What a great experience. Very professional and amazing staff. I went in and got a few stone chips taken care on my new 2024 Ram 1500 and had a partial paint protection film installed. Also, I had a 8yr ceramic coat installed. I meet Alex the owner who was extremely professional. His daughter works the front desk. She was very professionaland nice as well. Alex also help me on the final price. I definitely recommend this shop. The workmanship was excellent other then 2 spots. I am "very" OCD so don't take this seriously, but there are only 2 small issues I found. Continuing: The 2 weeks I was waiting for the check up vist; someone scratched my truck pretty good. After I got the scratches repaired/fixed I decided to get the rest of the truck ppf. They were very accommodating to a returning customer and put up with my OCD. 200% all around!!!

Thank you Moro Auto & Marine Spa! Great job on the ceramic pro on my Tesla Model 3. Chris was amazing at walking me through what they do as well as recommending the package to get and the benefits of each level. It shows that the people here enjoy what they do. Chris was awesome to work with tells you everything you need to know and helps you make the best decision for you and your car. Love the amazing job done by Moro Auto & Marine Spa. I brought my new Audi S3 to Moro Auto Spa for a window tint and full front PPF.I received excellent treatment by Nathaly throughout the whole process. She is very professional and truly cares about her customers.The work was done in 24 hours and the technicians did an amazing job. Highly recommended.I'll come back in a couple weeks for a check in which is part of the package.

I have my 2018 Tesla Model S 100D Ceramic Coated and Window Tinted for the summer with Xpel XR Plus It was a fast service and finished the same day appointment. It was better than the time I bought it, Window was smooth and it felt cool in the heat. My tesla was getting many compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend their service, very friendly and a fresh environment to be in business with Danny. He is the best and most knowledgable person for window tinting and cars all together.

Around the second week of May, I called and spoke to Nathaly. She was welcoming and had really convincing words that they'll take care of my car. I explained to her that I had just bought a 2023 TRX and the dealer put a scratch on it and so if I bring it to you for ppf will you take care of it because I just had bad experience. She said we respect our customers.I brought the car in. They said it will be 5 to 7 days before it's done. I told them to please take your time and take care of it. I didn't realize to some people that means they'll work on other cars simultaneously while leaving my car idle. And rush it later.I left the truck there and didn't hear anything from them for a week. I came by to check out my TRX. It seems like they have started on one side but haven't really got into it yet. I noticed my finder flare on one side was scratched but I couldn't take a good look at the rest of the truck. Alex said it can be buffed out. I didn't think it would but I went on my way after he said it will be another week for it to be done and that he will be traveling.Came back 5 days later, I walked in and my decals were removed and taillights were off the car as well.. They had asked me if I wanted anything removed when I first dropped off the TRX and I said no. When I asked why are these removed they said so we can do a better job. I asked Nathaly to have the owner call me. Alex called me very angry telling me things like I'm picky, I ask the same questions multiple times, I bother his employees and that things can happen during installing the ppf, but as long as the paint is protected it doesn't matter. And that for the benefit of the car we do things without asking the customer (exactly his words). At this point I swallowed my words because my car is sitting there half done and I didn't want to deal with issues. They said the TRX will be done couple days later. Which now makes it around 2 weeks and 2 days.I came back to pickup the TRX and I thought that his guys did a good job. I even tipped 3 of his employees $50 each. On top of the $6000 for ppf and $1350 for ceramic. But I noticed little bubbles and things here And there. They promised that those things will be gone in time. I asked Alex what about my finder flare. He said I'll pay half if you bring me the old one. I told him if it's not expensive don't worry about it I'll buy it. Even though it was scratched there.by the time I got Home I looked at the car and found that they also scratched my taillights. Both of the sides. But really noticeable on one side. I called Nathaly and told her that. She said she will check with Alex and also let me know about coming back for the 2 weeks inspection. She never called. She never does unless I call.I called back few days later and she said we will have to do the inspection 3 weeks from now to have more time to look at your car. Which I knew it's another BS because they're just really busy with other cars. But I was a paying customer at one point too! Ether way I agreed and asked her if she spoke to Alex about the taillight. She said he will try to buff it out. I told her what makes you think I want to buff out something On my brand new car and not replace it with a new part!Came back 3 weeks later for their inspection. They asked to leave the truck there overnight but I refused. I told them to just do your inspection and let me go on my way. Alex had promised me to do an extra layer of protection on my steps by the doors. So I had them do that on the day of inspection as well. I waited there for 4 hours. And the little bubbles and imperfections that was there from the original day of pickup were not fixed. Alex said to me "you can't leave with everything perfect."Services: Clay bar treatment, Car waxing

I drive on some small back roads with a lot of gravel so took my car in for some chip repair, ceramic coating and PPF (track pack) to remove and further protect from damage. I also had all my windows tinted to protect from heat and sun damage. While my car was there Alex noticed the damage to my rims and called to ask if I wanted them repaired. I was thrilled as I thought the only repair would be replacement. When I picked up my car I practically didn t recognize it. Alex also detailed the inside to match how good the outside looked. I reached out to Moro's to have the emblems replaced on my 2018 MINI Countryman. Not only did they do a great job of removing the old emblem and installing the new, but I also had them tint my two front windows. I was so happy when I picked up my car and notice that the whole thing had been detailed inside and out! I can t wait to return to have more exterior detailing do on my car. Alex and his staff are the best! I have had my car over for a few different services including a clear front wrap, ceramic coating, and license plate wrap. They always do outstanding work and are very professional. I won't hesitate to go back. It is well worth the drive out from midtown. I just made an appt today to have them tint my windows and do a chrome delete. Love these guys and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. Extremely detail oriented, very reasonable prices, do excellent work. You might find a place that is cheaper but you absolutely won't find one that does a better job!

