has been nothing but disappointing. I will never buy another vehicle from Sunrise Ford and I'm not sure of I even want another Ford at this point.

Let me start by saying that I was already annoyed at the high cost of having my brakes replaced at the dealer. But I decided to give their mobile service a shot, thinking it might be worth it. Boy, was I wrong! I was promised my car would be delivered back to me the next day.When I called the next day around 3 pm after they had taken my car, I was informed that my advisor was on a lunch break and would update me when he returned. I waited for an hour and decided to call again, I was transferred in between deferent department for like 10 times and explained the situation for like 10 times only to receive a completely different story. I was now told that my advisor was actually off for the day, and there was no one else in charge of the mobile service.By the end of the day, I had no idea where my car was, whether it had been moved or stolen. I was left stranded with no car to drive home, only to have my vehicle finally delivered to me the next day. This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and it's beyond frustrating that I trusted this service with my vehicle

My several experiences have been poor due to communication involving my vehicle being completed after an oil change or any type of maintenance. I give my phone number so they can contact me and i have to call and check in on the status while being redirected several times to the service dept.Also, my tire pressure is always incorrectly adjusted which gives a tire sensor fault. Customer service also has egotistical attitude for no odd reason. I will not be returning although it is the closest location to my home.

Bought a brand new 2023 Ford for the first time and took it in to this location and let's just say it was the WORST mistake ever!!! The women in the service department are horrible and don't know anything (you must not have to be smart to work here). The lady straight out told me that the technicians there are not certified. They said they were keeping my truck for 3 weeks without notice and without offering a rental car, how am I suppose to run my business without a truck (especially because they never told me they will be keeping my truck for that long). Also the ladies here don't answer the phone on purpose because they see the customers name on the caller ID. When I was in there they let the phone ring and she was like I am not answering because that customer is mad already!!I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH A CHEVY!!!

Very disappointed with the service department. I scheduled a recall service after verifying the part was in stock, just to find out after my vehicle was dropped off 2 weeks ago, that the part won t be in stock for another 2-3 weeks. I ve patiently been without my vehicle and after all of this, they could not make an exception to provide a rental until the service was done. I very seldom complain, but everything should be researched and verified before a customer schedules an appointment to drop off their vehicle.

This place is a joke. No one can give you an update on your car if the person who helps you out is not there. And also they uust send you to auto bot

Made an appointment online to have the transmission diagnosed in my Ford Focus. Showed up for my appointment just got them to tell me that transmission appointments were backed up 3 weeks and my online appointment wasn t an actual appointment

Service takes way too long and there's never anywhere to park. Parts dept. guys are great, though.

STEVE NAVA CONTESTA EL TEL�FONO !!!EDDY contesta el tel�fono !!!Tres semanas y sigo esperando respuesta del pick up, tengo yes meses que compr� un F-150 a�o 2023 y ya lo llev� did veces all dealer !!!!Adem�s del pick up DEFECTUOSO, del p�simo servicio al cliente, todav�a tengo que incurrir en gastos extras, como el pago de la Aseguranza del carro de renta!! Se�or gerente con este servicio y con estos empleados usted va a perder a muchos clientes !!! Ag� algo, por que yo Todav�a estoy esperando una respuesta de alguien que me diga informaci�n de mi pick up .
