The maintenance tech did an amazing job replacing the brake rotors and pads on my Audi SQ5. I can tell they are very knowledgeable about European vehicles. It am confident they ll do great work in the future. I ll go to Foreign Autohaus again for repairs and general maintenance.

Aside from significantly approachable prices, what I appreciate most about Foreign Autohaus is that they take initiative and are timely with repairs. They go above and beyond expectations with their diligent and in-depth inspections. BMW, Porsche, Mercedes they do it all. Very considerate and knowledgeable staff.P.S. in the event that you back your car into a fire hydrant, ask them about collision repair too!

Best car experience. They re honest and fair (rare in this industry), less expensive than the dealership and very efficient. They give you a very detailed report on your vehicle that includes pictures and detailed descriptions that are easy to understand. Thank-you for taking such great care of your customers.

The required diagnostic work was done and the corrective actions completed in the time promised. In addition, they went over the whole car and each system to see if there was something else I need to be made aware of. I am happy with the work they did and will continue to use them for future repairs.

FA is always reliable, on time and very reasonable. Rafa not only saved me $2K on an issue that we thought we had, but he also explained what what going on. Great customer service and communication.

Posting this review here as on their site it was considered as "spam content":While I am sure the shop does a great job on cars, their customer service needs to change.I initially got there physically to request a quote on a specific item and was "kindly" asked to schedule an appointment so they could check the exact issue. I complied.I dropped my car off the following Monday at 8 a.m., mentioning again it was for a quote.I was told it would take about 2 hours to provide the quote, so I decided to walk to the closest coffee shop to get some work in.After 30 minutes, I received an email with a quote of $185, mentioning the issue I initially shared. I called them to understand, they explained to me the $185 is a fee to provide a quote, which was never mentioned to me; and I said that I did not approve of this, and they said that they are already working on the quote, so this is due regardless.5 hours passed (1 p.m.), and I had no news from them; I decided to walk back to the shop to check on the status. After asking what is the latest, they told me they checked the car but now needed to make a few calls to get the pricing, and I needed to wait a little longer. I complied.After waiting 15 more minutes, I was given a price, and I kindly told that this was too expensive for me at the moment. We agreed that they would send me the estimate, and I could now go.However, I was asked $185, which I never agreed to, in order to get my car keys back, and I still have not received the estimate they promised (this happened this "morning" and now is 8 p.m.). They sent a report of the car's overall condition with the bill, which I guess is what the $185 was for, but I never asked for it or needed it. Next time, please explain what the appointment is for, and the cost. If I knew, I would have not booked an appointment, especially because you seem to provide estimates through email...

Thank you for your teams patience and transparency with my car issues. Although you could not work on my car in the area it needed you referred me to someone that could. Also you charged a fair amount for all the work you did do. In today's climate,that speaks a lot and you earned my trust. Thanks.

The Owner is on site and very knowledgeable. He helped me get my BMW back in working order. I have owned and operated multiple car related business's including a race shop that designed, built, and supported BMW road race cars. I know quality and attention to detail when I see it. Foreign Autohaus was a distant friendly competitor. Rafael and his team are always respectful and professional. Now that my business is sold I go to them for service.

The team at Foreign Autohaus are knowledgeable, honest, fair and do a great job. They worked with me to repair an Audi I recently purchased and helped me assess and spread the repairs over a period of time. I found them to be people who have knowledge and integrity. After my experience with them have been taking all my vehicles to them for service and will do so for repairs! I strongly recommend them.

Over filled oil past the max levels. Put in different heavier oil then car specifications. Was told only verbally that they used correct oil, but on invoice they put different oil.Doesn t match up.Be very careful here.Service: Oil change

THEY OVERBOOK! I scheduled an appointment via the shop's website, as instructed when I called the shop directly. When I showed up at my designated appointment at 8:00am, I was told that they may not be able to look at the car today and that they would let me know at 3:00 pm. They told me they would keep the car over the weekend or I could pick it up. I asked why they overbook and the employee flatly told me that "you are welcome to take the car somewhere else." This shop clearly does not care about their client's time. I drove 30 minutes each way to get to my appointment and arranged for a friend to pick me up, just to be told that they may not be able to work on the car today, as scheduled. If your time is valuable find another repair shop. This shop does not honor their appointments or respect their client's time.
