I have been a GV Trans costumer for years. They never let me down. They are very knowledgeable especially when it comes to Volvo trucks , Volvo engines or I-shift transmissions. Both George, the owner and his son Sergio as well as other staff working there are always very helpful. This is a very busy shop and repairs sometimes are taking a little longer to be completed but they are going above and beyond to make it right. Every time I pick up my truck I feel confident that it s 100% ready for the road. In our business there are a lot of things that can go wrong and sometimes they do but these people will do their best to help you out . I have been their customer since 2011 and I m very happy with their services. Keep up the good work

was getting pressure in the coolant reservoir, they changed Egr Cooler , and said problem its solved, after 800 miles, cooland in oil and truck broke, thats the short story

The management and team is great here. My dad went to have something fixed for the semi and they got him in and out. They exercised patience, were kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. He was pleased with this establishment! Keep up the good work guys.

The service is very good, the work is serious, I sent my truck here for repair on the morning of February 14, told me it was fixed on February 16, and in three days, I replaced the sensor, plug and wiring harness for my truck and corrected it truck computer. I appreciate them helping me fix my truck, but I believe the $700+ labor fee they charge is a little bit more, because I don't feel like they'll actually be working on my truck for more than five hours.

Honest, knowledgeable and willing to help! I ve search a long time for a shop like this and I m glad I finally found them. I ll never go back to the dealership. They know what they re doing and do what s possible to get you back k on the road. I d recommend them to everyone! I ve been taking my trucks here since the beginning of 2018 , best referral EVER! Sergio has been extremely helpful, transparent and knowledgeable. He always explains everything I need to know and answers all of my questions. He NEVER tries to sell me on unneeded repairs. If they don t provide a certain services at their shop (DPF cleaning/Alignment) they will take my trucks to get the repairs done for me so I don t need to take it to another shop. When needed they will come to my yard for minor repairs and or DOT inspections as well as pickup trucks and take back for repairs, GREAT customer service from all staff that I have come across. Turnaround time is fast with minimum down time. I highly recommend this Truck Shop!

I am not considering even one star because this company is a fraud! They have ripped us off with thousands of dollars and did never finish a job in a professional way. They would let me sign an empty invoice over $ 1,000 (see attached) and then after they did absolutely nothing to my trailer, they would fill out the invoice with $ 973 of charges just for welding a bracket, just to match the amount I have prepaid them!!!!!!!!!! Please do not go to this shop! Their PRO has fixed the coolant lines on my truck, but after 10 miles the truck broke down with loosing all the coolant, because they forgot to connect the hoses correctly! So much to their PRO!!!

We have been going to GV Trans for many years. We have owned different makes and models of trucks and engines. ZERO star for this shop because they are not honest and provide a very poor service. All they want is to pay cash or EFS check because in this way there is no way to dispute their charges for dissatisfied services. We took several times our truck to their shop to find out that we lost a lot of money and trucks have not been fixed at all! I would not let them touch my trailer. I am going to sue them for over $10,000 of dollars.

They take care of me all the time Very professional team with dealer quality work,Reasonable Prices and A quick turn around time.they even had there technicians stay after hours to ensure I wouldn t miss my scheduled load.THANK YOU !!!

I went in for simple hub cap cover replacement, arrived at 10am. I was ignored throughout the day, only after complaining several times to Sergio. By 4:00 pm, it was finally looked at by a mechanic. Dishonest managers, expect to be ignored and lied too.

I was told to come in at a certain time, to clear space and make sure someone could make the necessary repairs.I was guaranteed to be completed by 6 pm at the latest. Arrived on time, after waiting 4 hours and no one looking into my repairs, I asked a repair tech, for an update, and his response was, " We go at home at 4:30, and have no clue why your waiting."Sergio finally comes over to tell me, they are not going to be able help me today and has no one available. Unprofessional, unreliable, they're just going to waste your time.

GREAT PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VOLVO. GOT US IN QUICK, DIAGNOSED PROBLEM, REPAIRED PROBLEM AND GOT US BACK ON THE ROAD QUICKLY. THEY ALSO SAVED US ALOT OF MONEY. THANKS SERGIO

brought my peterbilt truck in here because the Tec fontana was very busy and these guys were just down the street, WOW BIG MISTAKE, they have no idea what they are doing, STAY AWAY!!!
