I had an amazing experience today at 1 Stop Audio (this is my first ever Google review), I was just pleasantly surprised.. Its sad to say, but its rare to get genuine help.. Maria was extremely kind and welcoming and the install technician was friendly and patient (teaching me how to use the equipment).Something that I thought was going to be an unpleasant hassle.. turned out way better than I expected.

Thought it was a great location till no longer than 6 months after I put in a stereo it stopped working and the owner Alma or at least she claimed to be the owner would not have it looked at unless I paid them. Even though they installed it and assured me that If I had any issues. They would take care of it. I had never felt so taken advantage of or disrespected from a business.

Awesome service! I have taken all my vehicles to get tinted windows, sound systems, alarms, etc! Jose's craftsmanship is phenomenal! My wife and I love their work. I highly recommend 1 Stop Audio to everyone!

Took in my Honda Accord because I had a battery drain and didn't know why.When I bought my car it had an after market system that was installed poorly leaving the amo to hang in the back. I of course knew this so I asked them to fix it. They said it was probably the amp or the alarm (which they worked on previously last year)After the first night I went in and was charged 85. One of the owners claimed that there was a multitude of things "wrong" after they fixed the amp. But I specified I didn't want anything else to be worked on and just to fix the alarm. Which she claimed would be the problem. I asked how much more will that be and she did not specify. Said they wouldn't know until the worked on it. Total red flag there.On the second day I called in during lunch only for her to tell me they put in their own battery and the car worked and they removed the alarm. This was in complete violation of the work I wanted done as she said she would charge me for that work and the battery. Despite me telling her the might before the battery was new. Then we got in heated discussion as to the validity of whether or not I said to "fix" the alarm or to "remove" the alarm. Pointless. As I got back to the shop she said they put the alarm on but left it disconnected as to not drain the battery more.This obviously didn't fix the issue as I still have a drain. They claimed the alarm was the problem but did not fix it, unless they charged me $125 more. She claimed that they would do a "full" sweep from front to end but not charge me to "save me money." Ended up paying $75 as a disconnection fee so I can get my car back.So save your money and go else where. I get they have a business to run but it's not an honest one.

I just wanted to buy a kit to install my after market radio. Nobody in town had the one I needed. They sent someone to there warehouse to get the one I needed. It came quickly and I very much appreciated it. They went over and beyond the norm. Thanks so much I definitely recommend giving this place a chance to earn your business

Have been looking for a store for sounds for a while. Had bad experience with other stores but was optimistic about it and took a chance. Guys did a great job! Took the time to show me different options and prices got full set up and window tint done they even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't wait for hours there. I'll definitely recommend this place to family and friends! Thank you guys for a nice job

This place sucks. My speakers I had gotten replaced where better then this rattling crap they put on. The owners son is going to run the place to the ground. Had to tell me he's the owners son and he can do what he wants. Can't take care of there customers charged $35 for 3ft of wire. Horrible service. Sucks bc they have some workers trying to b nice.

I loved, loved, loved my experience with 1 Stop Audio. The attention to detail and customer service oriented staff is amazing. All my questions were answered and taken into consideration. As a customer I felt valued and cared for. All staff at 1 Stop is ready to help and get the job done. Roger is an amazing guy and will give you the best reasonable price there is. Their passion for Camaros and helping clients is astonishing. I truly recommend this place for all your car needs. They took my ordinary looking Camaro and transformed it into a BEAST!!! I love my car and love driving it thanks to 1 Stop Audio.

Prices were good. Installer doesnt know what hes doing. I'm an AV professional. Thought I could speak to him about impedances and wattage of the speakers and amps. Just to be sure I was buying the correct setup. Instead he insisted on trying to push equipment from a manufacturer they clearly had a discount on. When I asked about numbers. He just started rattling off examples of installs he had done with the amplifier. Literally said ohms only matter for the speakers not the apps. Like what?! Then he walked away upset mid conversation. Buy the equipment and take it else where. Wouldnt trust that guy with my setup.

Don't recommend this place , got an alarm system installed on my 2015 subaru wrx. However as soon as I entered the store , the clerks didn't really know how to explain what they sold (different alarm systems) and yet I still decided to get it installed and now my alarm goes off a few times a day for no reason (yes i tried lowering the sensativity) so i end up turning off the alarm because it gets annoying and totally defeats the purpose of having an alarm system that cost $300+ to be incorrectly installed

One stop audio , beat service and great peoples. No problems with their service , installed fog lights, swapped out original headlights, and even installed custom retrofitts.

Went in looking for prices & ended with a new stereo/ speakers pkg. Been shopping at other stores and 1 stop beat all other prices. Great behind counter help ! Large selection of products.

Went in ask for a quote on installation of my 212 my two amps some six by nines 6 and a half stereo and Dynamat and I was going to get a car alarm off of them they quoted me 1100 before taxes I went to dash on foothill got the exact same thing for $440 I will never recommend here go to dash

i Google a audio shop and didn't want to get ripped off because i don't know about this stuff, and i DIDNT! <3 this place i got what i asked for and i think at a good price.... =Di recommend this guys good work and nice store.

This place was great! I called all over and this was definitely the best price as well and speedy and great service. I got a tint job and alarm system. So far I am highly pleased with both :)

These guys are nuts. $400 to install 2 6x9 kappa speakers in a camaro. Tried to tell me it's hard to put the real panel back on. Shows they don't have experience.

went in for some HIDs and came out with LED upgrades on every light in my truck. good prices and the work was done pretty fast, deffinantly comming back for some more work on my next paycheck!

This place is phenomenal, well stocked ,amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff . Called asked for a quote told them I might need additional help and they told me to come on down ..two hours later I was a happily bumping customer

Oh yeah I love this place especially with my new friend ALMA the owner and the baby they do a great job and friendly profesional the bomb i recommend this place to anyone that wants their car hooked up with hard sounds and the prices are right more the installer is very neat about putting all wires hidden this is the best

The firat time i came here all i wanted was for.them to take out my alarm then a month later got.a great system for my truck big thanks to jose for the installation and joae on retail these guys helped me out.

Got a car stereo installed. A few days later I was having electrical issues with my car ,turns out that the stereo was staying on and draining my battery. Had to get all that fixed for bad installation...
