We were referred to SoCal Mobile Fleet by the dealership where we purchased our Freightliners from, and I am glad we were. There are a couple things I look for when doing business with a company..1. The experience and 2. The cost vs value. The experience has been amazing. Butch and his team even followed up to see how our trucks were doing after repairs. They stand by their work and take your situation as if it was their own. As for cost vs value...they do outstanding work and really know their stuff and they are very competitively priced for their services. High recommend anyone who needs a commercial mechanic to give this team a chance. You will not be disappointed.

My starter failed and my 2006 Peterbilt wouldn't start in a Home Depot parking lot. I called several different places for road service, Rush Peterbilt, Inland Kenworth, and another independent shop. The 2 dealerships were to busy and the independent shop was rude and put me on hold then the call disconnected. I did a search on Google maps and found this place, they had a 5 star rating but there were only 2 ratings. I decided to call and spoke to a very nice lady, Natasha, and explained my situation. She was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to speak with. She transferred me to whom I assume was the service manager, Butch, who was also knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to speak with. He told me he could help and would try to have somebody to me in 45 minutes. His mechanic, Benny, who was also knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with showed up at my truck in 50 minutes with a new starter and had me going in 2 hours from his arrival to departure. Plus, I got excellent service for a fair price. Who would have thought that would be possible in today's day and age where seemingly everyone wants to take advantage of you. I not only give the company a 5 star rating but I give all 3 people I dealt with a 5 star rating as well. I recommend that everyone should use So Cal Mobile Fleet Service if repairs are needed, in house or road service. Thanks to all of you for your integrity and treating me with respect.

Came in there with a coolant leak and got it taken care of right away. Customer service is great and the prices as well. I highly recommend all my truckers to go here if you re having issues with your truck.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS SHOP: YOU WANT 10% OFF ON YOUR LABOR BILL, THEY WOULD OFFER YOU TO LEAVE A + REVIEW ON GOOGLE & YELP.. THE WAY THEY HAVE 4.9 STAR RATING IS BCZ NATASHA HAS AN AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT WHAT COMES WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN OVER PRICE TAG. THEY MENTIONED, "WE CAN OFFER YOU 10.0% OFF LABOR, 5.0% OFF FOR GOOGLE COMMENTS & 5.0% OFF FOR YELP COMMENTS". THOUGH THERE SERVICE AND WORK ETHICS ARE GOOD, BUT I THINK PUBLIC SHOULD BE AWARE THAT, 4.9 STAR RATING COMES BY BRIBING CUSTOMER TO LEAVE A REVIEW IF THEY WANT 10.0% OFF ON LABOR. I DON'T THINK THAT IS A FAIR WAY TO DO BUSINESS. MY REVIEW IS SIMPLY MY UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS. BE AWARE: YOU DON'T RECEIVE ANY % OF ON YOUR PART PRICE.. I AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT THAT TYPE OF BUSINESS MODEL.. BUT GOOD SERVICE.

Had a turbo repaired with no worries. Got me right in! This place is awesome. They were more worried about the bill than I was! When I'm in Fontana area they are definitely my go to!-Jimmy Jam & Son

They were very fast, and fixed a problem that other mechanics couldn t fix. This is the only place that I will ever take any of my trucks. Natasha was so helpful, she is so. Ice and quick to answer any calls you have.

Great service! It s hard to find a good truck shop nowadays but this place is the real deal! Bring your equipment here for any repair needs and make sure to ask for Natasha!

So Cal is our go-to mechanic in the Fontana area for all of our Volvo trucks. The receptionist, Natasha is very friendly and always updates us on the status of our trucks. The mechanics here are hardworking and very dependable.

They are great peopleAnd responsibleI called a lot of road side serviceNone answeredBut they did it send mechanic to my truck he look it find out the problem they did fixed in 15 minutesNot west my time I was able to take my loadAnd I met boby he is great guyAnd the twos front desk lady are assumeAnd soon I will take my 2017 Freightliner to them to do pm for meThanks for doing great job
