I went in looking into a cost for a repair on my diesel box truck, that I had purchased from them, and they were higher than other places. Staff was very rude. Won t recommended nor will I be giving them my service ever again.

I bought a used boxtruck from this company with approx. 98,000 miles on it and I bought an extended warranty as well. So fast forward 18,000 miles later the cylinders went bad . So the warranty company asked to have a tear down of 3 cylinders to see in more detail of the damage $4,000 later they said the spark plugs where never changed by Rush . Rush ( Mitchell Johnson) said you bought a used truck and it's not there job to change out the spark plugs it's ours. So we should of right when we bought the truck known to change them out ( CRAZY RIGHT ) . Then they had the warranty come back out because they thought the cause was something different. Fast forward the insurance company paid out some money for a new motor . So I got quotes from two separate companies, Rush was more then double. Keep in mind they sold me the truck, made me pay regardless $4,000 for teardown. So I said I will be taking it to the cheaper company and they said sure you can come tow your vehicle to them . Even after I paid the $4k for the teardown they would not put my truck back in working condition. They wanted to charge me another $4k to do that . Also they said they would have to order more parts to get it back to running. Keep in mind I gave them the truck running in the beginning. In the end the made me get a cashier's check because they said they didn't trust me . Trust ....really? After all the horrible treatment they gave us . Mitchell Johnson said that it came from there store manager . This is truly the worst company in regards to buying and servicing your work vehicle's.I have been doing business for over 20 years and I have never seen anything this bad .Please find another company, you don't want the headaches.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing and vehicle and getting it serviced as well. They do not do a thorough inspection of there pre-owned vehicles and over charge anyway they can . The customer service is horrible and they are very very money hungry!!!

I had a terrible experience recently at Rush. I had to wait 72 hours for a parts quote and I had to continually follow up with them after both phone calls I was advised I would be contacted within 20 minutes. Multiple hours later I had to follow up. I just wish they would of told me upfront that an average part quote was 48-72 hours and I would of taken my business elsewhere.Frank, is very helpful at least. Also, the mechanic would did my oil change caught a repair that many mechanics didn't notice so I wish I could continue going here. The delays are just too costly.

For being a leader in the truck service business and truck sales in the local area we were really disappointed with the service we are receiving. First off, The service writer for the medium duty trucks at the counter has a personality of a Lugnut. Our truck went in for an oil change, transmission flush, and a DEF problem. It s been there three weeks and we still have not received our truck back yet. They say international is not releasing parts however if you go on international website they have plenty in stock. I even asked him if I can buy the part and bring it over to him to move this along.I think Rush truck center think our trucks sit out front of our yard for decoration and not for use. Having a truck out for weeks is truly unacceptable. If I had a dollar for every time the service department said my truck will be ready tomorrow it could pay for all the repairs.

We bought a truck from BIANCA CHOI about a month ago. First of all, she was super pushy to get us to buy the truck. She told me a bunch of lies about the truck. She said the truck was checked, there were no issues. It started having issues after ONE WEEK and I called Bianca and all she said was they didn t know anything about that. The AC doesn t work, it gets less miles per gallon than this truck is supposed to, the engine light is on, along with a lot of other problems that I have to take the truck to the mechanic for. Rush did not give us a single day of warranty. I had to buy an extended warranty and I tried to call Rush once again to get it serviced through the warranty, Bianca told me they don t specialize in the engine my truck has. Then she asked why I m calling her, she s not service! She just wanted to make the sale, she has NOT been helpful at all. I have friends who want to buy trucks and I will NEVER recommend Rush to them and especially not Bianca. She doesn t care about the customer, just about the sale! I had a wonderful experience with my previous dealer, who helped me out even after I had the truck I got from them more than a month later, but they unfortunately had no inventory when I was looking to buy this time so I was stuck getting screwed over by Bianca at RUSH. If you re thinking about purchasing a truck, don t buy your truck here! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

BEWARE THE EMPLOYEES ARE DISHONEST they did a recall in my truck for a def injector replacement but they didnt even clear my code that was P2049 the lady in the front desk said the that was a generic code that wasn t related for my def injector and they try to scam me for 408 dollars just to do a diagnostic but didnt even need all they had to do is replace the injector and plug it in and the code will clear in self but no since i didnt pay the 408 they were asking they didnt even connect the new sensor i wonder why they didn t even put the nuts from my injector harness in the video that i recorded at 10:50 am my card was charge at 10:46 so all i did was walk from the front desk to the truck and i wanted to see the new injector to find out how scumbags they are.Google didnt let me upload the video but i took screen shots

I will no longer do business with this company because of your salesperson Mike. Very annoying, pushy and unhelpful once he has what he wants. He could have given me an honest answer in my situation instead waiting my time with lawyer like responses. The funny thing is I wasn t expecting a dime from them. I just wanted some acknowledgement of the situation and to help out on the back end with these trucks I was going to sell to him. Bought 3 trucks from him never again. I have 6 trucks for sale. If anybody but Mike wants to do business let me know.

Isuzu parts are available, but be prepared for sticker shock. Prefer this dealer to the one in Corona. I will avoid that one no matter what.

