0 stars Terrible service they have had my car since October it took almost 4 months to get my car back and on top of that there charging me $3,700 to get my car back for the parts when my insurance already had gave them a check from the beginning. I will try my best to sue them. Never but never bring your cars here never never.

Royal Collision fixed my car to almost perfect. Their customer service was outstanding and kept me updated through the process. They were referred to me from my insurance company and I would recommend them.

Thank you sincerely to the team at Royal collision. I had damage to the whole passenger side of my vehicle. The team at Royal collision took care of all the damage to my vehicle in a short two weeks which made me extremely happy as a costumer. Any questions I had they responded quickly and honestly which if you ask me is hard to find in todays world. I reached out to several different collision company s and all they did was give me the run around, one of those places which is higher Reputable on the internet with 5 star s across the board didn t even want to touch my car because of previous damage and there costumer service was a zero in my books. Thank you again to the team at Royal collision center I give you guy s a 5 star rating all day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Do not bring your car here unless you plan on losing more money or time than what you were supposed to spend. My mom brought her car here to get her bumper repaired and they had the car for 3 and a half months , mind you all parts and repair services were already paid for by insurance and they still took 3 months. Now my car had an accident and due to my insurance I had to go to the same place with less damage to my car I thought it would be a faster process. Their customer service has no uniformity on their team. They also were very unprofessional and started to argue with me over the phone. The lady from accounting had to give me an anccurate update for it to make sense. The customer service tells you and your insurance company different information. When I told them I will be moving my vehicle they goaded me by saying I would have to still pay for the service anyways even if they didn t finish or start before they would release my car . I will never recommend this business for service to anyone unless you are absolutely desperate.Services: Transmission, Body & Trim

I took my car in for an estimate (Fontana location), they said that my car was totaled so they couldn t do the work on my car. So instead of them returning the check that the insurance company gave them for repairs , they cashed it. Then when I called Jose the general manager about my check he got upset with me and he was really rude and aggressive. Now I m getting the run around about getting my money back for the check that they illegally cashed. I would never recommend this shop to anyone they are crooks! And very rude. The receptionists are nice but management is super rude.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR REPAIR. THEY ARE TOTALLY IN BED WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES TO SCREW YOU. THEY HAD MY CAR 2 WEEKS NOTHING WAS DONE INSURANCE DENIED THE CLAIM . THIS SHOP DID NOTHING TO ADVOCATE FOR THE CUSTOMERUpdated reply... AS I SAID YOU'RE IN BED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO ADVOCATE FOR ME. WASTED TIME AND MONEY ON A RENTAL FOR 2 WEEKS WHILE YOUR STAFF SAT ON THEIR THUMBS.. ZERO WAS DONE TO MY CAR!!!! THEN WAS GIVEN ATTITUDE BY THE FOOL IN THE YARD WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT MY CAR! YOUR SHOP IS WORTHLESS TOBTHE CONSUMER!!!

They had my car for over a month and a half with no communication or updates on the progress.When I did finally pick up my car it had to be taken back because the job was not done right and even after that I had to call my policy holder because the job wasn't done right again. Before taking your car here I would seriously consider other options. Also read the reviews don't just take my word, that was my experience.

This business did not finish the job they only fixed 90% of the damages. N also stole my handicap placard I m disabled and had to pay for another handicap placard . The guys in the body shop looked like they were up to something

I was rear ended and brought my newer car to this shop and didn t know much about collision centers When I got it back they didn t put my clear door protectors back on, they allowed white paint on the roof of my car, half painted my antenna which goes on top also, left lots of scratches on the paint where they took the car apart. I only noticed the antenna and the door protectors right after and they gave me a hard time about the door protectors! It was crazy when you have proof from the dealer it was installed when you bought the car I also wasn t given back my FOB key either! I brought my spare and was told it was kept in the car and was was focused on my car (I take part blame) I called and they had to look for it and then I had to go back the next day to get it but I didn t bother to go back for the other stuff because I didn t want to have to fight with with them! My car is RED why was WHITE paint used around my RED car?!? Not cool!! So I would NOT recommend this place and will not take my car back here! So I had to call for all my own updates which was disappointing. On top of that they didn t tell me any of the pricing until I got there and it was 2x more expensive than I was told over the phone when I did call. It also took 2 days more than I was told it d be done. If the price of my car was 2x more than what I was told over the phone then I should be able to make payments, but they don t even allow that. Felt like my car was basically held hostage from me. Will never go here again. Caliber is a much better place to take your car if need be, and that is saying wonders.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I got my car towed here for a rear ended accident. Customers service was ok, the girl in the office was polite and eager to keep me updated with the process. The GM was approachable, he was aware about the repair taking longer than expected due to the complexity of the repair and that the shop was busy at that time. But for that inconvenience he hook me up with a full polish of the rest of the car and some clips and a liner that it was missing from my car. Who does courtesies like that nowadays! Too bad only really upset people post reviews.

