I went to this location couple weeks ago as I was told by another service place that I needed an alignment, taking the appointment online was easy. I pulled in at their parking lot around 8am in the morning and was greeted by a very friendly person named Patrick. Let me mention here that I have not been greeted as soon as I parked by any other service places I had been too, I was already impressed by their customer service. Patrick told me to go inside the store and enjoy some coffee and popcorn while he gets the odometer readings, again wowed. Then her explained me the pricing based on the alignment that needs to be done. I was carrying my own tea but enjoyed a bag of free popcorn. After some time Patrick informed me that my car s alignment is all good and nothing needs to be done and I was not charged a penny.I have not come across another honest place like this. Without naming another business I had done alignment in the past, I was sold additional items on top of the alignment, so i informed him that I will be happy to pay some charge for the check that was done, but Patrick told me that it s their policy and I don t need to pay anything. Les Schwab has won me over as a customer for life and employees like Patrick upholds the standards.

They did the alignment fine, but charged me for parts that weren't installed. Cam nuts and new bolts were supposedly installed on the rears for the alignment but when I went I checked there was only 1 new nut, and no new bolts. Wouldn't be a huge deal if they were actually all there, but when they charge 19 dollars a nut and bolt it added 80 dollars. We were also told the car didn't come with them, but how would there be an old cam nut and a new cam nut then?Just rubbed me the wrong way. Hard to find a shop that just does what you ask and doesn't falsely charge stuff. Been noticing oil change places won't change the filter and they still charge for it.So anyways, fair warning to everyone to check if the parts you paid for were actually installed.

Brought my car in for a free brake inspection. I was greeted and waited on promptly for my 3:00 appt.Nicholas rotated my tires,addressed my questions and I was out of there within the hour.Fast service, friendly and many mechanics to service more people.

I came in with a nail in my tire about an hour before closing on a Friday, and the team here was able to accommodate me. I had my dog with me so it meant a lot that they were able to help right away without an appointment. Experiences like this keep me coming back through multiple vehicles!

I have been a loyal Les Schwab customer at this location for 15 years, and have no plans to change that. Jesse the store manager is a class act. I always highly recommend our Folsom store. Thank you Jesse and the Folsom Les Schwab team

Got a tire rotation done, had given them the lug nut and they temporarily lost it but found it, then I asked for my tire pressure to be checked and filled if need be. My recommended PSI for all tires is 37 yet all were set to 32 which is way under. I m disappointed as they did not listen to my instructions as the tire pressure is legally supposed to be checked once a tire rotation is done. Check your tire pressure after services done!

Les Schwab in Folsom has a "we don't need your business" attitude. I called a couple days ago to inquire about getting new OEM wheels for my corvette and the Gentleman said "youre better off just getting them installed from the dealer since thats who we would order from". He wasn't even interested in selling me tires, instead just told me to go to Chevy. Gave them another chance today and a lady answered the phone, when I told her that I have the exact Michellin tire size that I would like a quote for and she told me that they do not carry Michellin and would have to have someone look into that and call me back, well they never called me back. Called over to Ameri** Tire** near Home Depot and they not only had the tire I want in stock but greeted me well and said they appreciate my business. Also, Les Schwab doesn't price match like their competitor (Americ** Tire) does. Bad Experience.

My first time every coming to this company! Went in for a wheel alignment in my 2017 with almost 200K NEVER had a wheel alignment and they were honest and showed me I still didn't even need one. Got my TPMS replaced and I am very satisfied with the service! Loved the experience, wasn't packed, open space, honest good work, good prices for me. Would definitely return

