25 minute wait in reception line is not acceptable. Once an agent helped me all the rest was good and the oil change was done quickly.

Very disappointed. Truck went for service, they told me that the truck has safety issues and they will not release the truck back to me. Since we have only one vehicle, I requested a loaner vehicle Manager told me that I have to call toyota for rental car. I was without my truck for whole day.

This is the service and parts department for Toyota in Folsom. The service department is fantastic. Great people. Parts department is knowledgeable and helpful.

Well i got the part number from them which is really all i wanted. Then i bought the oem part online for $60 less than what they offered it for tax included. The guy was nice though so thats what 5 stars represents. Price = 1star
