So glad to have someone answer the phone, most big windshield companies, are so automated and to busy. I call in the morning and got noon appointment and out buy 3:30 same day. I always go to this place whenever I have any door, glass and or door switch issues. I'm sure they do more than that but this is what I have had done and they're great! The price is always more than reasonable and they're very fast. Very courteous and respectful as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I appreciate the work Enyer and Louis did removing a rare windshield from Pick a Part. Very polite and knowledgeable technicians. Ms. Laus in the office doing a great job also.

A friend recommended me to Rios auto glass. Very affordable prices and fast service. The manager Enyer was very nice and helpful. I did a walk inn and was happy they had my windshield in stock and took me inn at last minute. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends . This is the place to go for any car window repairs! I thought auto glass places only repaired broken windshields and car windows or tinting. They installed a regulator on the passenger side door of my mercedes and my husband and I couldn't believe the price we paid. We had other quotes for $800-$1400 . So happy we found Rios! Also, the young gentleman was very professional. I highly recommend this establishment.Service: Auto power window repair

Never coming here again, nor will i recommend. Cant process order correctly. Been here for 3hrs. All for a simple window replacement.But they say you get what you pay for.But

very disappointed with their customer service , went to get my rear mirror fixed and they didn't seal it correctly had a leak , made an appointment to get it fixed , got there and had to wait 3 hours and still wasn't seen , whats the point of an appointment if they aren't gonna guarantee you the time then when i asked the workers about it they were very very rude and disrespectful not the receptionist though , overall very bad experience!Service: Auto rear window replacement
