This place ROCKS!I showed up at 2:15pm on a Friday and was leaving at 3:15 pm.Matt was my salesman and provided excellent service and the crew of six amazing technicians knocked out my job of 8 brand new tires in NASCAR style.I highly recommend this tire shop ..

Turned me away because they were not sure if they would not finish by quitting time 1.5 hours before quitting time. My work needed takes 20-30 minutes and they had more staff standing around then they had customers to service.Not only that, the excuses changed as I indicated my willingness to wait:They first said it's going to be a while.Ok, I have timeListed tasks on 4 trucks.Ok, take your timeWell, if it's not done b4 5, then you can not pay.Ok, can I pre pay it's just a patchNo, sorry, they said.They then gave me directions to their competition that was super busy also, but they were willing to pull up a service truck in their lot, giving them additional flexibility to full service bays

Awesome service. Fast friendly. I highly recommend this place. It you drive truck for a living. This place will get you on the road fast. They definitely no how important it is for us not to be sitting around.

Took my fleet f550 for two front tires and I was bouncing all over the road. Had to get them re balanced somewhere else. Beware!

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST ALIGNMENT SERVICE . I come here to fix the Alignment on my new Volvo Truck . After Driving 20k Mille (Interstate) , I realize my front Michelin Tire , Driver side was like shaved, on outside area , became bumpy , also started vibrating . I called THE SHOP and I explain them the situation , they said the warranty is only 30 days,.(already passed) ... I took my truck to a different place to fix the alignment properly . I got the proof, print out haw bad was the alignment, on the rear ( Traction) not the front (steer ) Both, Traction Axel Was off really bad From factory . Now I have to replace 2 Michelin steers Tires, new shocks, Alignment and The one day wasting time to fix the problem. Total loss $2K . I m very disappointed with this Place.This place, Never again.

This place does tire shaving which is a very hard service to find. I had a nail in my tire and americas tire said they couldn't fix it and had me order a new tire and mount it to only then tell me that AWD vehicles need to have a similar tread depth between all the tires or the drivetrain would deteriorate and break over time due to the different wheel heights. They told me this after I had already bought and mounted the new tire on my vehicle and then told me good luck in trying to fix the issue on my own or I could buy new tires so they are all the same. After a lot of calling around I found Parkhouse Tire and my experience with them was amazing. They were able to shave my tire down and they did it for as cheap as you possibly could. I think I just found my new tire shop.

I bought 4 supersingles for a total of $3400 including the installation, I thought they did a good job but when I drove to Love's for a tire pass, my tire pressure was between 150-157psi, that is not only unprofessional of ParkHOEs but extremely dangerous, you guys suck!!!!

I would NEVER have this shop put tires on my truck or trailer. I had them replace all the drive tires on my tractor. When I left I had a vibration in my truck. I brought my truck in two weeks later complaining about the vibration and told them it started after they replaced all my drives. Parkhouse tire pulled me into their repair shop and told me I had to have all the u joints and carrier bearing in my driveline replaced and then tested to make sure my driveline was straight. I spent the money and had them send out my driveline to repair. I got another load and headed down the road and noticed I still had a vibration in the truck after all those repairs. A week later both my drive tires on the rear right side of my tractor came off while I was driving down the road at night. Luckily no cars or trucks were on the right side of my vehicle or somebody could have got killed. I had to buy a new hub as well as the tires and rims for my truck because the road guy could not find the tires and rims. When I called Parkhouse tire and told them what happened the owner told me it was my fault because I should have noticed that the lug nuts were loose. This is after they had my whole driveline rebuilt because when I came back THEIR OWN MECHANICS DID NOT NOTICE THE LOOSE LUG NUTS!!! They did not reimburse me one penny for the tires or the unneeded repairs. By the way, they have one shop where all they do is replace tires and another one nearby where they do general repairs. The vibration in my truck went away once the two drive tires were replaced. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
