Customer Service is great, very friendly staff. They always try to provide the best service possible and that is appreciated.It would be nice if they had work stations for people waiting on their vehicle service. Hard to get work done in a chair and no tables. Could also do without the loud(ish) country music!Other than that, this dealership is top notch. I purchased my jeep here in 2022 and have been treated well every time I go there.

Had an excellent experience bringing my Ram truck in for service. I arrived early for my appointment and Miguel was able to help me. Since were waiting, he kept us informed about progress and let us know as soon as it was completed. I would recommend FLCDJR to others.

Took in our Travato that was barely over a year old,so still under warranty. It had been having battery issues with the battery not starting the vehicle. We kept having to use the battery boost,which uses the house battery to start the vehicle,because the chassis battery kept failing to do so. We didn't have an appointment, but Sal took our information and was able to squeeze us in,after he finished with the customers that were before us. They were able to determine that the battery was bad,and since it was under warranty, gave us a new battery at no charge. They were professional and courteous. They were also able to answer questions we had regarding the vehicle maintenance. We were very happy with the service we received.

Folsom Lake Dodge are the best service dept in the Sacramento region, in my opinion. They work really hard to make customers happy. I bought my 2021 Dodge Ram from FLD, and the experience was flawless. From sales to, now service, it's always a great experience. I've tried taking my Ram to another dealer, and I'm not mentioning any names, but it was a major disappointment. Even though it was way closer to my home, I made the decision to drive a few extra miles to take my truck to people who are courteous, honest, and respectful. If there was a 6 and above star rating, I would happily, without a doubt rate then that high... Keep up the great work FLD, see you on my next service due.

The customer service was outstanding and fast! I came in one day to get checked out for a part two days later my part arrived and was installed the same day too!! Definitely will come back again and thank you again Miguel.

Parking is horrible! If we can't find a safe out of the way spot to park, how do you expect people to come in to buy a car? May move some of the "For sell" cars to the back and leave room for parking?? Parts department is easy and fast. Expensive tho but at least they have the parts needed. Would have been better.

I purchased my Jeep here almost 4 years ago so this has always been my go to place. The service I ve received in the service dept over the years is the reason I drive from Natomas all the way to Folsom. In all honesty I tried other locations but they are NOO comparison to this location. This round my car was in the shop for over a month. There was sooo many hurdles between my warranty and the car rental and the dealership but it allowed for this place to prove their customer service on a whole other level!! The manager James & staff spent countless hours on my behalf to make sure I was fairly taken care of. There was one point the mechanic got on the phone with me & the warranty folks to explain the parts that needed replacing which helped ensure they were covered. There was so much miscommunication but not only did this place speak on my behalf they took the hit financially for some of the things that went South. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART As if this wasn t enough they put me in a loaner to ensure I didn t go without a car while mine was being repaired. James & team I m forever indebted to you! There isn t enough stars here to rate your EXCELLENT service!!! At the end of it all you made sure the customer was above all else and I m truly grateful! Again I drive a good 35 minutes to have my car maintained. The EXCELLENT service I get here has always been the reason why! This time proved to me even more that not only will I get my car serviced here but when I m ready to buy my next car I m bringing my money right back here & i mean that!! I ve been bragging to all my family & friends too!! Thank you Folsom Lake Jeep you have set the bar so high I doubt I ll ever ever go anywhere else!! Keep up the great work, we need more of you out here in this field!! #customerforlife !!!

Tj the service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable with my issue. He explained everything very well and he even worked with me on the original quoted price for service since I didn't have any issues. I'll definitely come back and deal with him directly.

My service was fast and he was very friendly. I would give it a higher score but whoever changed my oil got motor oil on the inside of my car. My window, driver door panel, steering wheel etc. My other jeep I had them service before this one had light interior and driver seat was stained with oil and inside driver area. This is the only major issue.Otherwise I would give a higher score

Jeff Garner was our service consultant Jeff was very pleasant and professional in all our concerns and needs, he kept me updated throughout our servicing and repairs.I was also able to speak directly to the mechanic that was doing the repairs that gave me peace of mind and confident on the repairs that were being performed.Gracias team CDJR team

The worst ever customer service, very condescending and rude, you need to receive Miguel of his position.Your customer service representatives need to be on the same page as your service writers, you have absolutely lost a customer for ever, your horrible! If I could rate at less then 1 I certainly would have!

Typically always great but this time communication was lacking. Took my truck in for a service appt on a Friday. Fortunately they found some issues that were covered under warranty. Told me would not be ready till Tuesday. Tuesday came and waited until noon to check in. Called and left a message - no call back. Called couple hours later - left a message but no call back. Called couple hour later, after complaining and saying I wanted to talk to a manager finally spoke to someone. Said it would be another day or two. Understand that they are swamped and don t mind the additional time needed. Just wish they communicated better so I can plan accordingly. My rant - but would still recommend as they typically have been great and very communicative.

I could not have asked for more. I waited in at the dealership for my maintenance service. Total time was just over an hour. Everyone I encountered was attentive to detail and kind. My mom bought her Dodge Pacifica because it had automatic braking. This system started to be unreliable/inconsistent so she brought it in 4 different times to get it fixed.Tech said "Little light is on, must be working". No real effort to get it sorted out.Wasn't fixed and she wound up getting into an accident because the auto braking failed. She is old and her reaction time is slow...that's why we bought one with auto brakes. Thankfully she is unhurt.

If you physically show up to get your vehicle serviced, you wont be disappointed. However, if you try to call and schedule service or simple oil change, you probably will end up going elsewhere.

Such nice people working behind the counters. It was a bit of a struggle for me to find the place so I called. The woman who answered took her time and explained clearly how to get to the service area. Anthony took care of all the paperwork and check in. Super nice guy! Easy to work with and very polite. I appreciate the guy behind the counter who is both knowledgeable and quick. Also, he was here last time I came in so I'm assuming the higher ups are doing a good job on keeping talented employees. Checking out was easy and the women who did the paperwork was also friendly and good at her job. Customers, like me, don't always take the time to write good reviews but my visit was so easy I didn't want it go unnoticed. One thing, how come it's so hard to get an adviser on the phone? Moriah and Avneel fixed a problem that I had for over 4 weeks. I lost my fob and CarDoc covered a replacement. When I got the replacement there was no key. I called CarDoc and they said the key was included.Moriah who sold me my 2021 Ram Longhorn has been PRICELESS! I called her and with 3 hours Avneel called and said my key was ready. Avneel called said he needed some information. Then called back just a couple hours later and said it was ready.Great customer service and keeping the customer informed.

Went for oil change and tire rotation. Had a small issue with part of the service. First time ever I've had an issue here. I contacted the service manager. He corrected the issue and went well beyond insuring I was satisfied. The lady outside the service area is a joy and such a great asset to have at the dealership. She kept me informed throughout the process. I don't get this level of service from other businesses I use which is unfortunate. This dealership does it right. My experience has been great! I ve had a rattle off and on in my vehicle and Jeff and Brandon have been wonderful every time I ve brought the car in to be assessed. Jeff has called to follow up and consistently make sure that myself and the car is well taken care of and that the issue is resolved.
