I recently dented my Tesla Model X liftgate or trunk while backing into a hospital parking space. There was a large metal switch just above what I could see on the rear view camera. I got it repaired within 3 days for an extremely fair price at All Magic Paint & Body in Fontana California.They are a Tesla Approved Body shop and did an awesome job with a quick turn around. It looks like nothing ever happened. I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone. Michael Baker, the Manager and Jose S. were amazing. They are the standard for professionalism. Their whole entire office team were knowledgeable and kind. They offered me snacks and water each time I came to visit. They even offered me food from their Christmas party. I can tell that these are passionate and trust worthy people. Every single time I called their secretary picked up within 3 rings and answered every question I had. They finished the job ahead of schedule with the best customer service I have ever had from a business. I would bring all of my vehicles here and I would recommend bringing your Teslas here for excellent and detailed work. I would give them 10 stars out of 5.

Due to my car being broken into and vandalize, I had an insurance claim and took my car to All Magic best decision I ever made. They did a fantastic job. I was informed of the process the entire time and my car was ready when they said. When I went to pick it up, I almost didn t recognize it. It was so shiny and clean inside and out. My windows were tinted, and I was expecting to have to go and get a tint at another place, but I was surprised and happy to find that they also tinted my window for me. I did notice that there was a dirt smug inside the tint and I was assisted by, I believe his name was Jesus (forgive me if that s the wrong name) but he instructed me to bring my car back Monday morning, which I did. When I picked my car up that evening, they re-tinted my window and they also put a new tint on the passenger side of my car, which I was not expecting, so my whole car would match!! They went above and beyond. I am very grateful that my car was in great hands. I highly recommend this repair shop, you will not be sorry

I recently had my car fixed at All Magic Paint & Body Fontana and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and always kept me informed about the progress of the repairs. Thank you to the All Magic team (Lianna and Patty) for the constant updates about my car and a special shout out to Jose!The quality of their work is outstanding. They did an excellent job on my car, and it looks as good as new. The paint job is flawless and the bodywork is seamless. I am truly impressed with their attention to detail and craftsmanship.Not only did they deliver exceptional results, but my car now runs so smoothly. They took the time to address any underlying issues and made sure everything was in perfect working order. I can't express how much I appreciate their dedication to providing excellent service.I highly recommend All Paint Body Shop to anyone in need of car repairs. I took my vehicle for minor body repairs and a loud screeching noise. There was no communication between themselves, the adjuster. I had to constantly call the collision center and relay messages to adjuster. The effort they put in was sending an email and waiting for me to get the ball rolling day after day. I was even promised services that were denied. The entire time my vehicle was in their possession I was hoping it would come back to me the way it ran before the accident. No luck for me. Avoid at all cost there are other collision centers. Read the reviews they don't lie. I even offered to pay out of my own pocket and they didn't even bother to investigate the issue. this sucks.2012 Chrysler 300. I was forwarded all emails between adjuster and Jose. The last email between him and adjuster he put no effort to correct the issues at hand.

Fantastic service, the technicians here are knowledgeable and flexible and present a range of options with repairs. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments was incredible. The staff is very friendly and work to make sure customers feel comfortable.

they are by far the best service i ever had as far as customer service they treat you like family. I have been to another body shop before and this one in terms of quality is by far superior. If i ever need my car fixed i will definelty go with them 100 percent. They will fix your car and leave it like new, straight out of the dealership. Dont waste your time searching for other places they will give you a good deal i am 100 percent satisfied with their service God bless this location they will treat you like their equal.this business is for the customer first. My experience with All Magic Paint & Body Fontana was beyond amazing! I brought in my 2023 Tesla 3 (BRAND NEW) ! I did not even have plates on the car yet! Something hit my car on the freeway and the damage was substantial! I immediately began looking for a body shop that was approved by Tesla. That is when I found All Magic! I took my car into their shop where everyone in the office was amazing and helpful! The process was fluid. They were able to get my parts from Tesla quickly. The communication was by far the best communication I have ever had! I received automated text messages of where my vehicle was in the process. I received weekly calls from the office again letting me know where the vehicle was in the process. I received the call today that my vehicle was completed. Driving down to the shop, I was nervous. Having a brand new car go to a body shop and have to be repainted in a large section I was hoping I would not be able to notice. I got to the shop and did a walk around! My Tesla was repaired and painted flawlessly. I was so amazed to see my car back together and looked the same as it did when I drove it off the lot! This place is the best repair shop you can find. I've gotten hit while my car was parked. I was already feeling depressed about it but honestly they made me feel so well with the decision of having work done here. They are all amazing people. They kept me updated through out the whole repair. I was really afraid of the parts not lining up with the body of the car and they reinsured that it will come out just like new and they didn't not disappoint! My car's repairs are so good! Just an FYI I've been in 8 car accidents all in one year so this isn't my first car accident and pretty sure with my luck won't be the last. Out of all of them they repaired my car well, really well. One key thing I wanted to say is that I wanted all oem parts and they did keep their promise and gave me oem. I will surly come again, hopefully not anytime soon though... lolMy car was a 2020 toyota camry TRD. See the pictures:) before and after