The staff were absolutely wonderful.American (if I spelled it right) was great. She handled everything for me. I pray I never have to go again but if I do I'll be in good hands

This has to be the worse service center of any kind I have ever had to deal with. We have bought all our company trucks through this place and it s unbelievable how bad the service has always been. And yes I am talking even before Covid made it worse. 3-4 days for a oil change. I finally talked the owner into letting me find a new service center for our trucks. It s ridiculous here. I don t even know how they stay in business.

This place by Far is the worse service center ever , do not bring your truck here go to somewhere else, skip through to the town , it's been 3 weeks , and they act as if we are bothering them. I still do not have my truck this has been a horrible experience and I will let my company know to not recommend this place to anymore ourdrivers.

Our truck has been in for repairs more than 6 times and the first four were for the same recurring problem. It almost seems as they fix one item and slightly break something else in the process thus having to bring it back. On the last visit we noticed upon picking up the truck that it was missing a vital support bolt holding a part of the emissions control system.It is very difficult to get ahold of anyone in the Service department.They fail to communicate the progress with the repairs on my truck, I must do all the follow up calls.They leave me with the impression it does not concern the management that I lose a lot of money everyday I am without my truck.Can Anyone recommend another place for me to go?

Worst place ever, this place is a fraud. They will charge you for a repair then have you go back and charge you again to undo their mistakes and make the original repairs. Even with 100% warranty. Double the charge and triple wait time. Horrible, they should just go out of business

Magnifique!!! Bianca Choi shines as a star sales agent for Rush.Whether your a first time buyer-experienced do yourself a favor, save the stress, get down to Rush in Fontana and be energized by how hard, professional, and when trucking b/s comes up how patient the sales team work for your business. Give them a chance you won t regret it!

Larry was great. He was on top of it and quick to respond with my questions, no matter how dumb they were. My experience was good. Remember reviews can be used as a weapon for dumb people. the bad review people are just pissed off and venting.

Believe the poor ratings as this company doesn't stand behind their work! I checked the reviews before coming here and cringed, but had no option as they were the only Isuzu dealer. Firstly their automated phone system is horrible, good luck getting follow up calls from some service staff as promised. They removed my EGR cooler to install the replacement gasket to the exhaust manifold. That gasket blew after only 192 miles. On our return to Canada I took the truck into my dealer and was told the rear mounting bolts were missing on the EGR cooler and there is now a crack above where the cooler mounts to the exhaust manifold. I phoned Derek at Rush and told him what my dealer said and emailed the photos from my dealer. Derek spoke to my dealer and was sent additional photos. I emailed Derek a copy of my $1427.00 bill for reimbursement and was ignored, so phoned a few days later and left a message, and was again ignored. Finally got through and he said they installed and torqued the rear EGR cooler mounting bolts properly and have no idea why they fell out. Using his analogy that's like taking your vehicle in for new tires and after leaving, a wheel falls off. We torqued the lug nuts and have no idea why your wheel fell off! We all make mistakes but I guess they are so used to all the poor reviews they really don't care about improving their company image!Steve

Worst customer service. The guy doing the parts, tony I think his name was, is extremely rude and unhelpful. Either get some one who knows what they are doing or train the staff better

THE WORST COMPANY EVER.... stay away from this place. we brought 2 trucks from this place, 1 with warranty and the other one without but guess what both truck brake down back to back, not ones but 3 times and the insurance play with you, they approved the repair and then they don't pay or only pay the deduct and you ended payed the most. now im about to go bankrupt because of this 2 trucks.

Service was not great or good at all.1st parts all wrong no even when ViN was given.2nd paid 300 cash no refund at that moment they said they will send me a check 2 to 3 weeks3rd thing I dislike they don t own their mistakes and nothing is stipulated in the receipt about a refund been done threw a check.

To EXPENSIVE & takes too long. Work is decent but do make it a priority to know what is wrong with the truck before hand. If you're working on a dime find a less expensive place they're are some good & honest ones out there.

Parts department is the worst I have ever been. There's a guy standing in front of desk for a long time and the clerk wouldn't even talk to him and there's 4 more customers waiting....he's taking a long time

Worst truck service and customer service we have ever received. Do not recommend this place at all, and beware of warranties!! Our truck has been in here for over a month and nothing yet, my rental bill is skyrocketing and that wont be covered either!!! I was suppose to get a call from the manager two weeks ago and nothing now my calls go unanswered!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Why can't we use NEGATIVE one to rate these people.Worst service I have ever experienced from a service company. They will treat you like a king, UNTIL you sign the contracy and spend 100K on a truck, after that they treat you like dirt.After spending 100K I took the truck back for minor service, the cruise control. They never did fix it.PLEASE HINO dump these peopel as your dealer.

Total disaster, 6 days ago they have to change it 4 gasket and I'm very expensive (they had to order the gaskets because you did not have them there hahaha) I do not recommend it at all. They are liars

Recently I had my truck serviced there.Very professional and honest personal! I definitely recommend this location. Keep up the good work guys!
