Got a new 21 Frontier.With 60k of service.Tried to sell me brake pads and a fluid change at 22,000 miles when my owners manual and service package say 30,000 for brake fluid. Showed up at 58,000 miles and they said the same brake pads were at the same thickness. Then, rotated my tires and did not balance them. Service manager claimed this was normal practice.Funny. My tire shop balances the tires every time I get them rotated.Going on the I-5 hit 65 with vibration and head back. Only to be treated like I was taking advantage of them.Don't buy here, don't service your car here.More you ask;Bought the truck (day 1) and they forgot to take off the dealer plate and put on my CA temp.Asked me to come back and would give me a free tank of gas on my next service. (Was not filled up).2nd service @ 7500 (went ok).3rd service. Changed cabin air filter. Drove 1 mile away, turned on air conditioning.Dash is about to vibrate apart.Back to dealer.Service guy shows me an acorn. Like it was my fault. When you pulled the filter you didn't hear something hit the fan beneath it? Did you bother to turn on the fan to see if something was in there?Do not purchase at or visit this place.

Worst customer service ever! Wish I could give it no stars. Stay away. My truck is only year and half old and been in the for service more times then I can count. And if your brand new car breaks down, don't think you will get a loaner. Nissan dealer apparently dies not not care about customers. They just wanna sell you a car and then screw you over if anything happens.

Stay away! A couple of oil changes ago they were encouraging us to change a tire that they said had a hole in it and that it would keep leaking among other "major" issues with our car. Something felt off so we decided not to move forward with that. This visit low and behold they didn't even mention that and the tire must have fixed itself :).I sent my daughter with a coupon for an oil and filter change for $79.95. They charged my daughter $136 and the add ons were some oil conditioner and a tire rotation. Unfortunately, they just charged it among other things without an explanation.I also received "service recommendations" for nearly the cost of buying the car. Unreal the markup they have. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I was having trouble with my car losing power and it was determined to be my transmission. I was able to get my vehicle in right away and my transmission was replaced under my power train warranty. A loaner vehicle was also provided at no charge to me. I got my car back, but noticed a leak coming from my driver's side CV joint area. I contacted Future Nissan and was able to get my car in right away. They determined the issue was a contorted seal and replaced it. I had my car back the very next day and, thus far, no other issues have emerged. Very pleased!!Service: Transmission repair

My Service Advisor was a true professional!He was caring and had an extreme attention to detail. He even emailed my bill which I was able to pay ahead of time. Picking up my vehicle was so fast, he explained what repairs were done and I was on my way. No cashier to see and spend more time out of my busy day, really appreciated that. I just lost my cat and I was feeling very upset. It took all of my strength to get the car in and get the oil changed on it. I was upset and couldn't really focus but the lady at the front desk was so kind, so generous (I forgot her name), but she gave me a hug as I was crying. The wait was INCREDIBLY SHORT and I was out the door. The oil change was part of my service agreement. I would like to personally thank her for her kindness and care-especially since I lost my beloved furry child. She needs a raise.Service: Oil change

Went to get my transmission serviced and ended up getting a new transmission.All 100% covered under my warranty...did not cost a penny.They offered me an Alantra rental while my Van was getting fixed, which by the way, only took one week.Everyone there was very friendly, and the shop is very well manned and organized.I was impressed with this service and will be bringing my business here from now on.Such smooth vehicles.Nissan knows how to make vehicles and keep customers.Service: Transmission

The person that originally helped me buy the car was the one that recommended me coming in with any concerns I had. When I came in everybody there was very attentive to my needs and the concerns that I had about the car. I appreciated that they took the time to listen and take care of what I needed. I definitely am very thankful and blessed that I not only bought my car here but was also able to get the cars attention here as well. I don't really post reviews, but this one's worth the time. I called here to get some help with some recalls. Aaron was the person that helped me, he was kind and patient with my questions. I have never been to a dealership and I was afraid that I would be charged an arm and a leg. Had no idea that recalls don't cost. Aaron explained exactly what they planned to do and made an appointment for me to come in. It was easy and no hassle. Dropped off my truck, went through what the plan was, got a call when it was done! Thank you!!

I had my car towed due to a battery problem. Everything went smooth and I had my car back the next day by 3pm. Nicole did an excellent job and even caught that I had an outstanding recall and took care of that as well.

I took my Maxima in for a suspected suspension issue & they noticed a strut that needed replacement. I am a fan of Nissan of Folsom and a majority of that praise is because of my service advisor, Chris Bishop. He has always taken care of my vehicle and has given nothing but outstanding customer service. They have always given me what I need and I never feel pressured. Their ability to communicate via text makes things so easy. I am able to view my MPI, approve or decline recommended repairs, and pay for the service before I even get to the dealership. Customer service was great, but as usual in a dealerships they try to rip you off, at 19k miles they try to sell me break fluid requiered replacement and a few other services when the user manual says 30k. Did not match Roosevelt future coupon arguing the lack of express service then a saw a express service banner on their window. And playing $140 for oil change and tire rotation seems excessive, I usually own new cars and never paid that much. Just the feeling that they are not honest is not good.Service: General repairs & maintenance

10/28/2022A Warning Sensor Light Came on While Driving my Nissan KicksSo, I stopped by, the Folsom Turner Nissan to have the service Dept. take a look at it.And They treated me with no assistance and didn't have a Tech. even look at the warning sensor. I felt o well wasted trip and timeeven though it may not be a problem to the dealer ship or the service dept. I ve been doing business with Future Nissan for 9 years. Always treated fairly and got some great deals on new cars. The service advisors are very professional. My only problem I have and it s always been is the fact it takes 2 hrs for an oil change. I realize they do an inspection of the vehicle and that takes time. 2 hrs is a bit much but overall they do a great job.Service: Oil change
