These morons damage the truck they had tires and a radiator leaning on it plus when i there another mechanic back into the truck completely damaged the mud flap hanger. When conforted about and about the parts on the trucks and when told them about the damaged they did they went off trying to pick a fight they went crazy that they didn't do anything after a while I took pictures and recorded everything and went ahead and thatbibwas going to take them to court for damages there attitude completely changes now they wanted to take of problem. Wont recommend these place to anyoneit was my first and last time here.

My first review was 5 stars and I said very good things about this shop. After a few repairs I realized I ended up with more issues this place is great if your getting a new engine or an inframe job... We ended up taking our trucks to a different shop. Here you cannot drive in with your trailer which is an inconvenience but the biggest issue is that you think they fix your problem but end up with more problems .

Wow I was very impressed, my last few break downs through out 2020 took days even weeks , JAS. Experience was , as soon as I got there they payed attention , got me a spot for the truck to be stationed then before I got off the truck a tech aproched with his diagnostic machine and went to work , they assert the issues figure out it was a DEF pump unit needed, ordered the parts slapped it on , regenerated my truck and I was on my way , THANK YOU GUYS GREAT JOB I RECOMMENED AND WELL RETURN FOR THERE SERVICE AGAIN..

Paid cash no receipt and no labor warranty and pay by credit card with receipt and not honors labor warranty.Not recommend this shop!

Truck was dropped off for minor repairs.and a Bit update. They had truck 7 business days. Now AC does not work. System is new. Blew ice.cold. now compressor don't activate. When I spoke to supervisor. He claimed they didn't break it. Was working perfectly before they worked on truck. Supervisor was very rude and refused to even look at it unless He was charging for the diagnostic. Also found full can of brake cleaner fluid left inside engine compartment. Grease all over steering wheel door and shifter. Shifter plate missing off shifter knob...over charging for parts not really needed. 2 torque arms 4 shocks not requested. $2400 bill paid .and then they treat us like liars..7 work days lost also for repairs that could have been done in 1 day.SmfhServices: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

When you go in there asking to talk to a mechanic or get an estimate they have you waiting for minutes . They lag it on attending their customers, I know they re busy but they need to be more professional about talking to customers.

Exceptionally rude and unprofessional service from the mechanic David Lopez. He was aggressive over the phone, he agreed on an appointment time and didn't touch the truck for 5 hours and then when finished, left the truck parked in the middle of the street. Literally, he left the customer's truck parked in the middle of a busy street in between the center divider. I have never experienced this level unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this mechanic at all. Take your business somewhere else where it will be appreciated.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I recommend JAS, they fix you Semi right the first time. They have different mechanics who specialize in each area of your Semi Vehicle. I have recommended them to different truck drivers and they were highly satisfied with the work done also.

Do not go over there. The guy it the office he s so rood and over priced. I want there for air leak he should change the valve.thy did not know how change air valve and the broke all air tank. He say go buy new air tank.

Stay away of this shopI was attended for Daniel his put the computer show my truck have a problem with actuator egrI buy the actuator I only do round to Sacramento and the lights come on againI take with other meccanic and problem was the Harness actuatorI send the message to the owner OctavioAnd believe me I don t have answersI dropped around $1,000 for nothingNot recommended

Absolutely No communication!! going on between the people that work in the offices and the mechanicsI talked to a gentleman in here and he was talking to me like I was his wife or his kid. No respect to someone paying for a job.

Just stay away from this place. Bunch of liars sitting there to rob you. There are plenty of shops to get the work done. They are just waste of time and money. I bet the five star reviews are fake.

I know these guys for over 17 years , ...I've got in Tuesday noon with an warped engine block left the next day at 7pm with an complete outframe job . Beat that!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! THEY REBUILT OUR DD15 ENGINE AND IT ONLY RAN FOR 30 MILES WHEN WE HAD TO TOW IT BACK TO THEIR SHOP BECAUSE THE ENGINE SUDDENTLY STOPPED. THEY PROMISED US THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT AND THEIR "WARRANTY" WOULD COVER FOR ALL EXPENSES. TWO MONTHS LATER, THEY GAVE US BACK THE TRUCK AND SAME THING HAPPENED. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!! WE'RE NOW FIGHTING WITH OUR BANK TRYING TO GET A REFUND FOR THIS INVOICE. PLEASE STAY AWAY! THE OWNER OCTAVIO PROMISED US THE WORLD AND IT HAS BEEN HELL EVER SINCE.