Came to all magic to get my bumper replaced and fender to get it touched up because I hit a cone and the rail on the freeway. They did an amazing job on my car! This is the second car they fixed for me and it came out so nice. They are always so polite and care for your car needs and you. I will be back if I get hit. Hopefully I won't have to until 10 years but knowing my luck... anyways I would recommend them. They did the job really fast. Here are the results, look like new! And the best part they polished my headlights ! You won't be disappointed, trust me when I say they are really really good on their job, speaking from experience btw with 12 car accidents I had went to about 6 body shops , can't remember and this one was the best with the results of the car.

Super professional body shop! Brought in my 2014 C7 Corvette to repair some parking block front fascia scratches. Looked straight from the showroom quality work! This is my second time using Magic Paint and Body, I would use them for a third time. The customer service is always professional and they are so friendly! They definitely make you feel like they care! All Magic is top notch. I've now had 2 cars repaired there and the results were great! They really take pride in their work. They repaired our F250 2019 Diesel looks great! No sign of the prior damage and the truck was returned immaculate - They completed the work quickly and within the time frame they promised. They also kept us informed of the progress during the week. The guys are very knowledgeable and responsive. I have complete confidence in their work. And the most recent is a Ford explorer 2018 we had issues with our insurance and the other parties insurance, all Magic was very patient with us, but at the end unfortunately none of the insurance responded and after almost 2 months I ask Liana from All Magic to let us take the truck as it was and they surprised me when they informed me that there was no charge for all the time they waited and stored the truck at the shop,until I get in arrangement with the insurance for sure I m bringing it back here with them.Lianna you are the best at what you do!!

The team over at All Magic Paint are all kind and very professional ( from the receptionist on down). I got in a small fender bender and when I picked my car up, it looked brand new! Great customer service. I walked and was greeted professionally and treated with care. They painted my car part and reconnected it in 1-day (it was a small part, but still I was impressed they found the time to do it so quickly without treating my issue like it was insignificant). The paint was amazing and perfectly matched to the body of my car. Will definitely return if I ever need another paint/body work job.

If I could I would give them 10 stars!!!I brought my KIA SOUL to them for repairs they did a great job on it!!!It was a great experience all around..Best customer service I ve ever had very patient and understanding after receiving calls from me on a daily basis to ask for updates on my car..I recommend it 1000% you can t go wrong with this place!!!

Since I walked into their office, I was met with true professionals. Susan and Crystal were amazing. I got an estimate right away and proceeded with the repair. They left my son s vehicle looking good. I would highly recommend their shop for any major or minor repairs. They are true to their word and very professional. The shop is very organized and clean. I stopped in this place today based on their 4.8 star rating on google. I have a truck that was rear-ended, minor damage, already quoted out by the insurance, just need the work done.As I walked in, Lianna behind the front desk looked up and literally smiled. An actual genuine smile, the one where you know its part of their personality, I noticed it instantly. Then, as I was explaining my situation, Joseph sitting at the corner desk overheard and stepped in to help out. We discussed my situation, walked out to my truck, Joseph sees my military stickers and thanks me for my service including a handshake. Joseph is a veteran also. Then boom, he lays on the ground, in his office clothes, and slides under my truck. I was surprised but also impressed. Then he notices some frame damage, points it out, and says, "I bet that's not on your insurance quote", which it wasn't.So far, I am thoroughly impressed, and they haven't even worked on my truck yet. I will update when they do.

Great service, professional and kind staff. They adjusted my door which was damaged by strong winds ripping it out of my hand. They fixed the alignment issue promptly and didn t even charge me. They clearly understand how to build long term relationships with customers. Thanks again to an awesome team!
