Fast quick easy and very nice technicians, and they were also experience working with hybrid and electric vehicles, also cheaper then jiffy lube . Very convenient since my dad is handicap and couldn't get out of car .

I would bring my car here. Priced always different. Noticed they don t use name brand oils like they have on display when you drive in. They messed up the oil release bolt had to change the entire pan. Love the way they said oh whoever changed it last time messed it up, when it was them previously.Used name brand oil noticed difference in oil life compared to whatever they use. Would not recommend

Called in and asked for Jesse it took them 20 minutes to change my oil. Pretty quick rather then waiting at Walmart and other shops and it was quite cheap to get it done not bad for 60 bucks

DO NOT GO HERE !!! After reading the reviews over and seeing the same issue happen to a lot of people I gave it the benefit of the doubt charged me $40 (cash only) whatever I have no issue with that , that s not my problem it s the irs problem , they literally finished in 5 minutes I knew it was to good to be true I live 10 minutes away. As soon as I got home i opened the hood to make sure they changed the oil filter & they didn t cause the old one was black and the new one was black and blue & I noticed my truck was leaking oil , it was coming from the oil drain plug I try tighten it & it wouldn t work it wouldn t tighten left or right it would just come off , most of the oil came out now I have to redo the oil change somewhere else. And have to come have someone pressure wash the street from the oil spilled !! I am going to try my best to put them on blast on tiktok , Facebook instagram everywhere I can DO NOT GO HEREService: Oil change

I have been bringing my car here for about 3 years and they are always fast ,polite & give me what is best for my car . The oil changes are done fast at a good price. They check filters free of cost and replace if you wish to . The receptionist is very nice and friendly.they have stamp cards that I love ! Great incentive to keep coming.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went for an oil change. Alexander helped me. When I went home I notice a small puddle of oil under my vehicle. The next morning there was a large one. I took my vehicle back and Alexander had a bad attitude and said my truck always had an oil leak and it wasn t his work. He looked under my truck for 20 seconds and walked off. Another employee came over and checked my oil. Looked under my truck with a flashlight. Cleaned underneath the truck and actually tried to find the issue. Don t let Alexander work on your car. This guy is going to make this business lose customers because I m finding a new spot.Service: Oil change

Can t do an estimate on the phone for a brake fluid flush? Uh, bull s. Sorry, but you lost a customer. Update- got a call back from someone named Jesse who quoted me $250 for a brake fluid flush. When confronted on it being more than double Jiffy Lube ($120) and $150 more than Ramona Tire ($99, and where I m having the service done), he proceeded to tell me that he will be using genuine Volvo parts for the service. I laughed in amusement and asked You mean genuine Volvo Dot 4 brake fluid? He proclaims yes, we will replace everything and use genuine Volvo parts for the service. I again laughed I amusement, saying uh, I m not super concerned about using genuine Volvo Dot 4 brake fluid and I don t see how that would cost $150 more than where I m getting the service. (Volvo dot 4 is $20 for an 800ml can, BTW) He proceeds to tell me well, won t ruin your vehicle by using aftermarket parts. We will only use genuine Volvo parts for your service. I proceed to tell them no thanks. This shop is a perfect example of how people get totally f d by unnecessary service and upsold on alleged parts being used. They literally tried to charge me more than a Volvo dealership would for the same service. If you re thinking about using this shop for service, run for the hills. This shop is shady AF. Another update- I just saw that they replied yes ma am bla bla bla . Assuming I was a woman. I m most definitely a man, and a very deep voice to match my gender, no less! - this tells you by assuming I was a woman, they most definitely take advantage of unsuspecting women!! Shame on you!!

Free motor? I paid full price for the motor.... If it was free I'll gladly go pick up my 6700 tomorrow. The staff was very nice to me and I will take my truck to this shop only until the warranty expires

I had taken the car directly to the dealer. They wanted to do some work and charge almost $1000. Took the car to Jesse at Best Lube to take a look at it for a second opinion. The lady kept pushing for Synthetic oil. I kept telling her no regular oil change. Then she said okay regular. Then when I received the bill it was 90 bucks. I asked the lady why so high couldn't say why spoke Spanish. Then the guy told me prices went up. Then I looked at the paper bill she change me for Synthetic oil. The lady is very dishonest there. The guys that where there doing the job were some what friendly. I wouldn't go there unless they replaced the lady working there or had one of the workers talk to people who don't know Spanish that well to ask what they need would be more helpful.

Rude employees, and they take forever. One guy tells me to pull in and the other comes out yelling at me saying that I can t just pull my car in, then process to tell me cash only as if it s not 2022. Better off taking your car somewhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

THEYRE SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL they ll do things to your car on purpose so you ll go back . If you ve gotten an oil change here and your car is leaking it s the drain plug !! They ll purposely put a homemade drain bolt that ll leak so you ll go back and they ll charge extra be careful!!!! The one on the left is the one they put on my car and the one on the right is a new one I had to buy !!! & I ve done an oil change on my vehicle I usually do so I know that s not the drain plug I had .Service: Oil change

On 9/5 I went for an oil change and a young guy supposedly did the oil change- he literally took 3 minutes under my car and I sat and looked at him and he NEVER drained the oil I just saw him moving something under my car. I confronted him and he said Yes I did the owner, a short hispanic lady, heard me asking the guy and she didn t say anything, I was rushing and I had to leave so I ended up paying $40. My car then started to leak oil during the week, I went back the following Saturday and another short hispanic man said they have to charge me for something extra cause my car is leaking, I left upset. I asked another mechanic to look at it and sure enough the oil was dark, they never changed anything and just messed with it so it can leak and I would go back to them so they can charge me more! Anyways, my mechanic changed the oil today, keep in mind only two weeks after Best Lube and Tune has supposedly changed the oil, there s no reason why my oil should have been this dark! I called Best Lube and Tune today and after the third call, a man tells me to just go get my money back. He didn t fight me or anything, meaning- They know what they re doing to customers!!!! They are charging you and not even changing the oil!!! Please don t go here anymore! They are thieves!Service: Oil change

Amazing service. The fastest and nicest oil change I have ever had. I was out in like 10 minutes on a Saturday. These people are not scam artists (like most mechanic shops) but rather these people seem genuine. Highly recommend this place.

Got oil change here. Trying to help the locals. These guys did not change the oil filter. I checked when I got home and the jiffy lube filter was still on my truck from the previous oil change. Not good!!

I guess this place is good for oil changes! Had my engine swapped for $3500. They were nice at first but after they swapped the engine and I started having problems with my car and keep going back to get it checked out their attitude got bad and they wanted me to pay for everything that needed to be done. Excuse me warranty and the amount that paid what? I just want people not to get taken advantage the way they did to me. It has been 6 months and I'm still paying for my poor choice.