I had Moro Auto Spa install window tint and full front clear bra on our new Subaru Forester. It turned out great. I was upsold on the full front over the partial and it was totally worth it. Window tint also turned out great. I had them install 20% front, 5% rear, and 45% windshield and the car stays way cooler during these hot summer days. Will recommend in the future.

I wanted to protect the paint on my favorite car and they did an amazing job. I dont trust anyone with my car, but I felt 100% confidence in their professionalism leaving my car with them for the day. Fast appointment time too, 1 week after my first interaction with Moro and my car was coated. They definitely went above and beyond.

I came across Sun stoppers when searching for the XPEL tinting providers for my BMW 328XDrive. And when I requested the quote for the same Brittney from Carmichael texted me with the details and was patient enough to explain all the different options and benefits of the same. I was so happy with her feedback and help I decided to go with their service. She was able to get me an appointment within next 2 days and also helped accommodate taking my car to their Folsom location which is closer to my place.The tinters Alex and Danny were very professional and took at most care to see that the tints are installed without damaging my vehicle and properly without hurrying. They used towels and sheets to cover the doors and seats so its protected from the water and solutions while installing the tint. Also their office was well maintained and clean.I was very skeptical initially to get my car tinted itself but after getting its done and looking at the overall result and the way it was handled, I am happy and looking forward to taking full advantage of 88% heat reduction inside my car during Folsom summer. Just got a paint correction and a wrap on my kia optima as well as a ceramic coating. Alex did a outstanding job Black cars aren't easy but it now has a mirror shine.Alex was very hands on he didn't over sellI got exactly what i wanted and the pricesworked into my budget perfectlyI walked out of there feeling like part of the family. Alex and his team are amazing. We ve come here twice for work on our truck and we have been blown away each time. The truck leaves looking and smelling brand new. The best car detailing I've received. They detailed my Porsche 911 it looked amazing and the detailing lasted for awhile. Since then the washes I do on the car have been really easy. Highly recommended them. Their work is great!

I had my car detailed by Alex and his talented crew. Having a black car, you know how it goes with scratches and swirlies. They did a great job and the paint came out like polished black onyx. I liked the work they did so much that I begged Alex to let me work for him. So if you're looking for a quality detail please give us a call. I'll never go anywhere else!Alex knows how to run a business!Even before I saw my car I was satisfied, because you can tell Alex is an awesome trustworthy guy who knows how to treat people and run a business.My car looks better than it did when I first bought it!I've paid twice as much to have an in/out detail and didn't get half the results.They went above and beyond to make sure I was helped as soon as I arrived, everyone was polite and helpful. Alex even dropped me off at the gym so I didn't have to wait at the shop for 3 hours while my car was being cleaned.You get what you pay for with these guys AND THEN SOME!They use high quality products and hire high quality people. He gave me options of what smells I wanted and specifics on what he felt needed to be repaired in order to secure my detail last the longest. They are knowledgable and awesome!

I took a car in for detailing that was going to be sold. Wow! My Ford Fusion was a 2012 model and when the detailing was done it looked like a new car! The buyer even commented on how clean the car was inside and out. The leather was perfect, under the hood you could eat your dinner off of the motor. I will always take my cars to Moro's. They are great people.

Had ceramic coating done and my windows tinted. Made my 14 year old car look new again. Alex gave my Ford Focus the same treatment as the other much more pricey vehicles in his shop. Very happy!

Alex and his crew did an outstanding job reconditioning my daughter's 2005 Honda Accord. The "Taffeta White" paint had heavily oxidized and there were dark specks all over it. When my daughter saw her "birthday surprise" she could hardly believe it was her car! Shiny paint, no specks, and the interior looked fantastic. She mentioned she may start parking it in her garage, which I certainly encouraged her to do. Next up will be my wife's car!

My experience with this business was good and better. I got what I paid for, a full interior detail, and more than I paid for. When I arrived to pick up my car, it had been washed and the tires were shining! The interior detail work was outstanding. My van looked almost new and it has over 110,000 miles on it. No nook or crannie was left dusty. Whatever products they used still look fantastic a month later, and I live in a very dusty place. I will definitely bring my detailing needs to this business again.

Completely satisfied with the work they performed. I had my car tinted here. They were priced fairly and the work is impeccable. Great experience and would absolutely recommend them.
