Completely ridiculous experience they must expect people to have tons of money I was quoted $140 then it went to $350 when we finally went to pick up our vehicle it was $580 total and wanted us to walk to to the store to get change for them. I hope they re happy with all the extra money pocketed we will never go here again! Please be careful with these hidden fees they add on!

Went in this morning for a new tire and Dennis and Andy were so kind and helpful. I am so grateful for there help and information they really helped me make the best choice and to REALLY took care of me I wish I could give them 10 stars! They were amazing! Thank you guys!

Stopped by for a battery that had gone bad in my vehicle. Dennis and his manager were very helpful to get me back on the road.Would definitely come here again

My experience is always amazing! Donald is awesome! He always takes care me when I bring my car in. He is straight forward and very honest! I always feel safe when I'm at this shop. I recommend this repair shop highly!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! had an appointment at 1:30 and didn t leave until 4:40 for one tire to be changed. at least two people were helped before me and they arrived after myself. this place is clearly ran poorly with a clear lack of communication. at first i was told my tire would be able to be repaired, my wait time was 1-2 hours from my arrival. my car wasn t even moved until 4pm. another employee then told me my tire wasn t repairable and i needed a new tire, gives me a price around 100 then proceeds to double the price saying they have none in stock moments later. mind you, after this i still have to wait two more hours after they realize my tire supposedly not repairable. with plenty of other cars coming in and out my car was still wasn t even moved. I just don t see how a tire change could possibly take nearly 4 hours long. (PLEASE GO TO A LOCAL TIRE SHOP, YOU RE FAR BETTER OFF THERE THAN THIS DUMPSTER FIRE)Don t waste time and money here pls!if i could rate lower i would

Two bad experiences with two different pepboys location. When ever you complain to customer sevice which is only via email or on reviews As no one to talk to.. They apologize and say they will escalate it. But only ones that readvit is the manager who complaint is about. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY BUSINESS. Or will any pepboys

I needed to get 2 new tires and they helped me get it done fast, and they explained everything I needed to know. They even checked my other tires to see how much thread life they have. I love the service here at Pep Boys, that's why I came by a second time to buy 2 more tires. God bless everyone, you're doing a great job.

First time here and first time restoring 13 year old Scion tC headlights. Paid for a headlight restoration via advertised coupon ($39.99) and was surprised how quickly they serviced the vehicle -- about 20 minutes once car pulled into shop. Wonder if they performed the restoration as written thru their advertised service such as taping off the area around the headlight and sand the surface off, etc..I didn't expect the headlights to be restored as if I just bought a brand new vehicle. Although I was told the whole process would take about 2 hours by another local Pep Boys that I would need to make a formal appointment.Pretty good human interaction with store representatives, but service actually rendered vs. advertised questionable.

Been having battery issues and checking the actual battery involves raising the vehicle and removing the wheel well from driver s side. I had to do it myself at Autozone and Oriely s but these guys are on it. Only charge is the initial installation but they ve taken care of me three times in 2 years at no extra charge.It s an old spot that needs renovations, but don t let that pull you away from good service and decent prices.

I appreciate how much money I am able to save by purchasing my tires at Pep Boys versus other places that sell tires. I was quoted a price by another company that was double what I paid at Pep Boys.

I highly recommend Pep Boys - Fontana especially Rafael and Dennis. They were both accommodating and approachable. Rafael was very knowledgeable and suggests whichever is best and is needed for your vehicle. I have limited knowledge when it comes to car maintenance so it was a relief that he was very patient to explain to me what was going on with our car. I know that cars are very valuable and to have it looked over by professionals is the least thing we could do for our cars. So if you are around here, I wouldn't have second thoughts on going to Pep boys - Fontana!

BUYERS BEWARE....Please avoid this location for any services. Came in for a scheduled Tire Rotation and inspection of damage to sidewall of warrantied tire and was told that tire damage was unrepairable and not a safety issue but that my tires could not be rotated due to safety concerns; now if you can't rotate my tires due to safety concerns then that tells me that the sidewall damage to my tire is a safety concern. I was not being provided with the correct prorated amount for my tire warranty and management was unable to provide me with an explanation of their calculation for the Proration of my tire warranty. The assistant manager and I came into an agreement in regards to a price for a replacement of all four tires under the warranty but declined to provide me with a written copy of our agreement. After all four tires were replaced and I attempted to pay, the initial agreed upon terms and price were not being honored by the manager and the manager attempted to increase the agreed upon price.I declined to pay de increased price for the tires and had the tires removed. My vehicle alignment was tampered with along with the valve stem one of my tires which resulted in me getting a flat tire within a few days of taking my vehicle to the Fontana Pep Boys location. My initial appointment was supposed to be two hours long and ended up being a 7 hour ordeal with nothing being resolved.

Don and the crew was amazing. First of all I was 2 hours late to my appt because AAA took forever but what stood out was his customer service. The team took their time , researched my previous tire purchases, and checked my warranty. I appreciate them explaining my options and making me feel welcomed. Best trip to pep boys ever.

If I could give them a 0 stars I would. 4 hours for an oil change. Oil changes have priority anywhere else I ve gone. They usually have a kid there just to do these. I ve never waited 4 hours for an oil change in my life and this is the managers quote.

Service was great, just took 7 hours as I have a Fiat and they couldn't find the right brake pads so it took them three tries.

Bad experience, service advisor was not willing to work with me & a mechanic rang me out with no words. Also rushed my vehicle before closing time even though they were offering other customers to keep their cars over night.

After struggling with several independent car shops, I took my Lexus to Pepboys. Manager Don and his master technicians truly have something special going on at this shop. They diagnosed the issue and had my car ready in no time. I will be returning there religiously and recommend anyone to do the same.

Took my 2013 chevy tahoe to get my transmission serviced on 03/24/23. One of the best experience ive had at a bussiness. Don was very cool and so where the rest of their crew i would recommend coming here. All around great service my truck definitely feels better. Will be coming back again if needed for future service.

Purchased 4 tires and an alignment, one of the tires wasn t installed correctly and the alignment was not done correctly. It was causing the vehicle to pull. Called the store and was told that couldn t fix the issue right away and was told to bring it back later in the week. After complaining about bringing my vehicle back I was finally given a sooner date. On the day of the appointment we expressed our concerns with the tire and alignment and was told they would correct the problem. When we picked up the vehicle we were told the issues were addressed, we looked at the tire and it was not addressed and the service writer told us that it s fine because it s not leaking air and that they didn t look at it and to bring it back. We drove off and while driving it on the freeway the alignment was not corrected and we called the store and was advised to take it to another location

I had a 10am appointment and was taking in 10 minutes of my arrival. I had oil change and was finish less than 45 minutes. There were only two mechanics on done but they were timely
