Jesse's customer service is amazing!!! He explained everything to me and helped me choose exactly what I needed. There was another gentleman who helped mebut I didn't get his name, he was friendly and helped me understand what I was signing. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs affordable tires.

I went in picked my wheels,did the paperwork.though whole process was smooth and easy.the gentleman that helped me were very knowledgeable and the wheels look absolutely amazing!I have a very reasonable payment plan that won't break the bank.if you want really nice wheels and don't want to jump through hoops this is your placeli drove all the way from Victorville and it was worth the drive.check it out,I guarantee you'll be happy

RAW Fontana is your one stop shop in rims ,jesse and the crew are very helpful with anything you need, friendly been with them a long time , I wouldn't go anywhere else for wheels thanks guys ..

I m always very pleased with the services from this rim & tire shop! They are a great team here, and always manage to get the job done. Services are always very punctual, and professional. The Guys are very knowledgeable with, huge inventory for you full service, with a ton of options and availability when it comes to rims and tires. I ve been dealing with this location since 2004, they only seem to be getting better. I live a few cities away now, and drive about 45 min to see them for services. I pass up other locations for this location, the customer service was not the same or welcoming. This location is definitely worth it, they aim for customer satisfaction! When you go ask for Steve or Robert, very reliable, and provide amazing services. They treat you like family!

I did my online research on the rims available to search. I picked the ones I like, then went to the store to see how they looked in person. The employee was helpful, but they didn't have all the rims I wanted to see, so slightly disappointed on that end, but they had others that looked alright.

If tires sit for a long time they're no longer any good. They definitely gave me old tires. That blew out a month later. And they didnt provide a sufficient payment history.

I have been a Faithful Customer of Rent A Wheel for over 10 years, they have always shown to be very Honorable and Professional. I have always wanted to Shine up my Ride and make it fancy for Myself, I have never experienced any Problems with any Rims or Tires, just Complete full Satisfaction. I just wanted to share with Others that this Company has always Stood Up and made everything possible when I asked for something, then Changed my mind and changed my mind again... They just Complied and at the end of the Day ... WOW!!! They definitely delivered...I have even told many others to Go and Visit theFONTANA.. RENT A WHEEL....But ...all Rent a Wheels have in different cities have followed through when i had a Nail or a wheel balancing issue...So at the end of the Day.....i just wanted to Say ....Thank You... Rent A Wheel ... for always coming through for Me ....

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. I have been to this particular location many times. I bought $1900 rims and tires a few weeks back and was told that they had ordered centric rings for my car. I finally just went in to be told sorry, I forgot to call you and haven t been able to find them I live 2 hours away and when asked to just credit my account, I was offered $5. GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. that s not even gas money. I suggest going to a different location.

Excellent program. The new pricing is way better and nobody does what they do. You need to get with it and get hooked up like i did. Im a long time customer and have gotten multiple sets from them. Best in the IE.

Would not recommend . Paid my "new" tires and rims off... Rim got bent ..they wouldnt help me or even tell me that i could possibly fix it at another location ... Also tires werent new ...mine blew out ...took it to a tire shop...they told me tire was old and worn down... Old manufacturing date.... Save ur money and time go somewhere else . . .

i got the BEST customer service here. i went in on a wednesday afternoon & ricky greeted me. i was looking to purchase some new tires for my nissan sentra & he hooked me up with an incredible deal on some nexen tires. he was very patient with me and explained everything in detail. he did NOT rush through any of the paperwork in regard to my tires and i left feeling 110% satisfied with my service. what most stood out to me was that i felt like a valued customer! he went above and beyond to make sure i picked the right tires. i will be recommending family & friends to rent a wheel in fontana & will be referring them to ricky!

Been with the store multiple times. They always treat me like family. They go over the agreement with every purchase and if you pay attention it is all explained very clearly. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for great service.

This place is great got the rims I wanted for a good price and kept there word , if anything happens to my rims or wheel they will fix s it. I highly recommend this place.
