Needed to fix a flat rear tire on a BMS TBX 260cc Chinese scooter. I already had the tire just needed an install. I called them this AM and not only did they get me in around 1030 but had it done and ready to go less than 2 hours later! Awesome job. Very friendly young man helped me unload it off my hitch carrier as well. Not only do I recommend them but I would have them do work again.Thank you.

They squeezed me in for a brake bleed and inspection, fixed my front brake and got my bike back that day. I was able to ride the next day for a trip I had planned. The owner and the kid who helped me out were very nice, it was a great deal, thanks again, I'll be back!Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Took bike in for rebuild early 2021 based on reviews and close by.....all went considerably well, until the 'promised' pick up dates- went on and on and on. Fast forward to about 9 + months later...bike supposedly done (few parts disappeared and didn't get old ones back). Bike seemed to start/run well (although not test driven by me far due to weather and had to get registered and took what this shop said, running great!) Little did I know til plated and ready to take for a ride, that it would jerk back and forth and geared up and then lose power although ran great parked. Hmmm, did they even 'test drive'?! No answer was the reply and in addition had a broken choke cable adjust nut on aftermarket carb that thrown on (they didn't want to take time I guess to work with OEM one...although returned it to me in a million pieces). Kept saying no parts for it - yes, there are parts for the carb and shared this with them ...again, crickets. Now we into April of this year and thought they should fix....I paid for a running bike. Couldn't take in until May.....weeks again went by with no communication (except for when I dropped off and was told would be a rush job)- LOL. Stopped by shop a couple times...blah blah, will hurry..oh, we close early when hot. Now we are at almost another 3 months later....frustrated beyond as only now have barely 3 months left a paid year year of registration and bike STILL NOT RIDEABLE. I stopped by this week and asked when could pick up as done, done, done. I will go back to my team in Placerville (and yes, now I have to pay again to get running right)- YES, that's right as bike in SAME condition as when dropped almost 3 months ago. And now more time wasted with bike sitting in this shop....I know it put on back burner as he was already paid for the rebuild and guessing if I come back in my next life as a man, might help with this place. I have loads of bikes and won't go here ever again. Very disappointed and guess they have enough business..Service: Engine repair

They took in my dirtbike which had multiple problems, I gave them a budget and although it was higher, it was worth it... seemed to have taken them forever but here in covid times and hard to get parts I really can't complain! They did more than asked to do. Made sure the bike ran the best it possibly can. Then when I came to pay he even knocked off quite a bit of money Maki g the total bill lower!Only SMALL issue I had was I hoped for a lil bit more communication... that said, he is swamped with bikes and did a stellar job. I'm very grateful for rpsTime to RIDE!

I took my electric scooter wheel with a 10" pneumatic tire to three other shops; Firestone, Folsom Bike, and Big O Tires, and none of them could seat the bead on the tire. RPS Performance did it in less than 5 minutes! Fantastic service and expertise.
