Terrible trailer repair shop! The venue is small and messy, and the maintenance charges are repeated and not done carefully. I only replaced a quarter of the seals, and some parts were not repaired at all. They only charged a few simple issues for $970. I can buy it at this price. A pair of new doors, I was told before the repair that it might cost 300-400, but at the end of the check I was given a bill of 970. I was surprised, but JB s boss thought he did a good job! Terrible experience, don't go here to get your trailer repaired, he will make you pay triple the price! ! ! ! ! !

I brought my 53' 1995 Concept Racing trailer to the guys at JB with significant damage to the undercarriage and multiple crack throughput the frame. They did a fantastic job of this major repair, and they did so in the timeframe we had allotted... great guys, great service, great work, great company. I'm very happy with the service I received from JB Trailer Service Inc. If you're in Rigby, Idaho I highly recommend this shop.

The manager / head mechanics John was a very resourceful, and frank guy. Very fair and thoughtful to his customers. He put in extra effort to help me even before I become his customer. His team members are also courteous and helpful. Thanks again John for helping out a brother on the road.

We had a trailer door get damaged at a dock that left us unloadable till fixed. I called several places in the Fontana area, all of which couldn't get us fixed for 3-4 days. I called JB Trailer and was directed to Jon. I sent him a pic of the damage and he said he could get us fixed the next day. Our truck got there at 8:30, was out by 12:00, I had a load booked by 12:30 and our driver was back on the road. Absolutely outstanding service at an honest rate- what more do you want in a service shop?Thank you SO MUCH for your courtesy and promptness. If we ever need trailer services in SoCal again, you guys will be my first call!

I have been in contact with JB for many years for all kinds of service. I definitely reccomend anybody that is looking for a service on their truck and trailer to come to this shop. John is a great manager I know that everyone here is a professional at what they do. Eduardo is one of their workers that is probably the best in the business. Not only is he a hard worker but he is very knowlwdgeable when it comes to any issues in regards to lift gates. Not many in the industry can truly say they know how to resolve lift gate issues.

These guys are the best! They do their very best for you take care of you sometimes while you wait and even last minute. They are fair & affordably priced and do great and professional work. I highly suggest going here for any trailer problems! Ask for John!

As far as I m concerned. They attended my issue promptly and because it wasn t something they could fix, didnt charge me for checking. Seemed like great guys to me, dont know what happened with the other reviewers and their service.Appreciate you guys helping me out immediately as ya ll did. All other reefer trailer service providers advised 2-3 days to even check.

JB Services did a good job on my truck, and the price was right- however,, the old man who runs the place is a grumpy f'er. Not easy to speak with.