I have a brand new Toyota Rav 4 with 21 tires. Somehow a nail found its way into one of my tires (coincidentally right after my Toyota was serviced at the dealership I bought it from Toyota Roseville). I took my RaV into Toyota to see if they could repair the tire. After putting it up on the rack, the service guy told me it had a puncture and they could not repair it because of Toyota s high standards for tire repair. They told me I needed to buy a new tire for $331. Instead I decided to take my RAV to Les Schwab in Folsom to try to repair the puncture. I am so glad I did!!I pulled into the Les Schwab lot around noon and right away someone came over to help me. He said they would have to put it up on the rack and look inside the tire. He would call me by the end of the day to tell me if they could repair it or if I needed a new tire. I left and the guy called me back a couple hours later to tell me they were able to repair it. I thanked him profusely and went in to get it a liitle later. I was expecting to pay around $100. When I got there, the lady told me it didn t cost anything!! I was shocked and amazed! I mean, it took some time and effort but they didn t charge anything for it. Contrast that with my Toyota experience and it s clear which business really cares about the service they provide. It didn t feel right not to pay anything. But this morning I woke up feeling so grateful to know that there are still good, honest companies out there and I want to share that with as many people as possible. Thank you, Les Schwab! You ve restored my trust in good service, good people and good business!!

Les Schwab has spent a considerable amount of time over the years earning and keeping my business. Today they lost my business. I came in for four new tires and was served by someone who acted like he wanted to get back to something else. "What are we doing? Run flats? Mumble, mumble, more mumbling". I had to ask what he meant and he replied did I want what I had now or something else. Not knowing what that something else might be I said what I had now would be fine. He said he didn't have it and would have to order it online at which point he slid my key back across the counter at me and wished me a nice day. Les Schwab must be doing really well to be treating their customers like this.

Purchased a new replacement battery. They had the original battery but still gave me the wrong replacement, which wouldn't fit, and required multiple trips down freeway to resolve.

I made an appointment for my back breaks to be replaced and back rotors and an alignment. They noticed my front end was worn and a ball joint needed to be replaced they were able to have everything replaced and fixed in just less than 5 hours. AMAZING AND EXCELLENT service. They were VERY nice to me and handled everything beautifully. Will be going to them from now on. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

They were very helpful and stayed open a bit later to accommodate my needs. I had a hole in the side wall of the tire that could not be patched so I had to buy a new tire, but they were able to give me a discount and did not charge me rotate the tires, so that was appreciated.

Great experience. Had a slow leak and they fixed it up in about an hour. Didn't even know until the end that a repair was free even though I didn't buy the tires there. Convenient location for walking to things while you wait, but they've got coffee and popcorn in the lobby, too.UPDATE: Went in for a couple of tires and asked them to look at suspension for a 'clunk' I heard turning right. Told me they didn't find anything. My mechanic, on the other hand, found a bad strut, cv joint, and other things. So I'm guessing they didn't even look.ALSO, wife took her car there for an oil change. Did an okay job but also left a black, greasy hand-print on the hood and door.Stick with them for tires.

First and foremost PAUL MONTOYA is the man followed him from florin all the way to folsom just for one simple fact....TRUST he's professional quick honest and does his job right the first time everytime except at florin the rest of the staff wasn't quite there. Here there all on point they took my wife's truck and did exactly what she wanted and made it look perfect!!!! Thank you pal randy and your staff KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK LES SCHWAB SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE EMPLOYEES LIKE YOU!!!

Always have a great experience when I bring my car in here.. They have always been fast and true to their times they give on when they will be done with the work.. Reliable on checking things if I need to stop in and just get a tire filled. Or a patch. They also installed my lift kit and did a good job.

Folsom Les Schwab is hands down off the hook. Had a flat I temp fixed with an emergency fix a flat kit. Brought the car in today to get the tire repaired properly. Service guy met me out front before I could even get in the building. Asked how they could be of service and escorted me in. Nice girl behind the counter checked me in promptly and informed me they'd get me out in an hour or less Sat down in the waiting area, got some complimentary popcorn and watched the 49er playoff game. About 45 minutes later my tire was fixed, car was ready and I was informed the service was free! Service Tech wouldn't even let me tip him, just shook my hand. Hard to believe there is still quality business like this around not trying to make a buck on every little thing. I will definitely do future business with Folsom Les Schwab and any others that end up being convenient.

Great service! Purchased struts all around on our car and during install, a small break occurred on a plastic part holding the seat in position.Called, showed them the issue, and they even asked if I wanted to wait while they worked to fix it right then and there!Excellent customer service provided by Folsom Les Schwab!

