I always appreciate coming to Jiffy Lube (Folsom). From the moment I drive in, I feel like JL team puts customer service as their top priority. I always feel welcomed and valued. Thanks to Justin especially for giving me great advice about a local Thai restaurant.

I recently lost my husband and Timothy not only helped me with the processes he did made sure to make me feel safe and secure. He went out of his way to make sure that I not only knew everything I was paying for, but the needs behind each decision. I have had some horrible experiences in the last few month's at other places, but how I was treated and served today will not only have me coming back but I will strongly recommend your staff and business to others.

Wonderful experience here. The staff is friendly and quick. Prices are good and they go above and beyond their job duties. I have had a rat issue and they were quickly able to help me diagnose it. Additionally, found the ACTUAL rat (deceased) in the engine bay! *YUCK!* The manager at the Folsom location was so kind as to help me get it out. I truly appreciated him and the staff for making it an experience that could have been worse if I did it alone. Also, I have been doing my oil changes here for a long time and always have had great experiences. I truly recommend Jiffy Lube, especially the one in Folsom CA.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went in with a bolt head that was snapped off my skid plate from my last oil change. They were able to remove it and even had a random spare laying around to replace it with. Timothy, Jacob, Blake and Jack were all very helpful, polite and upbeat. I'll be back

I went to Jiffy Lube today for an oil change and tire rotation. They did a fabulous job, and they were able to get me in and out on my lunch hour. Chris, the manager, was incredibly nice and professional. He went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone who needs some car maintenance taken care of. Thank you guys for GREAT service today!

I was greeted by one staff manager and then later again and was told what the next step would be for me to get my oil change. Lately, I have been choosing repair shops, not based on how good of a job they do but how pleasant the workers are to work with and everyone at Jiffy Lube folsom is very nice and pleasant and that is the reason I come here. I had a great customer experience yesterday at Jiffy Lube in Folsom. I brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey in for an oil change and really appreciate all Ronny did to meet my needs. First, he greeted me professionally and treated me well during the entire visit. Second, he got me all kinds of discounts on the services I needed. His prices were about half what I was quoted at the dealership, so I had him do some of my 60K mile services such as transmission and cooling system fluid replacement. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Ronny is the manager-in-training and showed me he has what it takes to be the manager of the franchise. He runs the place with military precision and really seems to enjoy his job. It was refreshing to find someone like Ronny who takes his job seriously and works so professionally at it. I made the spur of the moment decision to go to Jiffy Lube, when my mechanic couldn't get me in for an oil change soon enough. I was pleasantly surprised. They got me in and out in less than a half hour. They were friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with my experience. In the distant past I had used Jiffy Lube, and was less than impressed. This experience changed my view and I won't hesitate in the future.Service: Oil change

I brought my Outback in for an oil change and tire rotation. They started the work - rotated the tires and removed the oil filter - when they met an abnormal resistance as they tried to remove the drain plug. They called me to ask how if like them to proceed and I decided to take it back to the dealership, as this is my first service since buying the (used) car. My service tech agreed this would likely be best and I picked up my car. When I asked the cost for the rotation and new oil filter they installed, I was told it was comped! That's great service and I will definitely use them in the future.Services: Tires, Oil change

I have been taking my car to this Jiffy Lube since I bought it 4 years ago. Everyone is always friendly, prompt, and one thing I really appreciate is the way they always give me a detailed summary on how my car is faring. For example, they let me know last fall that I should replace my tires before winter weather got under way.I went a few days ago for a much needed oil change and it took about 15 minutes and both Ronny and the new employee at their front desk were very helpful. I live closer to a different Jiffy Lube but always prefer to visit this shop because the service is top-notch.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond my expectations. Service for front brakes, oil change, air filter and tire rotation was very fast and efficient. Ice cold a/c in the waiting room. When driving my car out to the lot after the regular work, they noticed a noise and went out of their way to double check it and talk to me about it and gave recommendations on what the noise could be and how to get it checked. I just want to say how much I appreciate this location and the people who work there. Especially the manager. I m always treated so well there, and service is always on point. But today made a life long customer. I came for an oil change because I always assume after certain time I need one. I have a new car and the manager took a look and showed me that I wasn t due for one yet, and how to check that so I can know when I need to come in. Most places would have just let me do it anyway, and I wouldn t have known better. I saved myself some money today, and will always come back when I need service done! Best location!!!!! Best oil change service ever!!! Ronnie and Jacob are the best!!! Anytime I come here, they let me know what is needed. They took me in last minute as well and always make sure my cars are in tip top condition. Only place I trust with my car issues. On May 17 around 1:35 pm I came in to Jiffy Lube located at 709 E Bidwell St, Folsom, CA 95630 to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. New to town, I thought I could rely on this chain. While they were working on my car, I went to Raley's in the same parking lot to grab some Gatorade. Upon my return 20 minutes later, they showed me dirty air filters and asked if I wanted my filters replaced. I said, okay and proceeded to wait an additional 10 min in the lobby.After paying, I went to my vehicle and opened the drivers door. I first noticed my airbag door underneath the drivers door was no longer in tact, flapping off. I then looked up and saw the shelf from my glove box on the passenger side door lying on my dashboard with the manual on top.I walked back and informed a worker who said I would need to talk with someone else as he does not deal with customers directly.Another attendant came out and put the shelf and owners manual back, could not explain to me why it was out and couldn't figure out how to reattach the airbag door. He called a colleague who also could not fix or explain. They then called the assistant manager who also could not assist or explain. He stated he was sorry this happened and that they must have hit it while working on the car. The assistant manager stated a manager would be contacting me the next day as he would need to figure out where to send me for the repair as he didn't know. He said the manager left early due to an early morning doing inventory. I questioned if he was sure that he would call back and he confirmed.I have called and called for multiple days now and no one answers. No manager has contacted me and I think I will have to return to the location. It has been 3 business days and Jiffy Lube damaged my car and did not take responsibility. They provided a promise of follow up and has ignored my calls and did not follow through with their commitment. My car is damaged, they lied and I still at this point cannot figure out why they were in my glove compartment.I feel lied to, taken advantage of as a female, and can't figure out what to do. Pulled up and Blake helped get me checked in for an oil change. Nick did the work and recommended I change my air filter soon rather than try and upsell me on one. Ronny checked me out! Bunch of chill and genuine guys at this Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend.It is first come first serve so show up when they open and you ll be good.