My Nissan rogue was with the shop for 4 months since June, they removed a part from my AR and they keep telling me they ordered it till this moment and the trunk is still having same issue. Then I went three Saturday 4th od December then the lady there were laughing at me and Craig is the one handling my issue. If you have any claim go to BAR cause the general manager Jose doesn't pick his calls

*****DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE*****Horrible I went in to have a BUMPER fixed it took them A month to fix, every time I called they would add another week. I had spend 1,400 dollars on a rental AND had to miss days at my job because They weren t doing their jobs. I call to get updates on my car every single time they put me on hold for 20min + I m so frustrated I feel like I got screwed over with this place.

I've had a terrible experience here the staff is unhelpful an every way possible no wonder the ratings are low I've called to ask for an update on my car they put me on hold for 10 and hung up adding to the stress if I could put 0 stars I would DO NOT bring your car here terrible staff

Can only speak to their customer service and policy, no idea on quality of work. Went in for an estimate...other guy wants to pay cash, I have a newer Camry, very minimal damage. In the end I never got an estimate because they charge $50 to even look at the car! I worked at quality body shops and have been in the automotive business for years...this is not how business is supposed to be done. So much for trying to keep business in my community!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.Insurance sent me here, should have believed all the reviews, that was my error.Went in for a bumper and 11 WEEKS later got my truck back with all kinds of unauthorized work to my engine!!! Now my truck runs horrible, and they tell me to take it to Chevy dealer.SAVE YOURSELF A NIGHTMARE!!DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR VEHICLE TOO!!Love the COVER YOUR BUTT response.Suck a joke!!

My insurance company sent me here and I'm so happy they did! Office staff was wonderful and the appraiser/manager was more than wonderful. I was informed every step of the way for my repair and treated respectfully by all staff that I came into contact with. I highly recommend this repair facility!

I took my car to Royal mid July. My car was supposed to be completed for a 24 hour job prior to August 1st . I still have to keep going back to them for jobs to finish on my weekends. Tue to Thu. I dont get call backs when they say, reguarding scheduling parts and service. Disappointed.

Horrible, they gave me an attitude when I made my appointment to be in time kept me waiting an hour and when I asked how long to check in my car gave me another attitude saying I was late to my appointment. I arrived early them the guy proceeded to tell me that they just gave my paperwork to him and that wasnt his problem that I hlqas forgotten about and had been there an hour waiting. I am pregnant was hit by someone and in pain. I had my 4 year old with me and was treated so rude by everyone there. Then he said i didnt even drive my car there that it wasnt in the parking lot. I told him it was and he proceeded to argue with me about my car come to find out he was looking for the car that hit me not my car, stater that wasnt his problem either that he didnt have the right information. I walked out with out being seen, didnt trust them with my car after that. Horrible service if I could give bo stars I would.

I'm disappointed my girlfriend took here to get her vehicle repaired "which they claimed ". The vehicle was still making noise, we returned to the repair shop and they said it was a break issue, why this was not addressed during repairs i will never know.The vehicle continues to make noise, we took the vehicle back to day and the manager drove the car and agreed it was something under warranty and we should not drive the car but was not offered any other option or rental car, witch I was told would be provided if said situation occurred!

hola hushbog. You know I have the same problem because we are not looking for a lawyer and we file a lawsuit I have my nissan versa it has been 3 months and they do not give it to me they just say they are waiting for the part, we have to file a lawsuit

The worst costumer service ever. They had my car for a whole month and nothing was done. I told the boss that I am paying rental out of pocket and I can't afford it any longer, he said he didn't know about this and that he will call me back. Never called me back and my car is still not even touched. I am so frustrated and now I have no choice, but to take my car to another machanic after a whole month of nothing.
