We are residents of Sacramento and drive all the way to Folsom Toyota dealership because they blow our minds every time my family and I visit it to buy or service a car. We receive an awesome treatment and truly a great deal. On the sales side, Ben the sales manager didn t play any lengthy back and fourth numbers games, Adam the senior floor sales manager makes you feel very comfortable and gets straight to the point and present you a detailed sheet with options. John the sales representative is an honest hard working person with great on time follow-up skills. The finance manager Moe was very kind and he explained everything he had to offer us with no major pressure.The dealership is clean and cozy and feels like home. They have beverages and a good coffee making machine. They delivered us a spotless new Toyota Camry LE hybrid to us and we are loving it. With a great honor we very much recommend anybody to buy a new or used car or even service it. A nice place to do business and good people!

John Key is a stand out sales representative for Folsom Lake Toyota. He is on top of getting the best deal for you and is so kind and caring making sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. I was not looking forward to having to buy a new car because of past experiences but this was totally different. From start to finish, everything was so easy to do. I never felt pressured to purchase something I didn't think I needed or wanted. John was a pleasure to work with and I felt 100% satisfaction with the overall treatment I received. Awesome experience at this dealership! They were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Aimal was a wonderful salesperson who continuously kept us in the loop for our upcoming vehicle on order. I had a great experience at Folsom lake Toyota. First, the cars we wanted to se were in better shape than other dealers. Next , the salesman Ken was very low pressure. After we decided on a vehicle, the negotiating was good, with no pressure. Then when they wanted to add the security system, I declined, and they said, okay, we will take it off. Then with the finance guy, he had to go through all the options, discussed, and was fine when I declined. Overall the experience was low pressure, and everyone was nice. The only down things were that they only had one key, and since car was built in Canada , the fob key buttons (apparently built for US cars) from Amazon did not work. But I would buy again from them.

Amazing experience always! I dropped off my car at 8:30 with Peter. He estimated the service would be completed by 2/3 pm and he texted me earlier at 12:45 pm to let me know it was ready. Quick, easy, and great experience with Peter. Will always be coming to Folsom Lake Toyota to service my 4Runner!

My experience was great. A little unexpected time frames, but it worked out mostly in my favor. Got the vehicle I wanted... In less than 2 weeks. Sean Taylor was the sales agent who worked with me. Great guy to work with. Not pushy on sales like the other finance guy. Keeps it professional and paced his process well to allow customers to catch on to what they're getting themselves into. Would definitely go here next time if needed.

Went to look at a vehicle had an extremely pleasant experience with Thomas otherwise called TK who was friendly and answered all of my questions. (Highly recommend him) In addition, Alex the finance manager was a joy to sit with explained all the additional options without being pushy. Lastly, a big thank you to Carl the floor manager handled everything with transparency and helped smooth the process. Definitely recommend this dealership!

I would like to give a spotlight to the sales person that assisted me with purchasing a brand new car!A big kudos to Sean Taylor with the wonderful customer service he provided throughout the whole process. I went to other car dealerships to shop around as well and my experience at the other dealerships were horrible! The customer service he provided made me want to come back to Folsom Lake Toyota, definitely recommend if you are purchasing a car from there to ask for Sean as he is very informative and knowledgeable with the cars!

Jerry Costello sold me a Rav 4 yesterday, and it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Mike, in finance, followed up quickly and efficiently, and I walked out thanking both of them. Definitely not something that I expected, but something I was so grateful for. Thank you!!!!

Staff was courteous and had the vehicle ready. My wife and I mentioned how important the cleanliness of the interior was to us and since the used vehicle had just come in they re-cleaned both exterior and interior for us. This was a huge improvement on the trashed vehicles we went to look at else where.Dealership Manager/Owner personally welcomed us and we never felt pressured. Great buying experience.

I just purchased a new RAV4 Prime here today. John Key and Tony Clay are so easy to talk to and deal with. This is my second vehicle I purchased here. The first was a Tacoma a few years back and the service department was great as well. Thanks you guys! You earned the 5 stars!!

I probably won t go back to this dealership for service. I arrived on time for my scheduled service appointment and was told I would be on my way in a hour. I waited in the lobby for my truck because this dealership is far from my house. After 2 and a half hours, I had to inquire about the status of my vehicle because I saw it sitting parked like it was done. No one called me to tell me it was done, and no one came to tell me in person that it was done. The service advisor apologized and I appreciate that, but this was my first visit experience and doesn t inspire enough confidence to return.

We were very satisfied with the service from Mitchell Forest at this dealership. A great guy who knows his job. I had an unusual situation with buying a car on credit, but Mitchell and his colleagues tried very hard to make this car ours, and they helped us a lot. I advise and recommend. So if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I would recommend going with Folsom Lake Toyota.

