I ve been a returning customer to Folsom Lake Ford for the last decade. Today I was helped by a friendly and very knowledgeable salesman, Zach Parker. He made the whole process of finding and buying the car I was interested in very quick and smooth. I ll definitely be referring my friends and family to Zach as the customer service he provided today was more than excellent.

I had some time to kill after dropping off my GMC at the dealership. I browsed through the used car selection and found a car I had been looking for. I had great sales help from Anthony C and Kevin. They were informative and patient and listened to my wife when she said, "Don't yank my chain!". She is not a fan of sales experiences she has had before including FL Honda. This was a complete 180 from the earlier ones and we were completely satisfied with our used car purchase. Super-knowledgeable and listened to us. My first ever Ford purchase, BTW. I would come back.

I started looking into the F-150 Lightning a couple months ago. Marvin was there that day and showed us what was available and explained what each trim level offered. We took one for a test drive. After that, we did more research and yesterday we went back to review them all again. It was Marvin's day off, so we came back today. The colour I originally wanted was sold that morning. So Marvin went online to look at their inventory. He was able to find one that was close to the same colour and had everything I was looking for. I drove out of there in my brand new Ford F-150 Lightning XLT extended range truck. Thank you for all of your help, Marvin! You ROCK!

My wife and I had the best experience at Folsom Ford. I would recommend using Sergio in the internet sales dept. He truly went the extra mile for us no pun intended. He was so helpful and thorough. We purchased an all electric F150 Lightning so of course we had a ton of questions because of being an EV. He answered all our questions and the ones he didn t know which were few he got back to us. He set next steps and did what he said he would do. My wife is a truck girl now lol. I really appreciated having a professional courteous team member help us. Eric Watkins and RC helped make leasing a new car an incredibly smooth process. I live 6 hours away in Eureka and when I got there I was in and out in less than an hour! Well worth the trip! I love my new Kia Seltos, thanks guys!!Ohh, the turkeys roaming around make the experience all the more fun

Great car buying Experience here.Staff was super knowledgeable and willing to be as hands off or hands on as I wanted throughout the experience. Never felt pressured.Highly recommend going online and checking out their listed inventory. I was able to find the vehicle I was interested; send it over to Travis Cordero in online sales; and he was waiting with the vehicle and deal ready to go. He was even able to set me up with the federal point of sale tax credit; which seemingly still hasn t been set up at a lot of places. Highly recommend giving Travis and the team at Folsom Ford a shot if you re in the market.

James Willis in the Service dept was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. It's clear that he enjoys his job and makes the customer experience a priority. He went way above and beyond by calling the dealership where I bought my Bronco to get details on my MPP plan so he could get authorization for a tire replacement (I had a nail near the shoulder/sidewall and it couldn't be repaired).

As a high functioning individual I'm very impressed with the level of class and professionalism Mike D'Incecco Provided. He is a stand up guy. I've bought more vehicles in my 48 years that I care to admit, but hands down, my experience at Folsom Lake Ford with Travis Cordero was one of the absolute best. From my original visit until I took possession of the truck, Travis did everything within his power to tailor the experience to my needs. On the day of, I was in and out within an hour. Everything I asked for, he made happen.If you're in the market, give Travis a shot. Based on my experience, you won't be disappointed.

I inquired about a vehicle online & got a quick reply from Matt internet sales. Informed him that was interested in a test drive and if the vehicle could be ready when I confirmed my arrival. I had done my own research online but, there was still other information & questions I had. Matt was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great customer service! Unfortunately my 2019 Ranger experienced some transmission issues. Luckily, I took it to Folsom Lake Ford where Tommy orchestrated the repair. The team at Folsom did full tear down and repair/diagnostic and got me back on the road! Tommy s crew was quick to identify the problem and tell me what to expect in terms of timeline. They hooked me up with a rental car and got my vehicle into the repair queue. Once they started on my vehicle Tommy kept me up to date on the process. I m very pleased with the work results and the treatment I received at Folsom Lake Ford!

I just purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger at Folsom Lake Ford, and I will tell you what, Mike the Sales manager, and his salesman Joe, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The negotiated price was fair, and it was the best all round vehicle purchase experience I have had to date. One of the poorest run dealerships I've ever dealt with. You'll wait weeks to get a service appointment.. and things that should take 2 hrs will take 2 days. True story about installing mud flaps on a vehicle. Sales isn't great either. There are plenty of other Ford Dealerships in the area.. do yourself a favor.

Just for today's episode - my Ford on the freeway beeped that the tire pressure was low and then my app notified me too! I drove into the dealership service department and went into the Quick service area. I was promptly greeted. When I mentioned my issue, she said she will take care of it right away. Took my keys and in a few minutes I was out the door.Very impressed at the friendliness, and customer first attitude at the quick service area. Thank you.

5 stars! We recently purchased a 2022 certified pre-owned Kia Sorento from Folsome Lake Ford/Kia. We absolutely love our car and the experience we had with our salesman Kevin and the sales team.Now to the best part. We were having some mechanical issues with our Kia and the Sales Manager Scott went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I couldn't be more thankful for his prompt and swift handling of our issues. His customer service was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. His team and him and worth the drive if you live far away!!

Working through the internet sales group (Mike D'Incecco) was a pleasure. This dealership has its act together. They are professional, courteous, and efficient. I negotiated the entire deal over the phone, txt & email. I arrived at the dealership at 6:30 and was on the road by 8:30 with my new vehicle.

I've worked with the other Ford dealerships in the area, and Folsom Lake is by far the one I like the most. They are the most straightforward. They also were very accommodating. I live about 45 minutes away from their dealership and they took my truck home for me at no charge. Great sales team. Highly recommend working with Anthony, "Kentucky", or Scott.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to write this review. We purchased a new EV6 from Folsom Lake dealership last month. We contacted Gabe Allarea, our Sale person and he said he had a "RED" one on the lot available, so come see it! When we arrived, our potential EV6 purchase was already being sold to another couple. So sad. Gabe said let me see if I can contact central inventory and have one redirected to our lot for you. We said YES and he found one that was routed to Southern California and had it redirected to his lot for us to pickup the next day. Yahoo! We picked the car up the next day and on our drive home we found that it would not steer when engaging the cruise control and also found a blemish in the paint. We schedule a service appointment. The service department said they were not responsible for any paint issue and we should contract Sales. We contacted Gabe, not knowing it was his day off, yet he took our call and said he would coordinate with service to have the car detailed once they were done with it. He said he would personally come in early and drive the car to detailing. We picked up our new car which now drives perfectly and looks beautiful. Kudos to Gabe! He is a wonderful, proactive sale person and a pleasure to work with.Thanks again, we are loving our new "RED" Kia EV6.
