I recently had the displeasure of visiting Singular Used Tire Business, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The manager, Edgar, proved to be a terrible person and the quality of the tires he sells is abysmal.Firstly, let me start by saying that Edgar's customer service skills are non-existent. He greeted me with a disdainful look, as if he couldn't be bothered to help me. When I asked him a few questions about the tires, he responded with a rude and dismissive attitude. It was clear that he had no interest in providing any sort of assistance or guidance.But the real issue lies with the tires themselves. It quickly became apparent that Edgar's main objective was to make a quick buck, regardless of the condition of the tires he sold. The majority of the tires I inspected had visible signs of damage, including deep cuts, bulges, and uneven wear patterns. It was shocking to see how little care was taken in ensuring the quality of the products.I decided to purchase a single tire, hoping that maybe I could salvage something out of this terrible experience. Unfortunately, it didn't take long for the problems to surface. Within a week of installing the tire, I experienced a blowout while driving on a moderately rough road. Upon inspection, I discovered that the tire had a significant gash that went unnoticed during the purchase. It was evident that the tires Edgar sold me were not roadworthy.When I went back to Edgar's Used Tire Business to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with hostility. Edgar refused to take any responsibility for selling damaged tires and instead accused me of causing the blowout myself. His complete lack of accountability and utter disregard for customer satisfaction was truly appalling.In summary, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing tires from Edgar's Used Tire Business to think twice. The manager has no regard for customer service and sells subpar, damaged tires without any consideration for safety. Save yourself the frustration, money, and potential danger by avoiding this establishment at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable tire businesses that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide reliable products.

Great place to get a quick tire change. I purchased two slightly used tire which had 85% Threat for less then one new tire. Technician Kevin was very professional and everything was done less then an hour. I will recommend to anyone looking for a great deal.

Fair prices and originally wanted my drives and steers balanced so I could fully rotate all 6 but they tossed in a bag of balancing beads in the steers, I've been having trouble with vibration and uneven wear, gotta say they seem to have done the trick. Very happy, heading back for trailer tires shortly.

I send my driver to change 8 tractor tires to there shop in Fontana we told them we will pick our old tire back tomorrow next day when I send my another driver to pick up those tires next day they change the tires and they give us back really bad tires back when I talk to there owner and he talk to me really rude and he send me pic off my tires but that tires not belong to me I ask him so many times u sure that s tire belong to me he say he will check tomorrow morning agian then why owner sending me those pics they lie to much I recommended u guys don t go to this people shop thank U

I bought two Goodyear s LHS Lp22.5 Steer for the front of my truck. We also got 8 Kumho Lp22.5 drives for the back of the truck. We got good princes, good service, it s a good location and it s just off the 10th freeway which makes it easier! My husband and i been coming here for the past 8 years the service only gets better and better. Highly recommend Singular Tires. They have two other locations as well to go to.

No hassle or dilly dallying, i got in, got serviced and was out in about an hour with 1 vehicle ahead of me. I was treated with respect and it was a pleasant experience. Definitely doing business here from now on, not to mention the prices are great!!

I have been using singular tires for over 5 years, the owner Roger is outstanding always making sure all our trucks are handled quickly and with quality service, His prices are excellent as well as his employees who jump to work to get you going as soon as you arrive, a very good stock of inventory ranging from tire repair to top of the line tires, I highly recommend him for those of you who are in the inland empire and needing tire service for your big rigs.

Worker complained in Spanish (thinking I did not know what he was saying) about everything he had to do on my rig all he had to do was change 2 tires but he complained because he had to remove a bolt to remove the bar that's protects my wheels, he complained that he had to unscrew my lug nut covers even know I gave him the tool, he complained because he had to remove the air lines that equalize my air pressure .The guy was just very unhappy and did not speak a lick of English. His vibe was just very draining.
