Will never come back, double checked for hits before picking up trailer, tires were not positioned, nearly every single one was worn out!

Need trlr parts and they will give you the exact same model number for your trlr. Take your business services in the future,. That you are looking for parts to get trlr fixed quickly,. So DOT can go on by.not if you don't know where you will be able to find trlr part .,make sure you call them. To see that they have no problem with your order part .Stay safe on the roads. Worst experience Great Dane Authorized shop and they hate to do warrant work . Guy name Elbert can manipulate you to pay for your pocket and will lie on straight face . They had my trailer for 5 days and can't even open the tires to see what is wrong with the trailer . Top of that no one superior to talk about negligence. They don't care about down time . Scammer.

Avoid this place by all means they will waste your time when it comes to repairs.. took them almost two days and they still couldn t manage to even diagnose what the issue was in a simple ABS light.. they simply said no charge with no explanation and avoided the issue as if that makes it better for wasting my time.

The shop manager is very knowledgeable friendly and reasonable prices it's the only place I'll ever take my trailer to get worked on

They replaced my trailer HCV w/dump valve they charge 210.53$ just for parts later I fined out the parts only 78$ I m going give to my lawyer some time next week the parts #vs27116 I just check onther Great Dane dealers the par price yes it s 78$you guys need to be careful with this places rip off .

They found the problem, a leaking air hose due to rubbing on the grommet between the chassis cross members. They replaced the air hoses but failed to secure them so they wouldn't rub on the same spot, so they leaked again within 2 months, they refused to honor as a warranty job. They said we didn't instruct them specifically that we wanted the new hoses to stop rubbing. So if you want the actual issue that caused the problem to be fixed, that is an additional cost, otherwise, they'll just put the band-aid but won't fix the problem

Based on my experience I highly recommend this place. I was taken in forty minutes as they said they would. In terms of money they aren't cheap or expensive, but its service is worth it.

Manager said they can help us becouse we got a car parking in bad spot.. And isn't was my car... Lol really un respectful people... I m shopping here for 4 years and it's always something... We are clients.... Incre�ble

Fast professional service, the shop is clean and plenty of space for your truck and trailer, the parts department is fully stocked with knowledgeable counter people who get you in and out quickly.