I brought my Porsche Macan in for a slow leak in the rear, right tire. Natalia did an incredible job diagnosing and repairing the leak with a patch and a plug. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and a top-notch technician who is very professional, skilled and detail-oriented. Thank you for a stellar customer service experience, Natalia and Les Schwab! Normally don t take time to leave poor reviews but was very underwhelmed with service here, brought vehicle in for a new axle repair. Tech didn t test drive, sent us home with car with defective axle. Safety concern and wasted time as we had to return and sit for hours while he figured out the part was bad. Offered refund and putting old axle back in vehicle was their solution. Not very helpful or professional

Came in because there was a screw embedded in my tire. They came out to greet me with a friendly smile and immediately got started on my car. Was expecting to pay at the end of the repair but they said it was complimentary! Amazing customer service. I will definitely be using them when it comes time to replace my tires. Thank you!

This place is 100x more knowledgeable & affordable than Folsom Lake Toyota. While I wish the initial person who inspected my car last week had been a bit more thorough, I must give kudos to my mechanic today, SEAN! He could've just slapped a control arm on my car that I didn't need & sent me away, & I could have died in a nasty car accident while driving soon after. He literally saved my life! He checked my control arm & test drove my car & suspected that wasn't the issue (despite Folsom Lake Toyota telling me that the control arm & engine mounts were the cause of all my shaking, clunking, & wobbling of my car for the last 4 years, which after spending about $3500 on those things, didn't resolve that issue) & then took initiative to inspect it even further. He discovered that my axle hub & bearing was almost destroyed, & was about to give out on me very soon, which would've caused my wheels to fall off & very likely gotten me killed, possibly along with other drivers on the road. I could not be more grateful for such a dedicated, knowledgeable mechanic, who went above & beyond to ensure I wouldn't be wasting my money & that I would be driving safely on the road. I will continue to bring my car here as needed for the kind of services they perform. They even rotated my tires & painted my rear brake drums & didn't charge me a dime. As someone on a tight budget, & in this current economy, I really appreciated that. They're not price gouging like Folsom Lake Toyota & a lot of other places, which is refreshing to see in a business in my neighborhood. Thanks a million, Sean! & Thank you Les Schwab!

They had been good for a while, but recently that changed. They stopped selling all tires but one in my size, and the one that they do sell is of very poor quality. I had my tires changed and drove away and my car shook like a geriatric chihuahua above 30mph. I immediately went back and asked for them to rebalance it, which they begrudgingly and sarcastically did. This time, the car shook above 70mph. I went back and they claimed I have a bent wheel. I went to Goodyear in Cameron Park and they got it perfectly in balance, devoid of vibration to 90mph. Don't bother coming here, Goodyear (along with most other places) are much better.

I had my brakes done there 2 1/2 years ago took it back 4-5 times complaining about them being noisy and grinding.. they said they couldn t hear anything.. they used after market pads but should have used original Honda pads.. I recently spent almost a thousand dollars getting them redone.. I m done with Les Schwabs!!!!

I came out on a Saturday morning to find that my tire has a screw in it and was flat. I got the spare put on by AAA and took the original tire to LS to patch up and place it back on the car. I had no appointment and they got me in right away and told me I would have to wait for 30 minutes, but it was less that 10 minutes!! They were very friendly and professional and the kicker is that they didn t even charge me!!! As a women (especially as a women of color), I have been taken advantage by auto repair establishments in the past and I am somewhat skeptical, but these guys were honest and kind. So refreshing in this world. I will be coming back for all my tire needs.

Above average service, polite staff. I recommend.*Edit*I had an appt when I first wrote this. I went today, got all 4 tires for my speed3, they gave me $50 off, even after I was 10 minutes late. They offered me the free alignment inspection, which I thought at first, was just a cheap attempt at an upsale, and I was resigned to paying for the service, because it can't hurt. But no, they said it was perfect. I guess I'm just a cynic. Honest shop, I highly recommend.
