Very professional! I received my car back in less than 2 weeks! I received frequent calls and texts from the shop to keep me informed of my vehicles repair. I have been to auto body shops from Central Valley, down to San Diego. Caliber Collision provides quality and consistency. My latest enjoyable experience was with the Fontana, Ca location. I worked with Alex and Destiny, both of whom represent the values this company prides itself on. Look no further and head to Caliber Collision.

Where do I start?! Caliber Collision replaced the rear bumper of our son's 2009 Scion Xb very efficiently a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, we did not receive the same level of service with our brand new 2022 Toyota Rav4 (which only had 1,984 miles). It took OVER a month to repair the front end damage of our Rav4 - which resulted from a slow speed collision. Service Advisor Alex Olasaba told me during my initial consultation that they would be able to order the parts before we dropped off our car to reduce the time our car would be in their shop. However, when I called back to schedule the drop off, General Manager Adrian Hernandez refuted Alex's promise and insisted that parts would not be ordered until after we dropped off our car. That should have been my first clue that things were not going to go right.While our car was in the shop, we received excuses after excuses for the delay; from staffing shortage, to personnel issues, to equipment failure, to family emergencies. The delays became so outrageous that GM Adrian had to provide us with a rental car for a few days. When we finally got our car back, it was quickly discovered that the wrong bumper had been installed. The original front bumper had a removable front tow hook covers, but the new bumper that Caliber Collision installed did not have these removable covers. Additionally, the hybrid battery cover in the trunk had been removed and left scattered in the trunk, along with the rest of our personal belongings. The trunk floor (spare tire cover) and our all weather mat in the trunk were also not properly seated. It looked like a tornado had blown through our trunk. There were stains all over the interior. The rear passenger seat back was not locked into place, and our windshield wiper fluid was depleted (indicated by the warning light on the dashboard), which SA Alex should have seen when delivering the car to us.I honestly don't know how Caliber Collision has been in business for this long. It is obvious that a 2022 vehicle is beyond Caliber Collision's capabilities, because they don't even have a mechanic on-site who can calibrate the cruise control. At this point, we don't even know if the adaptive cruise control in our car can be trusted due to high level of incompetency we have experienced so far.We now have to wait for the correct front bumper to arrive before reluctantly taking our car back to the same incompetent shop, and probably wait ANOTHER MONTH for the correct bumper to be installed and the cruise control recalibrated. I told SA Alex that I expected a rental car to be waiting when I drop off our Rav4 for the second time, AND our Rav4 to be completely DETAILED after the repair to remedy the mess that was delivered to us the first time. SA Alex reassured me that both of my requests would be honored, as he acknowledged that Caliber Collision was completely at fault. However, I have a very high suspicion that GM Adrian will refute SA Alex's words AGAIN, and underdeliver. Words CANNOT express my level of dissatisfaction at this point!Just look at the photos. Juan Alba was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my concerns and questions about my vehicle. The staff was very professional as well. They greeted me with a smile. They asked if there was any other questions that I needed. The staff also knew I needed a car rental. They even got my car rental ready for pickup. I would like to thank Juan Alba and staff for the great service and experience they provided me and my vehicle. I would highly recommend Caliber collision in repairing your vehicle. These guys took really good care of me. And as a walk-in, in a downpour, I was really grateful. My rear passenger window was stuck and partially down, which was a mess for me as I m a delivery driver and winter storms were coming. I called ahead and asked if they could help me just bring the window up, as I didn t have the money to fix it all the way. They assured me they would take a look at it as a courtesy. Alex greeted me when I arrived and was very professional, courteous and quick. He and his team brought my window up and secured it within 10 minutes, free of charge. I m so grateful and impressed by their kindness. I had 101 deliveries to do in the storm and it would have been so much colder and more miserable without their help.

Caliber has been magnificent. They are very responsive in keeping us updated with car details. They take multiple forms of insurances and it has been smooth sailing wheneverwe take our car in.

I was nervous going into this process since I went with the preferred repair center from our insurance, but that quickly went away. Daniel was the best, he kept me updated through out the 6 weeks the car was in the shop and even coordinated with the dealer to check out a driving issue I was having, saving me time and the stress of figuring it out on my own. I had a great experience with Caliber Collision Fontana.They kept me well informed from start to finish. Updated me on the status of my repair almost daily. They finished the repair a week earlier than the original estimate and the repair was flawless. I m so grateful to Caliber Collision Fontana for the repair/restoration of my Nissan Altima. My experience was handled with professionalism and genuine care; from the moment I was in contact with the center. The office manager was kind, and very knowledgeable. Our Service Advisor insured our vehicle was in a - like new - condition when we picked it up. I was also extended a courtesy ride home from the center! It was such a pleasant experience. Overall I couldn t be more pleased; exceptional workmanship, and exceptional employees providing astounding service! I recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing vehicle repair/restoration.

I am beyond "completely satisfied!" From the time I took the car in for inspection, the status updates via text, and finally the completion of repair on my car, exceeds my greatest expectation! The staff (Kaitlin and especially Manuel Lemus) were always professional, courteous, informative, and caring. I greatly appreciate the services performed by all. I feel like I have a brand-new car.
