I had never been in a major car accident before, and it unfortunately happened last month. I immediately contacted Frezia and Erick at Olympus Auto Body Repair...& I'm SO GLAD I brought my 2021 Hyundai Palisade there. They were upfront about parts, repairs, and pricing right off the bat. They were thorough with explanations, kept in communication with me consistently about the status of my SUV, and always asked if I had any questions. They shared photos of my vehicle to also keep me in the loop of current and next steps they were taking in real time. When they told me my car was ready, I was brought to tears because they did an OUTSTANDING job bringing (her) back to life. They walked me around my Palisade, encouraging me to check it out, pointing out & describing the work they had done to get my car back to me (in such a timely fashion too!). Erick and Frezia really made me feel like I was part of the process, and they put my mind/nerves at ease. I am BEYOND pleased with their services and would recommend them in a heartbeat to family/friends!

Great welcome and service from the team, from the very beginning they were very throughout . Very helpful and flexible. The service was great and the paint work was immaculate, also everything had a reasonable cost and repair time. I will definitely come back if I need anything.

Dont ever go to this shop the lady over there is soo disgusting she doesnt care about your time or anything made mistake by herself and tried to threat me and have no respect for their customers.
