Broke a plastic oil pan on a freightliner Cascadia due to the fact they did not use the proper tools. Kept giving us the run around and would not give us a straight answer of what happened

Please never come to this workshop. They steal your money. And then it doesn't let you. Go . My husband came to make an arrangement and they told him a price and then it was another and the truck didn't work. Please don't come. They kidnapped your trailer.
