If you need a wheel alignment on a lowered car or just any car in general, this is the place to go. I have been coming here for years any time I need a car worked on. Victor is always there to help you out with any problems or questions you have.

I recently brought my project car up to San Bernardino to have some work done. The process started with Best and would finish up at Best. The first trip began with Best doing some suspension work. My only contact up to this point had been with Victor. My initial impression on phone calls with Victor was that he was professional, confident and still humble. When I met him in person and spoke with him for a few minutes, I became even more impressed with him. Dude just exudes professionalism. He had Angel all ready to get started on my car as soon as it got there. I hung out for most of the process in case any questions or issues came up. What was interesting is that while taking care of the car he was working on and greeting customers, Victor kept a close eye on all that was happening around him. His guys were all about business. Not to the extent that they seemed beaten down. Not at all. There was a vibe of real concentration to their task at hand. Step 1 was finished on time with no issues.I brought the car back for step 2 which was a simple alignment. Victor got it right up on the rack and did his thing. Simple. Once the tow truck got there to get the car back home, my key cylinder locked up on me and there was no way that car was getting started without replacing it. Typical Classic car situation. Stuff happens.Luis handled the situation like he's done it a million times. Ordered the part to be delivered and installed it once the part made it to the shop. Cool, calm and collected. They could have just shrugged their shoulders and said they "don't do that work here" which would have really put me in a bind. Instead of that, they stepped up to the plate.Everybody I dealt with at Best Tire Shop was an absolute Pro's Pro and I couldn't be more satisfied with them.Thank you Victor! You have a business that LOTS of other businesses should strive to be.

Victor, the owner, is a really nice and down to earth guy. He always helps me out with diagnosing and fixing alignment issues. This is for sure the place to go if you need anything done for your car. I ve gotten 4 or 5 alignments done here and I m going for another tomorrow. I always come out with a smile and any issues I had, resolved. Much love to these guys and thank god they re low car friendly

The new owner Victor is great! He has really cleaned up the place. Great prices w/ quality tires. Plus you can now wait inside in the air conditioned waiting area. I will get all my tires here from now on!

Victor was cool, honest dude. Good amount of knowledge about Z's. Will always come for alignments from now even if it's a 30 minute drive. Highly recommend.

I'm from Arizona and a friend recommended that I go over here to get my tires balanced I had previously got my tires balanced somewhere else and when I brought it to him and had the issue he took the time the issue and I was on my way for a fair price

When it comes to quality, this business ain't on top of its game. Shady business sold me a used tire which had a slow leaking hole in it, even after they checked it in water. Will not be a returning customer. The service was hazardous. Typical...all they care about is money.

Went to get a quote for tires and the worker told me they don't do tires on Saturday and recommended I Try sonora tires instead. Don't waste your time trying to find parking

Tried calling they never answer I drove and hour to the shop to be told to call and make an appointment I let the kid know they never answer and was told the Owner was on a very important phone call and couldn t talk but he told me dm them on Instagram don t have Instagram I give up