I had inquired about a vehicle earlier in the day and was told by John Key that the car was available to be reserved with a deposit. He stated he would work on the paperwork and send it over to start the process. I had given him my email and phone number to complete the deposit. Throughout the whole day I was reassured by John that he did not forget about me and would be sending over the information shortly. Because of this I had discontinued searching for this particular model with other dealerships. I waited all day only to find out at the end of the day that the car had already been reserved. I was disappointed, but more so frustrated with his false reassurance throughout the whole day. To add salt in to the wound, his unprofessional attitude was very much not appreciated. He continued on by saying how we were not his primary market. In other words, because of where we live, the dealership does not like to reserve cars for people who do not live in a certain area (his words, not mine). He ultimately ended up raising his voice at my husband, and stated he didn t want to do business with us. My husband and I were planning to buy a car with all cash, but the horrid behavior from John has left a bad taste. My husband and I have had experience working in customer service, and we cannot fathom ever speaking to a customer in this manner. How John spoke to us was completely unacceptable.

FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA IS AMAZING!We had 3 GREAT interactions with Folsom Lake Toyota within 5 days. All Toyota dealerships are not created equal. We had been taking our 2009 Toyota Camry for service to an unnamed Toyota dealership for years. Then we found Folsom Lake Toyota and they are by far superior to anything we ever experienced from that other Toyota dealership. We are so happy with Folsom Lake Toyota and would highly recommend them for service, purchasing and selling your car!FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA SERVICEWe had been told by that unnamed Toyota dealer in the Sacramento area that our 2009 Camry had a broken engine mount. That unnamed dealer told us that since they had to take the engine out to replace the one engine mount, we should replace all four. That unnamed dealer gave us a huge quote to do all 4. We decided to wait. Later we found out that the one broken engine mount was on the top of the engine and that the unnamed dealer had lied. The engine didn t need to be removed to replace it. I decided to use our Costco Auto Program that gets us a 15% discount on service. The Costco Auto Program referred us to FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA. I called and talked to Anh at Folsom Lake Toyota Service department. I explained the situation with the engine mount. He confirmed that engine would not need to be removed to replace a top engine mount. He said they would inspect the lower engine mounts, but if they were not broken, he recommended only replacing the one engine mount. The inspection showed that the others were just fine and didn t need to be replaced. The one was replaced for $208, with our Costco 15% discount. Anh s honesty saved us over $1,900. We were so impressed that he was honest! Folsom Lake Toyota will be the ONLY place we will get our Toyota(s) serviced from now on.FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTA SALESWe had been thinking about buying a new car for a while. Because we were so impressed with the Service Department of Folsom Lake Toyota, we decided to see what cars they had. From the first interaction with Tom in the sales office, he was GREAT! He was down-to-earth, honest and straight forward. He listened to all of our questions. He knew so much information about each of the cars and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He never pressured us or rushed us on our decision to buy our new car. When Carl, the Inventory Manager needed to be part of the discussion, Carl came to us, and sat down with us and Tom. Carl was great too! He was so easy to talk to and again, no pressure. The process was very positive. We ended up getting the car we wanted and got a great deal on it too! Most people hate buying a new car from a dealer, but it was an awesome experience with Folsom Lake Toyota!!!SELLING OUR 2009 CAMRY TO FOLSOM LAKE TOYOTAWe didn t end up trading in our old Camry when we bought our new Hybrid Camry. They offered to give us a quote at the time, but we thought we might try to sell it ourselves. A couple of days later we changed our minds about selling the car on our own. We took our 2009 Camry to Folsom Lake Toyota for a quote. Jordan and Matthew were great! They gave us an offer that was much more than the offer from Carmax. That process was so easy!

I have never been to a dealership where I have felt so comfortable as well as not pressured at all like other dealerships. This is the third time I come to this dealership, I have to say that Cade was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and kind!! Sales person Juan was great. Didn't feel pressured, understood our needs and worked with us. The finance guy Mo had very poor customer service skills. We had outside financing with great rates and had good amount for a down payment. Usually they will summarize what forms you're filling but he stopped talking to us after we declined the warranty. Took him over an hour to get our paper work. Would have been a great experience if it wasn't for him. If we do go back. would not want to work with him.

I purchased our 2021 low mi. Camry from a pre owned car lot. Tech. Did a complete up on drive train + a couple items I needed instruction on. My trans.fluid change was painless. + a 10% discount applied to balance for extended time length. Fluid exchange was the only charge.Car is not under any warranty.

I recently had the good fortune to work with Mitchell F. in Sales at Folsom Lake Toyota. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Before going to the dealership, I anticipated that the experience might be frustrating and disappointing, but instead, ultimately, I was at ease and I was able to make a decision that was best for me. I don t now what happens with the customer service here. I got call today about buy new tires for my new Toyota Siena . I ll waiting more then 10 min, they switch me few times thru department , and nobody answer to my question I will go to Rosevile Toyota and will by the new tires . I m very upset about morning customer service here in a Folsom Toyota ((((

I had a warranty repair but they didn't have the part. A month goes by and I leave Gmail to check in. A week goes by but no one calls back. I call again and it goes to mail. I leave a message. No one calls back.A week later, I call again but leave a message for the manager. No one calls back. Can't reach a human in there. No one cares. Left another email today. I can't wait for the next chapter!
