Gavin was awesome. We have a mini cooper and every wiper blade we looked into wouldn t fit. He had insight into cross referencing wiper blades that fit BMW. He had one pair left that fit our car perfectly. He even installed for us. Thanks Gavin - Appreciate the excellent customer service!

Amazing staff! Evan, Gavin and Jake not only knew there stuff about cars, they were also generous enough to let me stay in the store while I waited for AAA to unlock my car. Super friendly and a fun group of guys. I felt safe and taken care of. Would recommend this location. Thanks again guys! You made my bad day a little brighter

Amazing service!! Originally ordered a part I was told I needed by the smog service rep at Smog N Go. $38 for the hose, but come to find out the store manager Jack took a look at the part I actually needed. It was a basic hose and they had a scrap hose threat worked perfect!! Jack stated no need of charge and helped me put the hose on well took over when I had difficulty doing so. Jack was absolutely amazing!! Thank you for your service and honesty!

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Originally called for quote on some car batteries and from the start they seemed annoyed/ irritated. When I went into the store they seemed like I was such an inconvenience when I asked if they could had knowledge of what tools to use or if they had any tool kits to change a battery.. when asked the one of the men looked at me and said my man should know. I proceeded to leave the store with a relative after I purchased my item he was very rude the whole time when I was already going thru an inconvenience with my car. Definitely do not recommend if you are a person of color, a women, or do not know about cars at all. They are very unwilling to help from my experience and I will drive to another location if needed in the future to avoid this inconvenience.

I use this oriely's auto parts when in the neighborhood because the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are fair. The store is inviting,clean and the staff do everything to make sure you get the right parts or products to suite your needs. I will continue to shop here in the future for my products & parts.

So awesome! My battery died and I was stranded. O'Reilly was open till 10:00 p.m. thank goodness! They changed my battery and got me back on the road quickly. Highly recommend

I had to go to this auto parts store three times in one day. Long story but that s not why I m writing a review. All three times these guys were super helpful and always looking for a way to help me solve my problems and save me money. My wife loves this place too as they put on plenty of wipers for her. Great neighborhood store.

Christian has helped us many times! He's fast, knows his stuff, and he and the rest of the staff are polite, friendly, helpful and professional!I've been able to find parts here in stock that aren't in stock many other places. I would check O'Reilly's in Folsom first before going anywhere else!

I dropped my week old battery bought at a different O'Reilly's location off at the Folsom Blvd. Rancho Cordova store to be charged. I was told it would be done in an hour. I told her we were installing an alternator and I wouldn't be back that soon and could it charge longer to make sure it would start my car. She said fine.We put the battery in my car about an hour after I picked it up. The battery was completely dead. I don't believe it was ever hooked up with a charger.The week prior before I knew I needed an alternator, the same location charged my battery and I was able to drive from Folsom to hazel ave and then 2 days later I moved the car across the street and was still able to open the trunk, use the windows and lock it up before going dead. Supposedly that was from an hour charge.Today, the battery was so dead not a single dash light on, no spark when I hooked it up. So dead that after I turned my car off, it wouldn't start again.If they're so busy they can't charge a battery for a customer, they should tell us they can't do it. Someone wrote "good" on my battery, but it obviously wasn't.Now my friends who helped me have left town and I have no car running, no one to help me and no way to take my battery somewhere else to be charged.Thanx for nothing O'Reilly's.Jennifer, unsatisfied customer.

I just had a great experience at O Reillys. I went in to get some wipers for my truck and they were not wiping the glass like they should and I went back to see what is going on. I had Joshua help me and he diagnosed that the wiper blade arms were bad. We ordered new wiper arms and they came the next day at 9.45am. (Wow fast delivery!) Joshua helped me install them and everything worked great! I am for now on going to this place. Joshua went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy!!

I drive past two other auto parts stores to get to O'Reilly Auto Parts. The staff here has always been very helpful. On the few occasions when they didn't have a part in stock they have been able to get it at the store the very next business day!

Bought a battery, asked them if they would change it out, answer was a flat no, head idiot in charge said he didn't trust any of his guys to do it. So I ended up doing it myself which is fine took 10 min. just kind of annoyed me I bought a 200$ battery and they self admidly are to stupid to provide good customer service. I guess it's true, good help must be hard to find

Great service, found transmission fluid for a car that is hard to maintenance stuff for here!I came back yet again for I know I can count on this place for some parts and services. I came in to get some windshield wipers for my mother's 2015 Prius. Turns out Alex here was able to find the front in stock and order the rear ones... He didn't only help me find them but also installed them for me! Definitely 5/5!

Good store. Most of the time has all the parts needed for my cars. With decent prices as well. Store is clean and has plenty of parking near it.

These guys are freaking awesome. They actually know things about cars, and can give you solid information about what you're trying to do. They are friendly, and are always willing to come outside and take a look at an issue so they give you the right part or tool. Not to mention O'Reilly's great return policy. Special shoutout to John and Jim, they definitely know what's up.

(Update) ok I'll add one star because as I've been working on my car lately things have gotten better. I guess it's just kinda frustrating that I have to establish myself as a regular before I get the great customer service. And it still isn't as good as the store I usually go to in Idaho.(end update) I usually love O'Reillys and I have recommended them to quite a few people. This store though has gone down hill. They used to be great at price matching and fulfilling warranties but something has changed. They are still helpful when if comes to helping you find something but if you try to price match or fulfill your warranty they will hassle you over it. I ended up buying my parts at the dealership because for the price of one seal at O'Reilly I got two seal at the dealership which is unheard of. I wasn't going to waste my time over trying to price match since they had been kind of rude the last time I tried to. My dad also went in to return some spark coils and wires that where defective and they gave him a hard time over it. (They did eventually take them back)Like I said I usually love O'Reillys they are almost like family with their service at other stores but something has changed here.
